I ordered through Wingstop website and they offered delivery. I chose delivery and never received my food. Apparently DoorDash is their delivery service. Someone other than the driver who was to bring me my order took the order. Wingstop employees did not confirm that order was theirs. So now I m stuck paying for something I didn t get. They refused to redo my order and have it delivered and said a refund would take several days. The manager did not offer any type of solution . Waiting for call back from owner.

I had been craving wings for 2 weeks so I was so excited for this meal. I didnt know where to go since the goated Wings21 in Roanoke closed, so Im trying to find another venue. Service: The people working the front counter were pretty nice. Price: We spent a bit over $30 on wings with a side of fries for two people. Now, for the food: Wings When we received our order, we were stumped. Wheres all the wing sauce?? Is that something we now have to order separately?? Im used to a messy love affair with wings dripping in sauce, so when we saw this, it was pure confusion and disappointment. I just couldnt justify spending another $10 or more to bring the total to almost $50 in hope of acquiring the amount of sauce that should have already been on the wings. So, we were left to choke on virtually dry wings instead. Fries They gave a good amount of hot, nicely seasoned fries for the large size but they were noodle soft. Personally, Im a fan of crispy fries, but if you like soft ones, youll probably really like these. Vegetarian options: From what I saw (they may have more), they have a few sides, like fries, celery, corn on the cob, and carrots as their veg options but I would double check what the fries and corn are cooked in if you have specific allergies/dietary restrictions.

Order a 15 well done drum only meal for two and get 15 mixed raw and no ranch nor the extra. We followed their instructions on their app and ordered a week in advance for game day pickup. We show up and there s twenty people waiting too (some of which ordered earlier today) & they don t have an estimate just working on it and could be an hour. They have zero system and they know they take more orders than they can handle because nothing you can do about it once they have your $100. They need to have a max allowed order for each pick up time. Maybe they should call chik-fil-a and ask for some help setting something up for next year.

Time after time after time I continue to receive incredibly soggy and mushy fries that literally drip water when bit. I always select the well done option and even when I call to order I specifically say please cook the fries crispy and well done , but nothing changes. I love wingstop and will continue to order but am having doubts each and every time I receive soggy fries. I love the people that work here and everything else is literally perfect.

The manager was very courteous and answered all the questions I had when I was deciding on the menu. I actually sat down for my meal at the restaurant and it was ready in less than 15 minutes. The store was clean and there was ample seating available indoors and a couple of tables outdoors. The food was nice, served warm and fresh. Looking forward to coming back to this location

I ordered their ALL-IN BUNDLE - 16 boneless (10 wings and 6 crispy tenders with up to 4 flavors, large fries, and 3 dips for my 3-year old daughter and 8-year old son around 6:53 PM tonight (December 4, 2020). All-In Bundle Mango Habanero (Boneless) x 6 Cowboys Hot Lemon (Boneless) x 10 Plain (Tender) x 6 Large 10pc Cajun Fried Corn Cajun Seasoning Regular Amount of Seasoning Ranch Cheese Sauce Bleu Cheese ORDER DELIVERED Order #: 979390482 The order was delivered by DoorDash after 45 minutes later. 10 Cowboys Hot Lemon Wings and 6 Habanero wings were under cooked and very soggy. Chicken wings were over/cooked and cold. My children stopped eating these after a few bites. I called DoorDash and DoorDash said they could not do anything because the order was placed directly from WingStop website. So I called Flower Mound WingStop directly to see what they are going to do about this. First the employee who picked up the phone expressed no concern or no apologies of not preparing the food correctly and no concerns of my 3 and 8 year old were starving and about to fall asleep. He asked me to bring the food back to store with the children that are about to fall asleep. Then when I got upset he handed the phone over to the so-called manager and I told him to send a driver to pick up their under cooked, soggy food, he expressed no concern of jacking up the food and asked me the same thing to bring back the food! I asked him to provide his first name or the employee s first name so that I can complain to corporate office. He would not provide either the first name or last name. I have always been a big fan of WingStop. Mark my word, I would NEVER place another order from this store. My 3 year old fell asleep hungry on the couch while I was calling two different companies to fix this order. During covid customers like us are keeping the economy and your job alive, so that you could feed your family and this is how you treat your customers. Thank you very much to the awesome group of I don t give a sh-t employees or of Flower Mound Wing Stop! This store is not following any Covid-19 guideline. All staff member is not wearing mask and glove. They even told the customer to come in the store to pick up the food. Came here for dinner with hubby. We are visiting from Rossville, GA and the place was clean and friendly. We got or food in 15 minutes or less. My daughter and I were craving some wings after a good soccer game. Of course of all places we had to go to Wing Stop. The wings are nice decent size and they re always fresh cooked to order. We had the family portion with four different variety of flavors (mango habanero, Louisiana rub, lemon peppers, and naked wings), a large side of fries and a decent tray of veggies. I ordered them well done so they can be extra crispy. we devour every bit of it, yummy yummy.

The wings are good especially the Cajun and mango habanero. The atomic is the hottest wing sauce among the other wing restaurants. Customer service isn t very good at this place. I had asked for 10 original hot and 10 lemon pepper well done, with fries and 6 rolls. My wings were absolutely disgusting that not even my dog would eat it we threw our wings away because of how dry and burnt they were. It seemed as if they were left over from hours ago and just cooked again. I have never been disappointed with my orders until now. When I called the next day because the day of pickup was at 11pm and not on time may I apply. I asked if I could speak to the manager in charge and was told they would call me back. I had asked if I can bring them the wings they told me they would call me back and not to worry. So days went by and I received no phone call and decided to throw away my wings. Not including the bread wasnt fresh at all it was hard and dry. Wouldnt recommend it if a dog wouldnt eat it.

You have to be looking for them, as their sign doesnt jump out at you from the street. My favorite thing about Wingstop - They make traditional on the bone wings that are gluten free! Fried chicken thats safe for me to eat. That was very exciting! Their sauces are not my favorite, but they do offer an unusual variety to explore. My family enjoyed their fries, but they are not safe for gluten free. This is not low budget fast food, but if youve got a craving for wings, Wingstop is a winner! I wish they would fry the fries with the traditional wings and then I could enjoy them too.

We have stopped here several times to get the Boneless Wings on Mondays and Tuesdays. On a few occasions our order was messed up in that it was not what we placed. My food is always hot and they always get my order right, whether I walk in and order, call, order online, or use the mobile app. Their estimate pick up times can sometimes be off, with my food being ready earlier than the time they told me (but its better than them taking more time than they told me). Also a great place to cater from during game season!
