Ive used a dozen different chiropractors over 25 years in Georgia and in Texas. The Joint Chiropractic is great service at a fantastic value. Before I started as patient at The Joint in March 2024, I spent over $1500 at different practice in 2023. Dr. Cannon, Dr. Buckley, and Dr. McKee addressed multiple issues I had in my upper back and hips at a much, much more reasonable fee. The initial visit for new patient treatment plan was less than $200. Ongoing 4 sessions per month is less than $100. Brilliant! And they all are expert chiropractors with decades of expertise. Im bringing my whole family here!

I ve been going to The Joint for a couple of years. It s really convenient to be able to pop in and get a quick adjustment. I really appreciate that I dont have to make an appointment. You just get in line. There are very few times that I ve had to wait more than 5-10 minutes. I think I ve left once because they were too busy but I just dropped in a short while later to get the adjustment. The doctors and front desk staff are always personable. If you re like me and need frequency adjustments, look for their annual special where you pay up front the year and get two months free. I highly recommend The Joint. In addition, their rates are really great!

Doctor McKee is AMAZING! I have a hard time finding a chiropractor that a trust and am not currently close to my usual location. I havent felt this relaxed and pain free in awhile. Itd be at least half an hour drive for me to come back but it d be worth it. I think my usual chiro would be jealous, but if you dont tell i wont either lol

As far as the chiropractic part of it, I will give that a five star. But Billing has been an issue it especially their office workers do not follow up. I was in town for one month I paid by credit card $89 then filled out my cancellations for the next month. But my credit card kept getting charged. I called the office four times was promised that they would send in a refund and I would get it in five days. . Never happened I will call back again. They would tell me they had to send it to the main office. I would get it back in five days never happened. Finally I drove from Gun Barrel City talk to the receptionist. She would not give me managers number on email and said that she would send it in but couldn t do it at that time Next time I just give them $29 for the one time payment Pam and cash and never give a credit card. You need new office workers that follow up with your patients.

Dr. Garcia saw my husband and I today and I previously had been in a wreck- the discomfort had gotten so bad it was making me sick to my stomach. After being seen by the Joint Dr. Garcia receives 100000 stars. I feel like a feather floating. Definitely took all my stress away and the pain instantly left my body. I had hip pain for months that continued to get worse. I went to the joint and they identified the problem quickly and began treatment which was very affordable. After about a months worth of visits if not less, my hip pain completely disappeared. It s been several months since I discontinued treatment and the pain has not come back. Highly recommended! Please be careful about this The Joint location. I used their service for sometime and terminated my account. However, they kept my credit card records and kept charging me for months together. When I raised this concern, there was no response at all and after many attempts their management informed that there was some problem with their call center and further tried to push some more service to me rather refunding the amount. After my continuous refusal, they finally refunded the amount after visiting the place personally The story doesn t end here. After couple months they again started charging my credit card. Again after my requests they informed that they have removed my records from their system one more time stating some problem with their IT department I am not 100% sure now and anxious if they start charging me again sometime. I am also not sure if my credit card records are removed permanently from their system. This is the 3rd time they are assuring me that my account is deleted and my information has been removed permanently from their system I am sure, I will not be the only victim of this type of unprofessional handling Bhavesh

Its impossible to cancel a plan over the phone. Tried 3 times to cancel my plan because getting adjusted really didnt help my situation. I always got an answer they would email me a cancellation form to fill out never received this, and I did check spam. Dr.Cannon has been incredible help. I started my back pain in January he put my on a plan of coming every week for at least 3 months . My back pain started from lifting weights and wearing heels all the time. Exactly 3 months and I m back on track able to perform regular activities. My name is Chris. First, I would like to say that your service for my wife was awesome. It really helped her numbness in her arm and hand. The chiropractor definitely knew what he was doing. However, I do have an issue as far as services and payment. Let me just explain the outline of our discussion for treatment.. Our initial evaluation with your chiropractor was good. He suggested 8 sessions in a one-month period. He explained how these sessions will definitely help and also explained we may not even need all 8. ( which we only used 6) I agreed and said yes let s pursue this and get wifey better. I paid 118.00 for the month and the 8 sessions. Great. Now me not paying no mind. I checked my bank acct this month for December and noticed I had a charge for 89 dollars. Wasnt sure what is was for. After investigating i realized it was a charge from The joint. I definitely was a little confused.. I went back to November and October and realized I was also charged those two months from The Joint. Again a bit dismayed. I called (office in Flower Mound) and spoke to the young lady there. I explained to her the situation and I would like a refund since i never agreed for anything more than one month. We emailed back and fourth and in the long run it was my fault because we signed the agreement. She said she would refund us the last payment but for any other refunds it would need to go to management. Now, initially the only discussion we had with the employee was the one month 8 sessions. The employee sent me the signed agreement and my wife and I both reviewed it. Come to find out we DID NOT fill out the form your employee did and after she did she had us sign without explanation. We are assuming we are signing the form for the one month only. Now in one of your last reviews you said this for a customer complaint Were so sorry to hear your concerns. We work very hard to ensure that our staff clearly explains all of the policies... Im sorry but if they had explained that there would be recurring payments we definitely would of raised the flag and said no. Now I assure you that im not a person that wants something for nothing. I just want whats fair and a refund for October and November.

I have been in extreme pain for some time. I broke down and called a few chiropractors in my area. The cheapest one I could find was $75 per visit. So I searched a bit more and found the joint. The doctor that saw me was very knowledgeable and spent much time examining me to figure out exactly what is going on with me before he adjusted me. He put me on a wellness plan. My first appointment was only $29. I am buying a package as my particular problem requires several treatments. The package is $75 for 3 treatments. Had i not seen him for my first treatment i would not have been able to work today or any day in the near future. I am so greatful to him. I highly recommend this place.

If you want to wait 45 minutes for a 2 minute adjustment the Joint at Flower Mound is the Chiropractic office for you. They claim to be a walk in clinic although some people are treated preferentially and allowed to call ahead and be added to the queue (those with kids, or other justifiable reasons accepted by the front desk on an adhoc basis). Further, those who come are allowed to check in and leave and return and get treated without consequence. (never seen this happen at a minute clinic or other walk in models)... So if you live 2 minutes away, this may work for you. I tried to explain this to office leadership and I was literally told that my opinions dont matter. will be going to the office in Coppell where they have multiple practitioners on staff and run a better shop.

The last three times I have visited the office there has been 1+ hour wait times. For a walk in service this is just not a feasible time frame to wait. I am absolutely unsatisfied with the front desk. I originally signed up the monthly plan. The office staff has changed alot. I started coming in once a week and it worked, but life got busy and I couldnt come in at all. I tried to call to cancel my membership. I was told I have to come in and sign a paper, which I understand, but I havent been able to go for 3 months to get adjusted. If I cant make it to get adjusted how do you expect me to be able to come in to sign a paper? They could have faxed, or emailed it for me to do. They were extremely rude, and unprofessional. I have so far paid for 3 months that I am unable to utilize. That is a huge waste of money that I needed to pay my bills. I do NOT recommend going with the monthly plan if you can avoid it. You will get scammed by them. Unfortunately I have to give at least one star. But I would rate -3 if I could.

Went in with a pinched nerve in my back. Doc fixed me up great. Popped 6 of my back vertebrae and 4 in my neck and I was right as rain and strait as an arrow. I will be going back.

Hands down absolutely love Whitney. Shes got a great personality and personable went over the wellness plan with me. Who can be $69 a month for 4 visits?! My copay alone is $50 for chiro care. Shes well knowledgeable about the care I needed. Will continue to come see her!

I highly recommend Dr. Bay and this location! The doctor does great work, is very professional, and is friendly and personable. If there is a wait, it is typically a short amount of time (less than five minutes). The reception desk staff are always friendly and courteous. The location is easy to get to.

I was going in today to cancel my membership because of a bad experience somewhere else but I decided to let him work on my back that was really bad and it took him 2 min to find my problem and fixed it instantly! I injured my back while working out at the gym up the street and immediately called The Joint to see if they could check me out. I walked in and the front desk was extremely friendly, I believe her name was Tiara? she was VERY nice and even had no problem calling the Irving location to get my paperwork from months ago (Ive been to The Joint one other time in Irving) and although she could ve had me fill out new paperwork she suggested calling the other location. Dr. Nevel was quick to pull us back and even let my two boys come back as well to make things easier. The doctor aligned my spine and was able to provide me more range of motion since I could barely move my neck coming in. She also diagnosed a muscle strain in my back and provided preventative measures in the future, ways to alleviate the pain until it healed, and suggested holistic methods instead of naming a bunch of medications. VERY PLEASED with my visit! Very grateful I could just walk in and pay less than $40 to help treat my gym injury!

Doctor Kamaldeen is the best chiropractor Ive ever had! My husband just got a new job and we have incredible insurance, but I still cant bring myself to find a new one. Doc Kamal is very thorough and the stretches he does always provide relief. My mother-in-law and I are loyal customers.

This is the best value in town. For $49 a month you can visit once a week. If you dont need to go that often you just pay a $19 a visit. Dr. Holt does a great job and really takes the time to make sure you are feeling well. He will also give good recommendations to help with alleviating any issues you might have.
