Hey guys, I love salad and go and I go often all over DFW. Leaving a mediocre review just to get attention of management for this location. There is most definitely mold in the water at this location. First sip was unmistakably mulled. Please, please check your lines and clean them because its infecting the water. Not something everybody will notice but its unmistakable and very much moldy water.

Love the food, the place is good and cheap, but DO NOT order it for delivery, 3 times its happened to me that my driver got several orders at once and dropped my food off to the wrong person and dropped me off the wrong order.

I heard about this place from a coworker when I was asking about where I should eat for lunch that s healthy as well as CHEAP. As long as this place doesn t raise their prices like every other place, they ve earned a lifetime customer. I m obsessed! Think Homemade sauces, fresh produce and a generous amount of protein. Some of the best and cheapest cold brew in the city. I love salad and go!

No veterans discount at any of the franchises I have found. Food is just as advertised. There is no eat in area in any of the franchises. One of our bows wasnt as full as expected. See the photo which I hope shows the underfill. Again, there is no dine in. Parking: Parking is not necessary because theres no eating area for customers.

So GOOD! The produce is fresh and high-quality, the chicken is all white meat with full flavor, the portions are humongous which is needed for salads to fill me up, and the different options are just enough without being overwhelming! Finally, it is super fast and extraordinarily affordable - I cannot recommend this place enough!

I was enjoying this place, but the last three visits have been horrible. 1. One visit my entire wrap was almost nothing but lettuce.... Very sloppy at that. 2. Salad was decent but the service was either careless or oblivious. In the drive thru, I ordered my salad with no protein because of a diet restriction. When they handed me the bag, I noticed that it had protein. No problem, miskates happen. I let them know politely about the error, and they took the bag back. After a short while, they handed me the bag again and I left thinking they corrected it. When I got home, I find out that they never bothered to replace the salad or remove the protein. They appear to have simply ignored my request and handed me the same salad again. After manually picking off the protein, I can say that the salad tasted good enough at least.

Just recently discovered this awesome place! So far we have tried the seasonal salad, bbq salad, Caesar salad, and the cob salad. The dressing for each is the icing on top and really impressed with the equality of greens that are included. We ordered 3 salads with chicken and 3 lemonades and was just under $25 bucks!! A truly great healthy alternative to all the fast food joints in the area. We will be back often! 10-13 7pm . Has been a favorite sport for me and wife as we love salads. Weve started to notice over the last few weeks items missing on salad. Today was very disappointing. I found several hairs on my salad. It was disgusting. So disappointed, be aware when ordering from this location.

WHY HAVE I NEVER TRIED THIS PLACE BEFORE?!!! This location is walking distance from where I live (right outside my apartments). I pretty much drive by it every day but had never tried it before. I downloaded the menu to see what they had and could not believe how reasonable the prices were. I figured the portion sizes must be small based on the prices. Since this was my week in office I decided to give them a try. I went to the drive thru at about 715 am on my way to work. I ordered a Traditional breakfast burrito but was advised they were out of potatoes. So, I opted for the bacon, egg and cheese burrito. They asked if I wanted red or green salsa and I asked for pico de gallo. I was told it would be an upcharge for pico because it was considered an ingredient and salsa is only a condiment. I appreciated that and thought it was great that they make you aware. I also ordered the Cobb Salad. It comes with your choice of chicken or tofu, I selected the chicken. I believe you can get steak for an additional charge. The total was only $10.47!! Not bad for 2 meals, breakfast and lunch. I waited until my break at 10 am to eat the burrito. It was basic, nothing fancy but I really liked it. And, the portion size is generous. I had lunch at 12 and I was still full from the burrito so I ended up taking my salad home for dinner. So, if you look at the photos and see the avocado looks a little bit darker its only because I took the photo about 11 hours later when I sat down to eat it for dinner. I could not believe how much salad there was! It was so big and had so much stuff. A good mix of greens, chicken, bacon, eggs, blue cheese crumbles, grape tomatoes and half an avocado! Fresh ingredients and generous portions. The dressing was in a separate packet which I love. I use very little dressing. Im really glad I took it home because I ended up putting it in a big bowl so I could mix it up well. I was super impressed!! This will be my new favorite

I made an online order and went to the window at the right time. At the window, they told me to go to the other side of the building to get my order because I had a mobile order. I went to the other side and saw a sign that said, mobile parking only and there was a couple cars parked so I parked there. After sitting there for 40 minutes, I understood that I won t be getting my order and drove back to the window. At the window, they told me that I shouldn t have parked but I should have went to the window on the other side. I asked them why they didn t come out and told me that I had to come to the window. I was told that their policy doesn t allow them to go outside even though I saw one of their employees go out. Eventually, I got my order and I was given it in a way so that 2 of the drinks fell out. This is absolutely horrendous service and I have no desire to go here again.

This location and Prosper are the worst stores in Collin County. Can never remember my green salsa, always out of product (turkey sausage, red ONION??) Honestly a mediocre Salad and Go location. This is my second negative experience there out of around 15 visits. The first was where the outside of the bag carrying my food was soaked in a strange sticky juice that I needed to scrub out of my cars interior. The second was missing a dressing packet inside. I work at the local hospital and this is the closest and healthiest fast food for me. Saw a lot of people say that they never get their orders right but Ive never had a problem with my order being wrong and they are always willing to change anything that I request. My only real complaint is that they dont cut the cherry tomatoes and so its kind of a choking hazard when you take a big bite lol. Fresh ingredients and delicious. I love trying the new items. When ordering the specialty lemonades, I recommend that you are very into whatever the added on flavor is, ie, cucumber or mint. I had ordered the blackberry mint lemonade and inhaled a ton of dry mint leaves lol, but nonetheless it was delicious. Wrap comes out to $6.95 with no add one, tax included. Such a cheap meal that I dont feel guilty of eating.

Just Go. Forget the salad. Honestly, I gave this place a fair shot! I purchased 4 salads and a soup before writing this review. I was hoping the service would improve along with the quality of the meat used. My first purchase was just a Greek salad w/ no protein. Not bad but service was rude and I felt I was bothering them to order. Second purchase was Cobb salad with chicken & asked for ranch dressing instead. Also ordered the chicken pot pie soup & asked if they had salt & pepper and received an abrupt NO! Silverware in bag, slams window. Im always shilling for this place! They started in my hometown of Phoenix and I was beside myself when they came to Phoenix. I was worried when I heard the owners sold during expansion, and it seems for good reason. Prices have gone up a little and I hope that plateaus, but the big bummer is that whatever source or cooking for bacon has changed for the worse as it doesnt taste good anymore, which is sad if you got the breakfast burritos regularly, as I did. Still, affordable, large, salads is their main dish and they havent changed. Im glad they started this mission to provide healthy, fast, sizeable salads!

Amazing food, absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. Placed a mobile order, was a few mins early for pick up so they told me to wait (which is fine). No one was in line at the time. My mobile order time had passed, they werent saying anything to me, and making orders for people that started coming in the drive thru. They saw me in the mobile order line. I was STILL waiting for my food about 20 mins later so I finally rang the bell and asked if my order would be ready soon. She gave me so much attitude and said the drive thru line is long and they only have a few workers. I have been to many other locations with 1-2 workers and my order is always out promptly, even when the line is long. Waited few more minutes to get my order from her and she didnt say a word. No apologizes, but lots of attitude. Will be calling higher ups about this! Very disappointed

The best salad place in the area(in my opinion & I eat a lot of salads)! I got the Jalapeno Ranch Salad with Chicken and its was super flavorful! The service was fast and the young man handed us our salad the moment we got to the window to pay. I love that they put the dressing on the side and have a lid big enough to actually shake up the ingredients. I will be going here a lot. Vegetarian options: Its a salad so the options for vegetarian/vegan are limitless! They have tofu to replace any protein! Kid-friendliness: Its a drive thru so Id say thats pretty kid friendly! They also have food that kids would be more interested in as well!

Fairly priced for fast, healthy food! This place is great. I ordered the Thai wrap with a mango ginger Arnold Palmer. It was tasty, packed with chicken & veggies, and bigger than I expected for only 6 dollars and some change! Drinks are not even $1.50! We have found our new go-to fast food spot. Better than the fried and greasy options by far.

Quantity over quality. The salads are huge, and prices low, but they are 95% lettuce and 5% toppings. The Caesar dressing tasted dollar tree worthy. The southwest burrito size was generous, but again tasted low quality. Although the dressing on it was unique and had good flavor. Walmart makes a better salad for less money. I would be willing to try again to give them the benefit.

Well, we have eaten at this Fairview, TX location a lot of times. We really loved it. But now, the last two times, the buffalo chicken is tough. So dang chewy it s gross and hard to eat. Also the avocados have been far from ripe. You can hardly bite into them. They need to improve. I have also had poor service from a few of the young kids working there. If we go another time and it s like this, we won t be back.

I was very disappointed going here tonight. I go here regularly and arrived at 8:55pm as I had a late evening and got the rudest customer service.
