The service is abysmal. Came in tonight at 11p for some drinks. The manager on duty, who would not share her name, would not open the outside bar window for us. you can come inside or you can leave She said. Well, I left. You had people sitting at the outside bar, but you would not open it for us? Because they ve been there for 2 hours? Closing time is not until midnight, and yet you re trying to close ahead of time. It s simple, if you don t like your job, go find another rather than ruin another customer experience, Extremely disappointed! Do better, train your people better.

I was very impressed the great service and food but I m not used to all the noise. I ll not eat on the inside again but might try bring my pup to the outside dining. The noise was very tense and very loud and I made my wife very very nervous for the way I was looking back over the area looking over my shoulder and my toe tapping. Ordered a smash burger, was not a smash burger. Came with onions and jam(?) despite specifically asking for it not to. Pretzels was absolutely disgusting and 50% oil, and tasteless. Fries were confusing in texture and flavor. Soup was vile. Chicken wrap was largely lettuce. Its gross that this is also a restaurant that has its servers dress in revealing clothing, I was not aware of that prior to coming. Waitress was wonderful and have zero complaints about her. Restaurant was EXTREMELY loud, booths were not comfortable at all, but they did have lots of sports on which I imagine many people enjoy.

Been coming here for sometime now, I guess you could say I m a regular haha. Anyway this location is honestly one of my favorites to go watch sports. Great Staff, the managers do their best to give you an excellent experience. I can t really say I ve had a bad experience over the year I ve been coming. Food is good!! I just wish they had more options, the drinks are great as well! They have specials every day! I recommend this place for not their specials but as a place to come down and hang out. Looking forward for the next time!

Atmosphere and food are great. Bartender at 3-4pm very much favors men and ignores the women at the bar. Had to ask for the check twice very annoying. Doesn t ask how you are doing but will actively ask the men. Women have to flag her down several times before getting service. This has been my experience a few times. Very disappointed.

ordered their chicken fried chicken. Under the light breading was a bone-white naked chicken breast whos light breading fell off with every touch of a fork... almost by looking at it. It had to be eaten in separate bites. $13.99 is overpriced with the tiny scoop of mashed potatoes and watery gravy. On top of that, waitress constantly disappeared so i had to 1. get my own limes (for the corona) from the bar, 2. a second trip for napkins, and 3. a 3rd trip to retrive the menus again to order dessert (the lava cake was great). Poor service despite lightly busy (8 tables).

I have been here several times for dinner. I have ordered their chicken fried chicken, wet lemon pepper chicken wings, buffalo shrimp, fried oreos, monte cristo and chips and queso. Everything is always delicious and the service is excellent. They have a lot of televisions to watch sports. The food is served hot and tastes delicious. They have many menu options to choose from and indoor, outdoor and bar seating. We had dinner here yesterday. The service was great! Our server was very friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was typical sports bar but surprisingly, not crowded. The food was just ok. We ordered the Fried Catfish with fries, Teriyaki glazed salmon, a burger, a kids quesadillas, banana pudding and fried Oreos for dessert. The burger was good, the fish lacked flavor without the tartar sauce, the fries were luke warm, the salmon portions were very small, but not bad. The steamed vegetables were hard with no seasoning. The desserts were excellent - especially the banana pudding! We will try other menu items the next time we dine.

Love Boomers! Ive eaten at this chain about 8 times and never had a bad dish. Even the steak is pretty decent. Service is always pretty good. Atmosphere is always good. The food is not high end but great for bar food. Theyll never win awards on their dishes, but everything is flavorful. The portion sizes are what they should be for the price. All-in-all we never go wrong coming here.

We love to go to this location after work, usually once a week AT LEAST. We pulled up tonight and were told we couldn t park our motorcycles where we ve been parking them for the last several months. This wouldn t be a problem, had the manager not come out with an attitude, just being a real smart a** We decided to stick around anyways. Get to the table that our co-worker picked out specifically for the Stars game and we re going about our business. A few minutes later, audio to the game cuts out. The same manager is walking by and we ask him why there s no audio to the game. He tells us that the Stars audio is on inside, not outside. When told that this game is the whole reason that our table was chosen, he starts coming up with excuses, Well, I thought I told my servers and made it very clear that the stars game was inside, not outside. Terrible experience and not sure that we ll be back. Consistency is key.

I love the Ambiance at the Allen location. The staff is absolutely amazing. They always take care of us we sat on the patio they put the heat on for us. My daughter played Jenga. I enjoyed the burger I exchanged mine for the veggie patties and its always delicious! I wish they didnt get rid of the vegetables they used to have really good vegetables but the sweet potato fries are excellent and the white cheddar mac and cheese yummy. I don t usually leave reviews, but I felt I had to leave one. We went in last night for the Super Bowl and Alexis was our waitress. I cannot rave enough about how GREAT she was! We had a group of about 20 people, and she took such great care of us. She was always on point and always had a smile on her face! We never had to look for her and never waited long for anything we ordered, and it was busy! The food runners were also great and courteous. We had an amazing time and will definitely come back.

The fried pickles were really good. The Bleu cheese burger was not at all. The other three meals were decent. The grilled vegetables were great, but the portion was only about 3 bites. The service was average, and the place seemed clean. It is a place that I would definitely like to go back to if I am ever in town again. Atmosphere was great if you only count the customers. The POS staff decided to cut me off after 8 pints. (I think it was 7 and they charged me but didn t give me the last one). That might sound like a lot but I had their double smash burger and fries AND helped my wife eat her cheeseburger just before settling at the bar to watch the game. I didn t do ANYTHING to cause concern. I think the young female bartender is some religious zealot. The manager backed her as he should but it was a mistake. I m 6 4 . 280 lbs. AND my wife was waiting to drive. SHE even gave me permission to keep drinking (because she knows how I outlet once a week. Did they ask her. No. This bar is too self righteous. AND their smash burger was a little Weird. Not great. Maybe they were trying to protect themselves from the $3 domestic (Yuengling )night.

As an out of towner Great place. First experience was in Southlake GREAT, next place was Murphy GREAT. I happened to visit this one in Allen and was very nice all around. The one thing I disliked was that all the other Boomerjacks I been, I would use my military discount for the food with a party of 3 or more and was discounted all non-alcohol beverages, appetizers, and plates. Allen Boomerjacks only gave me, the veteran, the discount. I spoke to the manager and expressed my concern and he said he would look into it to be fair because if all the other Boomerjacks give military discount to the whole tab for the veteran paying then Allen Boomerjacks should of done the same. Remi, our waitress was wonderful. I received an extra crispy piece of chicken fried chicken. I told Remi if I could get a recooked due to the taste. She did so with no hesitation and apologized for the inconvenience and the manager came and acknowledged the mistake. I really appreciate great customer service like this! It goes a long way. The rest of our food was excellent! Definitely will be coming back to this location!

Boomer Jacks is my first choice in a sports bar to catch the game because they have solid menu options, a bar with good variety, and plenty of tvs placed so theres really no bad view. I ordered the monte cristo sandwich and overall it was decent but it would have been better had it not been over fried. We were there during a Cowboys game and it would have taken too long to send it back. Our waitress seemed to have some friends sitting at a table behind us and she spent the majority of her time at that table, not very professional, nor does that demonstrate good customer service. Overall we typically have a good experience, it was lacking this visit but it wont keep us from returning.

My server Kylie was VERY kind and attentive. She made SURE I got my fried Oreos whenever they didn t show up for a little while. Only thing that bothered me is that some people were smoking. However, a different guest got up and stopped them from smoking. W mans fr.

I ordered the fajita quesadillas and they were d-d-d-dry. And they gave me the tiniest teaspoon dollop of sour cream with was lumpy and looked like it had gone bad. Hard to mess up a quesadilla but they found a way.

When we arrived not one person greeted me/us (even to say Ill be with you shortly). We stood there for 5 minutes before the bartender came from the back and seated us. Once we were seated, our waitress came to take our drink order and they were out of Coke Zero and Diet Coke so tea it was. Then onto our food order. My mom ordered the Monte Christo and it comes with some sort of preserves. Well guess what? They were out of that too . When we asked the waitress where were the preserves, she said that she told the chef to make some and if it was ready in time, she would bring it out. No preserves. Then, after at least 15 minutes of waiting on our check (there was 1 waitress and a bartender for the whole restaurant) my husband yelled, yes yelled for our check. The trainee never came over to say she ll be right with you or anything before that, we finally got our check and on our way out, the manager asked if there was a problem. Well, I told him everything and we left. Really disappointed in our visit!

Food was delicious & well priced. They were a little short staffed, but who isnt these days... Atmosphere was great other than the game was very loud. Think they were trying to give the feel of being there, but it made conversation a little challenging. Loved that the tables we not crammed together so you could walk through easily. Will definitely be back!

Food was good, but cold Service was good, but slow Honestly, it wasnt bad, the food probably would have been great had it all not been Luke warm. We waited about 45 mins for our food, and it seems like we only waited that long cause the server forgot about us, hence why it was all cold. Not 1 meal, but all 6 meals. Pretty underwhelming, but still slightly better than the 1st visit

Remi was FANTASTIC!! Our previous experience was awful but Remi has redeemed our interest and love for Boomer Jacks!! We WILL be back and Remi is our new waitress!!!! Kid-friendliness: Remi was very sweet to our little one. She spoke to her, made eye contact and our daughter said, Mommy she is so nice! Like I said, standing ovations all around.

Update for 2023.. still amazing and I think its because of the manager Rachel and how she runs the place with her entire staff.. Havent been there for a bit but food still awesome, all management including Rachel and Erol I believe his name is, attentive and awesome and new staff. Great place , great food and in my experience a very attentive staff.and HUGE TVs for football! Will definitely be coming back...
