Its time for these fast food places to start training their drive thru employees some etiquette and communication skills. I pull up to the order panel a d all I hear is mumbling. I ask them, excuse me? And I hear mumbling. I ask again excuse me... I start to think it was the speaker but after I asked again the guy replied.. In the most clear voice...sir, can I take your order? Hey, why not speak clearly the 1st time? When I get to the window, the dude is facetiming someone and doesnt say 1 word to me. Since when did it become normal for there to be ABSOLUTELY NO acknowledgement of a customer in the drive thru that you are responsible for attending? I get my bag of 2 tacos and drive off. When I get to my office 10 minutes away, the Chorizo taco drained grease thru the brown paper bag and onto my seat cover (see photo). I sit at my desk and there was more grease than food. See photo. Totally ruined my breakfast experience. Management needs to get on their A game if they want this place to continue to stay in business. This morning crew sucks.

We ordered the Chorizo/Egg Torta, Chicken Fajita Taco, and Chicken Quesadilla. The torta was just a breakfast meal and beans in sandwich bread. I expected something more like tortas at other Mexican places. A little disappointed in that, but the taco and quesadillas were good. In the past, weve gotten breakfast tacos here, which are great! My kids love it here!

Those 2 women were trying to do a good job, but they seemed like they were on something and couldnt get it together. Waited a long time in the drive-thru. The food was not good. Rice was hard and everything was drowning in cheap canned cheese sauce. The beans had no flavor. Needless to say, we didnt eat. My Dog wouldnt even eat it.

This location is a struggle. Plus no one answers the phone if you call. Customer Support does not reply to messages about them. Last visit, was over charged (full price) for happy hour. Not all items made it in bag (family of 6). And the cheese free item had cheese. If only other items bought were all there would be alright, but had to make new food for my dairy allergy child. If you order to go, I recommend open all bags and check off what you ordered and that it is correct. Sad that there is so little care to ensure accurate order. Other times I ordered ahead to this location and paid from app to learn they are sold out of or did not sale that item. Not interested in returning anymore to this location. But it is also closest and 20ish mins away.

This is the worst one I have been too they didnt give me jalapeños like I asked and I asks for extra cheese and no Guacamole well they didnt put cheese on the nachos there was cheese in the bag but no extra no jalapeños but gave me guacamole. I had to drive back around and get it. Then when I asked for it, she acted like I asks for a thousand dollars. Definitely had an attitude when putting the stuff In the cups. Wont be back to that one for sure. Didnt even get napkins.

For fast Mexican food, Taco Cabana tops the list. For several years they were on top of their game. That shine has patinad a bit, but they still rank higher than others. The restaurant exterior has lost its enticing curb appeal. However, the exterior appears to be well maintained. The interior has lost its shine, but is somewhat clean and furniture and equipment appear to be maintained. Its hit or miss on whether the staff are attentive. The food, however, is always marvelous. That is what we go there for. A little makeover, incentives for the staff, and I think that shine will return. The food is worth it.

Omg when I asked for tacos on a corn shell I expected the shells to be heated and grilled. Clearly this is not an authentic Mexican restaurant at least not what I m used too. Street tacos are regular tacos on corn tortillas where I m from. And the presentation of the food itself is blah. Not worth the $30 dollars I paid. Not it at all.

The staff was nice & professional in their interaction. The breakfast tacos/ burritos used to be a better value. How did I pay almost $4 per steak taco to only get 1 small strip of steak. The employees were rude. We had a large order from out of town and we asked to do a separate order was told no we couldnt cause it was to large of an order... and on top of that it 10 mins just for us to order the first employee had no idea what was going on. Kept asking us to repeat our order when it was simple. And then another gentleman jumped on and was rude. Saying we couldnt do separate orders and that it was to large and then sat and complained with his mic on about the order being large. Like Im sorry I wont spend money here again. I love taco cabana and the people that work for them set the tone for your experience whether its good or poor. The folks at this location made me regret stopping at this location. They were rude, and the food for three other customers came out before mine and I was there 8 minutes before any of them had even arrived. The individuals at this location definitely need customer service training and just in case someone from the store does read this post I was there shortly after 7 am. Please get your employees some training. Thank you.

Not a lot of good here. Sunday evening, no one or front, had to wait for someone to come up front after a few minutes. This happened two other times and we ordered. Salsa bar closed, no brisket, no Margaritas, no green sauce. I usually go at least twice before reviewing, but this was unacceptable, plus what we ordered was average at best. Beef and chicken enchiladas.

I told the lady I ll just keep them if she s going to throw them away anyway and she proceeds to tell me that she has to reuse it on our next guests order. I decided that s a hell of disgusting and I will not be eating at taco cabana anymore. Ever. It seems we have new management, as the restaurant was firing on all cylinders. The staff was friendly. The dining room clean, and the food prepared quickly and tastefully. Something was different in the presentation. The food was presented as if it were plated at an upscale restaurant. I was actually impressed. Now if we could only get the grilled chicken back.

The worst Mexican food Ive ever had. I ordered the mixed fajita taco plate and an enchilada plate. The steak fajita meat was so tough you couldnt cut it with a steak knife much less eat it in a taco. The rice was burned so it was hard. They didnt give me any guacamole. The enchilada plate was not good either so we ended up throwing all 24.00 worth of food in the trash. The worst thing is when I called the manager to complain he was very defensive and didnt offer anything to make it right. I will not be returning to Taco Cabana and neither will all my coworkers at the airport. Dont waste your money here. Even taco bell would have been better.

I dont know what to even begin? This morning I stopped at the Taco Cabana on 157 in Euless for a quick bite. And it was anything but quick. I heard the cashier explain to the gentleman in front of me that food was going to take 45 minutes to come out. At that time the customer in front of me requested a manager. After the manager talked to the customer she assured him that it would be no longer than 10 minutes for his order to be filled. So I decided to place my order anyway also. I then proceeded to look for a table and noticed that most of the dining room had some type of leak because water was coming from somewhere it was wet in more than half of the floor. I also observed a gentleman dont know if it was another manager, possibly not on duty doing his side work or other? But this gentleman looked like he has just woke up and got out of bed? Walking around the dining area with slides and shorts on with no uniform. Doing menial tasks. Needless to say, we did not wait 45 minutes for our orders? We actually waited 30 minutes for our orders! This is the worst experience yet at Taco Cabana, and I have been a fan of this concept for about 20 years now. It kind of makes sense now why these concepts are now starting to fade out and of far and in between. On a little side note, the customers waiting on two bean and cheese tacos to go waited so long that they just left without the food they said that when the order came out, I could have it. It is unbelievable how long the wait was to get our food this morning. UPDATE Tuesday, Dec. 19 I visited this Taco Cabana location again this afternoon at about 11:00 for a quick lunch! Since I was in the area. Needless to say, compared to my previous visit, today was extremely better. The service was faster, the restaurant was cleaner and the food was great! Not to mention, the staff seemed to be in a better mood than the previous staff. Thanks, Taco Cabana for an AWESOME dinning experience this afternoon! I will be back soon!!!!!!

Stop by for a quick bite, and was very disappointed! I had to wait for quite a while before anyone acknowledged me. How is this place still open? 9 times out of 10 on any given day at any time during normal operating hours this place is locked up and only serving through the drive-thru. There is absolutely zero indication on the website that this is a DRIVE-THRU only location. So, when you make an online order that you think youre simply going to get in and out - WRONG. You will walk to the door to go into the building and it will be locked and now youre trapped into waiting in the long line of others who were dupped by the closed dining room and forced into the drive-thru with 10 other cars who already paid for their food online. This place has been in a death-spiral since 2020 and somehow limps along with the same horrible general management that continues to keep this location under staffed and under trained. I cannot blame the employees as this is clearly the owner and/or manager who cannot seem to properly train and RETAIN the staff. Ask yourself, how does In-and-Out Burger or maybe a Chick-Fil-A (both right down the street) seem to be able to retain WELL TRAINED staff but this Taco Cabana cannot seem to even do the simple things like keep the doors open during business hours. Really, Taco Cabana as a company should be concerned about this franchise location and the brand reputation.

Tried to order a cabana bowl. They do not offer vegan meat anymore, which is fine. So I asked for the cabana bowl with minus the meat. The order taker goes on to say well you have to choose a meat option. I reinform her that I am opting out of the meat choices, so she tries to charge me for the steak cabana bowl, the more expensive bowl. I asked why did I get charged for the more expensive bowl, she say well i told them no meat. So im getting charged more for you all to give me less ingredients??? The customer service here sucks!!

Went through the drive through and ordered a sausage egg and cheese burrito the lady kept saying beans and egg and i politely said I wanted a sausage egg and cheese burrito and she replied you want sausage and beans we don t have sausage, it s all over your menu how do you not have sausage so I drove out the line that s ridiculous

Stay away from this place!! Horrible service, very rude person working drive through. Like she hates life and you was in the way. Very small tacos for almost $4.00 a piece. Really disappointed in this place. Taco cabana used to be good but now it s a passing phase in the business world. Won t be back for sure.

Horrible customer service. I waited over 5 minutes before being greeted. I waited a total of 30 minutes to receive my mobile order. It seems as if all the customers in the drive thru was the priority while the customers inside were neglected. The food was decent but I didn t receive the ranch salsa that I asked for.

I ordered a bean and cheese burrito, and it was horrible. The beans were undercooked, crunchy, and gritty. And I had to ask for salsa, and I was only handed one for an entire burrito. I tried getting through it but ended up just throwing half of it away. The cashier was very nice, though. I dont visit often, but this is not the first time my food was wrong or tasted bad

I placed an order online two days prior to pick up for a business meeting this morning for pick up at 9:15. I arrive around 9:30 to pick up the order and the main business doors are locked. I pull thru the drive-thru and I m told they are just now working on my order as it just showed up . Needless to say not the best catering option for a morning meeting and clearly the leadership team is not monitoring or prioritizing orders efficiently. I d suggest you choose another business.
