KEVIN our waiter was perfection. Down home Texan!! Coconut shrimp must have had crack in it it was sooooo good. Bread was a little dry Sirloin and shrimp pasta sauce/shrimp was really good. Sirloin was kind of chewy but tasty I will be back !!

We had dinner here Friday night, just a spontaneous decision because my gf wanted the shark attack drink. We had the most amazing time. Our waiter Matt was phenomenal and made the whole trip awesome. The runner who brought the food out was so kind and wonderful too, as well as the hostess that sat us. We don t go out to eat much but Matt was so great and we had a great night out.

Kevin is simply the best waiter EVER! Outback is lucky to have him!!! We met him on his first Day and instantly fell in love! He goes above and beyond each time we re there. This time our three y/o requested a shark tank..and THEY MADE IT HAPPEN!!! Even tried to make the water blue We feel so welcomed and the atmosphere is very family friendly! Malachi B at the Euless location was absolutely the best. He is Extremely kind, patient, and attentive. He made sure all of our needs were met and made us feel at home. We have been served by him twice now and our experience each time have been better than the previous. We typically come to this location about once a week and we will request him every time. I hope he gets the recognition and praise he deserves from upper management; he is deserving of a pay raise and a promotion.

Horrible service, waitress has no knowledge of what Customer service should be, I asked her for the A1 sauce that I had previously asked the gentleman that drop off my food, but I thought that he had forgotten so I decided to ask my waitress and she responded by saying if he said that he would bring it he will okay no need for that, but then she brings me the sauce and ranch and as she was walking away I asked my husband why she got this for me and she turned around and said it s ranch (no one was talking to her but I guess) I said I don t need it, I need ketchup and she said okay, came and drop it off and took forever to come and ask if everything was okay, then she decided to show up and I told her that we been needing refills and she said, you could ask and we bring it. That was it, I m here to eat and enjoy, not for some kid to come at me with an attitude. Worst place ever! Will never come back to this location.

I enjoyed this visit at the outback. Forgot to take pictures. I sat at the bar and Essence was a blessing and the gentleman behind the bar had great humor, so funny and kept it entertaining. Very very nice visit. Food was great, I enjoyed the filet mignon and veggies and potato . How can you go not live there sweet brown bread . I have loved this restaurant for a long time. This is my first time in DFW trying this restaurant, and boy am I disappointed. I ordered 2 blooming onions as a treat for my company, and they tasted awful! I m not sure if the onions were burnt, or the oil was bad, but these are pictures after an office of people all said they couldn t eat any more because it tasted so bad. The bloomin onion in the past has never been left behind, until now. Such a sad day to have to write that my team has asked never to do that again.

You know when a steak sounds good and youre like Outback sounds like a plan? Well, next time I am Ill choose better. Sat at the bar, and bartender was nice and attentive. They all are upon 1st contact. Placed order, food arrives, they forgot a side and didnt even mention it. Had to ask about it. Steak was lukewarm and undercooked for a med rare. Was like only seasoning was salt because steak and fries were very salty. Not the 1st time either. So food was ehhh, took most of it home and fed the dog with it. I wouldnt waste a trip to go to this Outback. There is better in the metroplex.

Where to begin? 1. I was told 5 minutes to a table, it was 30 minutes. A big party came in and they wanted to sit together, sooooo yeah. 2. The waiter didnt write anything down..So yeah, he got the order wrong.. I could get him to correct the order but then my 4 year old doesnt eat with us because his plate has to be prepared in maybe another 20 minutes? So thats fine i guess 3. Food took forever, like another 30... Them the waiter brought fried with no ketchup.... Doesnt ever come back 4. Waiter comes back and we order ketchup and Ranch simce the wrong chicken strips are too dry,and way too late to order an IPA with my meal. So no IPA, I guess.... 5. Way later maybe 15 minutes, theres ketchup, finally a water refill and no ranch.... So no ranch.. We end up taking the chicken strips home and decided maybe its too expensive to be served like that

I brought my family to outback today for the first time in a while. The restaurant seemed busy, but we where greeted promptly and where sat efficiently. Our server, Alvin, had answers to every question we had. Service was amazing, my family never felt rushed, and our drinks where always full. Just walk out! First we were sat down at a dirty corner booth completely filthy with crumbs and cup rings. We waited for someone to walk by so we can ask for the table to be wiped. Waited so long I grabbed a paper towel to wipe it myself. The crumbs were everywhere the seat included. It looked like they just dont clean! There was piled up dust on the top of booth. My wife and I love a good steak. The Outback at Euless, TX is our new go to place for steak and shrimp! Consistency is something hard to find in a restaurant. Nothing more disappointing than getting a bad steak at a good restaurant. We were TX Roadhouse fans until we stopped at the Euless Outback. We had Richie as a server. We went last night for our Wedding Anniversary. Richie was our server we have had him 3 times ( we asked for him this time because he is an amazing server) he is easy to talk to & goes out of his way to make sure we have what we need. I ordered take out. Salmon/rice and sweet potato. I asked to add extra cinnamon and sugar butter for the sweet potato. When they brought my order to me, I asked did they put the extra cinnamon butter in with the order. The waitress assured me it was in the bag. After getting home, I discovered they only put a dab of the butter in a container. It was so little I could barely scrape it off the side of the container! I called the store and told them that I didnt have any cinnamon butter in my order. The only thing she offered was a apology and said that I could come back up to the store and get the butter. I am sitting in my booth feeling very satisfied after an incredible Steak and Lobster. I got fries and rice with it and every bite was heavenly. I started with a quite delicious and gluten free Tasmanian chili. It says spicy but it means full flavored and yum. WOW!!!!!!! Theres really no words for our experience, but wow is close enough! Service is spectacular here! We usually dine at Trulucks because we love the service but this outback is stealing us away from there. We dined in one time, and came back for a charity event. The manager Misty remembered my food allergy and had my food cooked specifically to my needs. It was done without me even having to ask. WOW!!!!! Thats amazing customer service and I am so grateful for that. The bartender Nash has the best attitude and Tiger was great. Crystal was amazing and really made us feel special. Tyler the manager was super friendly and great too! They all made it a point to introduce themselves. Everyone was very professional and including. We are blown away by the team!

I m guessing that they don t want regulars coming back. Hmm, as someone who eats and drinks at the bar approximately 3 times a week, I guess I am no longer welcomed at outback. Portion: 10/10 Tastiness: 9/10, but all you needed is a little tiny pepper and salt. Decor: 10/10 Great food with while priced reasonably, and the food is absolutely delicious! We gave this place a try just because we received a gift card. My husband made the best steak and his family makes the best Western Food (Italian, Greek, Cajun, American, ) and we got invited so often to the best places in town for business dinners, happy hour and so on so even tho we are not picky, we have tried a lot of restaurants in DFW. I was not expecting to be WOW-ed at all. We had the Kookaburra wings to start with, while not as spicy as we would like they were delicious and tender. Been to so many places where the meat is a little dry, and that was not the case here. We also had the Kingsland steak and shrimp pasta. Steak was nice and rare as requested, shrimp was cooked perfectly and seasoned very well. Happy to start coming back!! P.S. the wallaby darned cocktail on its own is worth the trip in. Peachy and refreshing.

I almost had to get my own take out boxes because our server was so bad. Ive never been so disappointed in the service and quality of the food at any restaurant before in my life! They werent even busy, so that excuse is not an option here. I doubt I will ever come back to this location again.

Restaurant is spotless, staff is friendly and very attentive. Food was delivered promptly and everything was fresh and hot. My steak was under cooked but the manager took it back and had it cooked a little more. It did come back Medium-well as opposed to Medium like I wanted but it was good, not tough or dry so I ate it. Overall I enjoyed my visit and would definitely return.

I forgot to take pictures of our delicious food. However the price was way too expensive. And our server was going through some difficult times in her life. So she wasnt on her game to take care of us correctly. Manager had to come and start assisting. I think our server just needed to go home.

Since when did Outback waiters/bartenders @ Glade Parks start hiring 60- 70 year old regulars to be there security detail. I was once a regular there, but no more! I was interrogated, and pretty much escorted by a patron whose name is Mark. I told a bar tender by the name of Sam, a joke which scared her (apparently), which were not my intentions, and the she genius decided to tell Mark, and when I decided to show up today with my cousin who is visiting from Florida to have a few drinks and nice meal, Mark decided to pursue me out the door to play hero and ask me questions of concern due to the staff. For one, if it was that message that was between Sam and I. That s a hella of way for old man Mark to get his world rock over a joke. Remind you he physically touched me, and used his size to intimidate me, but I wasn t scared because it happened so long ago, I was clueless on what the eff he was talking about. I decided to call manager, whose name was Crystal, and she was professional, and would address the situation, and informed me this is Mark first time to get involved, or feel the need to walk someone out. She asked me to comeback but I told her that was too much drama, and I would never step foot in there or any Outback for that matter. She refunded me, and told me she was going to address her staff. In my eyes she would receive 20 stars, but as far as her staff, they get a big fat one. DONT GO TO THIS OUTBACK AT GLADE PARKS. Not unless you love fake people.

One of the best restaurants I ve been to yet. My bartender catered to me and my girlfriend and was the best. Her name was sam I believe it was and she was super nice. Loved her service. Definitely Deserves a 5 star.

Went to this chain a few years back. Received completely molded bread. Decided to try it again. Food was horrid. Over salted shrimp to where we couldn t eat it. flavorless and burnt steak. When we told the server it was terrible he just laughed and walked away. Will never return to Outback Steak house. It was a huge mistake trying this chain again.

Really not a good experience at all. Waited almost 45 minutes with a reservation. The food took way too long and when it did they left 2 plates in the back. 10 minutes to get someone s attention then they bring out one of the worst steaks I ve seen. By that time I sent it back and ate nothing. At no time did a manager even come out. Suggest you make another choice and avoid this one.

Essence needs to be a manager! She turned a bad experience (host somehow didnt write our name down) into absolutely the best possible experience!!!! She not only made our dinner amazing but she made our day! What a joy to be around!! God bless her path because God knows she blessed us. I could write a book about what a great person she is!
