Been waiting for number of years . They don t return calls my case was supposed to have been settled for a low amount for what I went through. Signed all paperwork via document sign and was supposed to get a check . As of today the receptionist was rude hung up On me and still have got no call back nor have I got my check. I am sorry but to start with I had to reach out to them to find out if this was the firm who called me about helping with my ssdi , they never followed up with me until I called them if they where to busy they should have not taken my service and on top of that, I should have dropped them because I sent in everything I needed for my case to be approved and 2900$ was to much out of my settlement for a law firm in my opinion that really did nothing. Companies really need to stop taking advantage of people in need.

Ive called them numerous times and I cant get know one. Ive talked to my case manager 1 time and thats it. I have been waiting 1 years and one month. They dont call or email me. They sent me a letter stating that they wanted records from my provider. Why do I have to get records from my provider when it their job to that. Their getting what they want when its time to get paid. Im about to throw in the towel and just go with someone else.

This is the worst law firm that can exist in the United States. When they want to take your case, they call you 100 times after they have your case, they throw you in a drawer and they only wait for you to win so they can collect without any effort. I apply. with them for a Disability case and they have changed my lawyer more than six times, they give me the name and extension number and when time passes and they dont call you and Im going to call you back and that extension doesnt answer, find out how to communicate and They tell you to leave their number and someone will call you back when they call you because thats when they want its not the same person they tell you the same thing now Im going to be their representative they call you once or twice and they disappear like a ghost find a better one a ghost that after time returns to them the same story a new one and the old one no longer answers you I have been in this fight for three years and nothing and they have not worried about anything for me this is the largest informal law firm that There may be advice and believe me, if you dont want to waste time and money, dont ever hire them. I did it and I regret it a thousand times more. They are not serious or responsible. Look for another firm if you want to win your case.

When I hired this law firm, at first everything was good. Now, no returned emails, no returned calls, even though I have constantly emailed and left voicemails. That is extremely unprofessional. Very unhappy with this situation. Here it is July, and no one contacted me that they chose to no longer represent me. These are horrible people with call centers outside this country and they fail over and over to contact you period. I wouldnt send my worst enemy to them. I filed my disability in 01 I finally got it in 23 I have lost my home due to the lies that they told me of how much I was going to get now a year later social security is wanting to cut my check saying that I lived with a relative or friend I have lived the same resident for 30 years I am supposed to go back to court Kendall and dryer are supposed to represent me but they will not return a phone call I have been waiting for and still no phone call I am now living in a pasture behind my home because of the lies that I was told of how much money I was going to get not to worry I could pay my home off and buy a new one also none of this has happened I now have no water lights and Im living in a pasture behind Im blind but I can hear and my phone hasnt rung back from them yet still waiting

Great firm, very helpful and both of the paralegals that were on my case, Leticia and Casey, were extremely helpful in answering my questions and keeping me informed throughout the process. Overall good service, even though they tried to have me apply for SSI benefits and eventually were to get me approved for SSDI benefits and helped me with the majority of my paperwork. If anyone e knows about the wait time fo SSDI benefits you are entitled to 12 months of back pay and that is were Kirkendall recieves their pay. However they receive their payment weeks before you receive your back payment from the SSA and if you have any further questions after you are paid you might as well kick rocks! I left 4 messages and and sent 3 emails about paperwork that SSA wanted me to fill out AFTER they approved my claim and sent Kirendall their payment and NEVER heard back from them so I had to spend hours with SSA correctly filling out paperwork but Kirkendall your welcome for your 5k payment!!!

It sucked! I paid $8,000 plus for nothing. The lawyer assigned to me changed his phone number in the middle of my case. and rarely returned a call to me. When he did, I had to inform him of the updates. I sent him a handwritten letter that I should be seen by a psychologist, not just a chiropractor. Thats what led to me winning my case. Never able to speak with lawyer. Had to deal with casecworker who was very difficult to reach. Waited some times for up to a half hour before some one picking up my call. Did little to nothing to help me. When I was denide I chose to have them withdraw from my case as I found some one who was way more reliable. My wife applied for disability April 5th 2022 every time we called she always had a new caseworker I mean every time when you later she was denied they never ever collected any of her medical records in which November 22 until July 2023 he was in the hospital every month sometimes even after three times a month in ICU incubator did not want to collected any of them records to send her back is so bad then click none of them records either when confronting them about how SSI denied they told but that a rebuttal was never put in on July the 20th 2023 she died!! I invite you dont even look at that name seriously every time I call she had a new caseworker nobody knew what the hell theyre doing in that office and Ill go to court with you about it Im still upset back in 2016 she got hit by a car in between the building we got several lawyers and they all say that she was collateral damage they wouldnt take her women had no money to get insurance she never had that checked out let alone fixed I wouldnt recommend any of these lawyers Im sorry my wife died because the incompetent

They have a strange ad on the internet that says LLC Esquire obviously an attorney however underneath all that the ad says Ive been 24 hours a day Ive never seen a lawyer be open 24 hours a day furthermore it seems like theyre open 0 hours a day because no matter what time of day you called and no one answers the phone you just get a recording that just keeps looping even if you leave a message no one returned your call if you leave an email no one answers Im considering changing jobs because of this customer service issues here would not recommend

I applied my mom for Social Security disability in February 2021. After almost a year of getting nowhere, we hired Kirkendall Dwyr to represent my mom and get this moving faster, which is their job. They are getting paid to do this. It is now April 2023 and she still has yet to get any benefits. Social Security claims that she was not denied after having her interview in this past January 2023, which she did, but we were under the impression that she was denied because we have not heard anything else back from them. Apparently she was not denied and there were supposed to be another interview scheduled but it has been almost 4 months on going without hearing anything. Now you would think these attorneys would be calling them every single day staying on it because they re getting paid a percentage of your money. I have been trying to reach the supervisor for a month now leaving countless amount of voicemails and still have yet to hear back from him. The actual caseworker representing Kirkendall told me that she does not want to get on Social Security s bad side when I m asking her why isn t she staying on it and calling them every day??? it s SAD honestly! do not waste your time and money on these people because we already know that Social Security will take YEARS but that s why these attorneys are getting a percentage of your money! it s not supposed to take years with them on the case!

This law firm is horrible. They are thefts . They have been holding my settlement for a whole year .no communication bad people, dont trust them . They are greedy .

This has been the worst experience with a personal injury law I have ever encountered. Slow handling of case, never keep you updated, full of broken promises. Let me give you an example. * Will not go over $25,000 * They take their 33% right off the top * Attorneys always end up with more then client. * 33% of 25,000 is $8,250 attorneys fee for personal injury. Hospital Bill 20,000 which leaves you less than 300 dollars. Do the math they are a rip off. * I have been dealing with this case almost a year.

Their Associates will stop all communication with you for no reason, and will actively choose to not respond to the multiple unanswered follow up emails that Ive submitted to question what happened and then the associate Michelle Reyes will only respond after you send her a 3rd email, describing the lack if professionalism and the fact that its now been 13days since youve heard from her BUT I CCD 1 of the owners and that got me a response very quickly, I am extremely unsatisfied by the way I was treated in regards to The Case for My Eldermy Mother who is fighting Cancer and her time is probably limited and I get tossed to the curb like an empty shamrock shake cup Michelle no longer finds value in.

My case was unique in that no other vehicle was involved, never the less Kirkendall refered me to a Physician/Surgeon who expertly repaired my injury and his physical therapist helped me regain my strength and mobility. I cannot imagine how dificult it would have been if I had used any other resources. Ultimately they turned over enough stones to find the responsable party, gather the information and that evidence was crucial in resolving my case without having to go to court. Anyone who rides a motorcycle knows the risks and hazards but having the legal support that Kirkendall represents is a good decision and your interests are the only thing they care about and getting solutions to some of lifes most trying situations. Thanks to the team at Kirkendall, I will not hesitate to recommend and/or call on them again should I need them. They are there for us......the motorcycling community. And I for one am very glad they were there when I needed them. Thanks

Their entire operation must be a scam. I am the one doing all the work. They don t answer calls. They don t do any work on your case. My next step is to go to the Attorney General. It is quite apparent that Kirkendall and Dwyer is a scam company.

Absolutely useless no communication with them. Call and message, no one replies. The 2 times I actually received a call from this firm, the woman who called had an extremely heavy accent and couldnt even understand most of what she said. Im now going through social security to have them removed as my attorneys. Basically have to start over again. Thanks to them Im losing everything. When I am found dead on the street somewhere the blame goes to Kirkendall Dwyer, most useless attorneys in the world.

Whatever you do, do not use this Law Firm. They all are the most unprofessional lawyers. Especially Veronica Cardena. They never return calls and when they do, there are kids screaming in the background which means they re not in the office and calls are being rerouted. You ve been warned! My husband filed a claim through this law firm regarding getting SS/Disability for his MS. It has been 1 year, and his neurologist has indicated the lawyer has not ever, not even once reached out for any medical records, letter from her, any sort of evidence to include with his claim. Today we are submitting a letter cutting ties with KD.

Sonia went more than out of her way for me a couple times!!! This Law Firm I have faith in in the past two days and even though I had surgery yesterday they contacted me and talk to me I called again today to speak to the person that helped me his name is Mason hes a very amazing person fully told me what was going to go on and what were going to do about social security disability and I have 100% faith in them is company I recommend very highly they do get back to you just takes a little time they got a lot of cases so this review would tell you that I have a faith in them on going ahead and doing what they got to do for me even though I was denied disability when I am completely disabled and I know they will rock the boat and get everything done accordingly and I really really appreciate them being on top of everything and calling back and once again Mason is an amazing person thats doing his job grade and he has have a caseworker as working on it as well thank you guys you rock. So they wound up getting rid of my first attorney and didnt have another one so I had to keep on calling until they found one now that they found one I was told by this attorney I can only call her once a month the attorneys working for me so I dont understand this plus also Social Security sent me some paperwork to fill out and send it to the attorneys office lets see if they call me before the deadline because apparently the communication process is not working out that great its supposed to be fighting for us on these cases and theyre not fighting I dont understand this if you guys cant handle the case just let me know Ill get another attorney if thats the case
