Nice Splash pad, kids are entertained running non stop around and around. Picnic area: 6 covered areas with about 2-4 tables in each space. Nice for watching your kids play, have snacks, take a break from the sun.

The lifeguards were young, rude, and didnt care to actually try and do their jobs! There were people there that they clearly knew personally, which were the main ones that were acting like they were the only ones there. Kids were cutting in lines and pushing other peoples kids out of the way. When a complaint was made, they argued that they can only do so much and that it is a free park... they had zero control.. rather it is free or not, people should be going out of their way to make it safe rather than dangerous. And that just isnt whats happening

Love coming with the kids. The lifeguards are so nice and care about the safety of the kids. I witnessed a parent yelling at the lifeguards in front of all the kids. I think they handled the situation good. I ll be coming back time and time again

Lifegaurds are young, rude and just plain out dumb. Theyre playing instead of lifeguarding and theyre pushing little kids and taking a whole hour break playing.

We are visiting from out of town and wanted to check out some local splash pads. We have an autistic child and after sharing this information with the lifeguards, our experience was something that brought tears to my eyes. The kindness that these lifeguards showed my kiddo was so sweet. They let him see their whistles, helped him work on waiting his turn in line, remembered his name, and worked together as a team to inform other lifeguards that my son was autistic.

The splashpad is fun. The kids love it. Just be sure to use the bathroom before you get here because the porta potties are unstable and shift when you walk into them and they are not maintained. They are always full and never have toilet paper.

Super fun for kids! Took my 2 & 3 year old and they had a blast! Several lifeguards-all super nice and helpful getting kids out of the slides, etc. Very busy but the lifeguards helped maintain lines so it wasn t hectic at all and the kids all got their turns. Very clean and FREE. Will definitely be visiting again!

When the heck does it open? Went by today in the afternoon and the spray park was closed. Plus if it had any website on parks and recreation, thats down. At least put a notice if that park is permanently closed.

Great place! Super clean and lots of fun for the kids and even adults! Lots of trees for shade to sit under and have picnics but the life guards were not it! They were so rude and kept rushing kids to go down the slide when there was still others kids in the way. We didn t stay as long as we had planned because my kids were over them being so rude and specially to the little ones

I forgot it was open. Definitely a splashpad that I will take my daughter again. Shes was just a bit traumatized from the McKinney Splash pad that she went flying after the barrel emptied the water. There was a lot of people so it was confusing where the lines started and ended. Kids were cutting right and left.

This father to be free! But the workers take their jobs very seriously and close for too long... if its not a pool!! The children are impatient to enter and yet the workers look at them burning their feet and do not let them enter! From now on the little park is very cool! I give it a 6.5 out of 10!

This is such a fun splash pad but unfortunately every time we have been, they are shutting down to clean filters. They say it is a 30 minute break but has taken much longer each time. This time, there was only an hour between cleanings when they kick kids out. The time before, they closed for cleaning (minimum 30 minutes) at 5:50pm, then close down at 6:50pm. We completely understand maintaining the filters is important but it seems odd to have to do it so often, when they are only scheduled to be open 5 hours and 50 minutes a day.

I would really like to have something good to say about this place because the experience for the children is really nice, but the past experiences we have had have less to do with the place but with the management. The past couple times I have been the park has been close 10 minutes earlier than the 7pm that is stated and today 06/11/2021 the park closed at 6:05pm supposedly because they were short of lifeguards when I saw at least 3 there. If you are short of staff why open at all if that is the case. We plan our stay on the times this park is supposed to be open but with this inconsistency its difficult to enjoy the park.

There is actually a really huge playground here in addition to the epic Sprayground (that we are not yet able to enjoy in January). But the playground is big, for pretty much all ages, and seems to be wheelchair accessible, which is something I have never seen before! Its so big (long, actually) pictures dont do it justice!

This is an awesome place for kiddos, plenty of splashing fun to cool off. Does get busy at times and lots of kids but plenty of room and most people share for the most part. If you are wanting a pool go to Sherwood, this is a splash pad and place to cool off, not swim. Hence the name splashpad. Great place, we love it

Great and needed addition to Odessa. Its always clean, and there are several lifeguards on duty to manage the slides and other high traffic areas. I wish there were public restrooms closer, but there are porta-potties for emergencies. I also wish that you could still rent the pavilions for parties. Overall, a good place to take your kiddos in the heat. Bring your own lawn chair!

We love it here. As a grandparent we enjoy the kids coming to have fun and we as well. We get right in there and play with them. This place is awesome. The only thing i recommend is that thr parents watch their kids a little better so they older ones are not running over the little kids. Today we were there and so many older kids would push and shove their way through kids from 2-5 years old. Thats ridiculous and the lifeguards should ban people for that.

Super cute splash pad! Fun for all ages of kids! My 6 month old baby loves the little fountains at the sides of the pad. It gets pretty busy during the day, but if you get there when it first opens it isnt that busy. The water stays warm too so you dont have to worry about your kids getting cold. There are lots of life guards by each slide and by the big splash zone to keep kids safe. So much fun and free too!
