Only really ever tried the hibachi here, so I cant really comment on their sushi or other entrees. The ambiance is nice and the staff are very friendly. We come here for special occasions frequently and the kiddos really enjoy the show.

Our chef Yoshi was very nice and made my mom feel special on her birthday. The lobster was very tasty. Everything was very good except the clear soup which tasted like salt water (I ve had better). Parking: Parking garage was a bit of a hike especially in this Texas heat.

Our Hibachi Chef was fun and spoke to us in a friendly way. Our server was also friendly and attentive. The only reason they lost a star was because the floors felt oily and the soup was bland. The portion sizes were a little smaller than most Hibachi places and it was a higher price. It is a nice place and I would eat here again. Kid-friendliness: The family we ate with had children and the chef was happy to interact with them and listen to how they liked their food.

I haven t been to a hibachi grill since I was 19. I came here with my client/friend and her co-worker to celebrate my one year anniversary in my massage business. The staf was very friendly and professional. The chef was very sweet and he is a master/expert at the grill. The way he cooked our food was impressive, the big fire, the onion volcano, it was amazing to watch. Not to mention, the food was phenomenal! I ordered the fried rice and shrimp and it was so good. I totally recommend this place and I would totally come back. Thank y all so much for great service. I give y all 5 stars all around!!!!

Those eight people in the heart station table and I was at the end so I got the last one and when he came to the vegetables all I got was onions when I showed the guy they went ahead and took it off my ticket but the damage was that done because I didnt get to eat what I had ordered so no I would not rate it at all when you address somebody they should be able to make the whole meal instead of making you wait and the rest of the rice and everything else got cold I would not ever recommend it theres one in Southlake and one in Colleyville that you can go to that takes a whole lot better this place was very expensive too

I have been here several dozen times, but none in the last year. I liked sitting at the bar at lunch and getting the hamachi collar along with a sake. However, they seemed to have an issue with having a bartender who knew how to mix a drink (OK, I will do sake) but my biggest issue was watching the owner pull a bottle of Jameson out from under the counter and refilling the bottle that had the tax stamp. That s wildly illegal. It made me wonder what other shortcuts they were taking. I haven t been back since. If you are in the area, go to Lava Grill instead.

I ordered a sushi roll and a cup of miso soup online. Once I got home from picking it up, I noticed that the miso soup was halfway full and there was no spoon or soy sauce. I thought spending $32 on six pieces of sushi and miso soup would come with that. I also gave them a really good tip because it was super late. The food was great, it was just disappointing.

Great spot. Came here for a date this weekend for hibachi. It was all around great so decided to come back for happy hour on Tuesday. Having the sashimi salad with two different rolls. Usually I eat this order at a sushi spot and leave hungry, writing this review to take a break because the portions are so generous. But the fish is still great! No fishy-ness at all. I recently moved from Southern California and have been looking for my go-to spot for sashimi. This is a top 3 and will certainly be back to see if Imperial takes the #1 spot after more experiences. (Sorry theres a piece missing from the roll, wasnt planning to review)

I don t want to be too hard on them. It wasn t truly awful or anything. But, all of the pieces of sushi I tried were either tasteless or had weird flavors. Inauthentic surprises, like Jasmine green tea, not regular green tea; and stuffed avocado is deep fried and mildly spicy, not fresh, as it should be. Clearly not authentic Japanese food. I didn t try the Habachi. Nice, modern, and clean. But, noisy and smoky from Habachi tables. Way too expensive for the experience provided. Since food is the most important element in a place like this, I can t elevate them higher than two stars just because the waiter was a nice guy. Maybe, try the Habachi, but skip the sushi.

We went for my daughters birthday and food was delicious as always and habachi experience was awesome! We were a party of 7 and they automatically charge the tip of 20% which I think is a little high only because the server was not really checking on us. I had to be telling him every time that we needed drink refills. Its like they dont really give a great service because they know automatically they are going to get their tip regardless. The service was disappointing. I will have to rethink coming back here again.

We ve been twice recently. The hibachi and sushi are both pretty good. Some of the hibachi chefs are better and do more tricks than others. I ve definitely been to more interactive and entertaining hibachi shows, but they are friendly and do some tricks. Ours tonight was not as good as the table next to us. The traditional birthday celebration for our three couples has become Imperial Hibachi and Sushi. Sunday night we celebrated another birthday. Each time we are impressed with the quality and quantity of the food! The steaks last night looked as if they had just graced the cover of Bon Appétit! Our Hibachi Chef, Yoshi, was so entertaining. He cooked everything to perfection. Our service was great and the owner, Mr. Long, is always nearby ensuring that your meal is up to his very high standards. This is not a chain restaurant but an owner operated small business. Sure, with the difficulty hiring serving staff there may be occasional hiccups. If there is a shortage, rest assured Mr. Long and his wife will be working along with their team. Its our favorite restaurant in Euless. They will soon celebrate their 4th year of business. The fact that they were able to survive the years of Covid mandates should tell your something about them!! 12/13/2023. Imperial Hibachi & Sushi Due to my husbands health Its been over a year since we were able to visit our favorite restaurant. We finally remedied that with a fantastic feast tonight. The food and service were every bit as great as we remembered. Mr. Long was there overseeing the operation. Thank you sir for working hard and never giving up. Youre still my favorite restaurant. Wonderful service. Wonderful atmosphere with the music and what was on TV, and the service was spectacular, our waitress helped us and knew exactly when to show up. I would recommend this place as the portions for the price far outweighed any other place to eat for a Friday/Saturday night. Parking: There is a parking lot adjacent to business;the movie theater parking lot, if all spaces directly in front of business are taken. Wheelchair accessibility: Sidewalk to business there is ample room to maneuver a wheelchair and more than enough places to be seated.

Our hibachi experience here was very poor. Our party of five was there to celebrate one of my daughters birthday. Our chef forgot one persons steak, birthdays girl salmon, he then over corrected and cooked extra salmon that nobody ordered, my steamed rice was not fresh (very dry, my wife is Filipino, we know what rice thats a few days old tastes like) and the two shrimp appetizer was nearly the last thing to be cooked. Lovely place, unfortunately the food and service were lacking. Chef was messy and couldnt understand him. Food was average but I blame more on preparation than ingredients. No shrimp appetizers and the steak bites sub was over sauced and a bit tough. Sauce and dressing is a watered down thousand island tasting sauce. Salad had a pool of water at bottom and soup was chicken broth with Frenchs fried onions and mushroom bits. For the prices and quality of the basic ingredients, we expected a better preparation. The show starts off with this horrendously loud spatula slap, and having a veteran husband, it was startling and a bit triggering. That should be reconsidered. Husband ordered steamed rice and never re eived it.

We had a great experience at Imperial Hibachi & Sushi. We both ordered the chicken hibachi dinner and we got two sushi rolls - fried calamari tempura and veggie tempura. The sushi rolls were phenomenal and I can t wait to try them again soon. The hibachi dinner was delicious and we had to box it up to go because there was at least two meals worth of food served to us. The hibachi chef was friendly, funny, and skillful. He gave us quite a show and he did a good job cooking the food. We ended up at a table with another family that was also celebrating a birthday and we all had a great time together. My only qualm was that I asked for noodles as my hibachi side but got fried rice with the rest of the table instead. Not a big deal overall. If you re craving hibachi and in the area, give Imperial a try. Kid-friendliness: The family next to us brought two children and they had a blast. The hibachi chef was funny and entertaining and he did the thing where he flings the hibachi food into their mouths. If you want to bring your kids, they ll have a great time! I would not bring babies, toddlers, or very young children to the hibachi portion of the restaurant as the flames might scare them.

We have actually been several times. The service is getting worse every time we come. Not sure if we will be back. I have issues with mushrooms - cant have and do not really like them so I have always asked for no mushrooms. This is the second time they have brought mushrooms and cooked on the grill, contaminating everything on the grill. All of it. They thought that cooking my veggies separate in the kitchen with no mushrooms was good enough (they were really really salty like this by the way) but then the cook just used the same utensil to cook all the food on the same surface. That is the main reason I said NO mushrooms. No no no mushrooms... before these last couple visits they cooked the veggies no mushrooms, gave me mine - cooked the rice, meats and then added the mushrooms to the rest of the veggies and nothing was contaminated. You know ALLERGIES EXIST and when a customer says they cant have it, it can be a serious thing. I could not even eat because it was all contaminated.. WHAT A WASTE Dietary restrictions: Yeah. Right. They cannot even make sure to take care of allergies properly

This place was great. I did not go for the Hibachi only the Sushi. Got seated in a different area then the Hibachi grills, but still had good service. The Sushi was great, presented great too. My family and I came out to dinner for a lovely Pre Mothers Day meal and this place definitely did not disappoint! Ask for Yoshi, who was incredible and made us all laugh and feel comfortable! I will preface this by saying I did enjoy the dinner, and the chef that served us on the hibachi side delivered great customer service, but this restaurant isn t baby or toddler friendly. I went to change my son and was shocked to find no changing table in the restroom. This restaurant is fairly large, and multiple families were present. This is unacceptable.

Foods ok but fair warning be careful you may fall and break your neck on how slippery the floor is throughout the restaurant. Told the the staff about it and the lady at the front said it s because of the oils and I told her If you simply clean your mop heads or replace them and use cleaning agents you don t have slippery floors and she said they will keep it in mind about cleaning them. My mom had to have my walk her out with her holding onto my arm from the benches inthe waiting area to outside and just to get up from the table she had to take her shoes off to get up it s so slipper it s dangerous I was even having troubles standing

This was our second time here the first being for my birthday. As usual, they did not disappoint. It is like most hibachi places and somewhat pricey but I can assure you that you get what you pay for. Both times I have went home with leftovers that have lasted more than one meal. If you like sushi and\or hibachi this is a must!

I love this place because it was the 1st place I had sushi that I could actually eat. My last visit was my 1st time trying their hibachi. Although it was good, it was more expensive than any other hibachi Ive been to except Benihana. Overall, I enjoyed the chef, my drinks and meal & will return again.

I m genuinely infuriated. We ordered the hibachi for TWO on DoorDash and received a TINY side salad, TINY soup and a TINY side of plain white rice. It was $52!!!! This is barely enough to fill up one person and doesn t even fill up a plate. For $52??? That is literally stealing from people and misleading. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. Plain white rice isn t even hibachi rice. I m extremely disappointed and extremely mad. I called the restaurant and they were less than helpful or empathetic. Apparently they ve confused inflation with price gouging. Beware of this place.

This restaurant is pretty good. Last few times that we went, it seemed like their bar or storage area was still under construction (boxes in the way next to our table making it tight for servers to get around). Just went to the Restaurant, and we would not be back, the manager is very rude and unapologetic, they really do not care about the customers but just about the money, we forgot a box to go on the table and they just threw it away, we were still inside the restaurant when it happened, Tim said it was our fault since we were the ones that forgot it for a few minutes and they didn t care to ask.

They seem to drown everything with Teriyaki sauce, the fried rice, the chicken, the steak, everything. I guess that is great if you like Teriyaki, which I dont. No a service dog friendly place. We were moved after being sat at the hibachi. They told us because the dog hair, even thought our dog is hypoallergenic, no shading. He is a service dog for autism for our daughter who was excited about the experience and ended with a meltdown.

This is the Habatchi from Hell. Made reservations for 7p yet got there 30 mins early and they refused to seat us even as people came in after 7p n sat them ahead of us even though they were late for meal. 630p reservation. Waited till almost 8:30 to finally get seated n cook didnt show till almost 9p. It was my wifes birthday n our entire family was there n this ruined our evening. Owner gave us a few egg rolls for all of our inconvenience. If he had a Sack would of comped our meals. Horrible experience n will never go back!!!

Yes, this restaurant takes reservations. But does it matter??? NOPE. Dont waste your breath. Arrived 30 min early for our reservation and was not sat until 30 min after. So 1 hr wait. The best part is the cook didnt come out until 1hr after we were sat so a total of 2 hr of waiting.... BUT it gets even better!! We then had to take our food to go as it was already 8:30p way past a 2 yr olds bedtime. Save your time and money on this place or youll be stuck spending 150 on a take out meal and tipping a small portion because YOU need to take care of the servers instead of the management at this business.

We had an excellent experience at the Hibachi side! I called 3 hours before and made reservations for our group of 8. They took us right in. Even though it was over 100 outside and we were right by the windows, it stayed nice and cool. Instead of ordering off the kids menu for my four kids, we ordered the adult salmon to split between three and added an extra rice and it was perfect. The little one just ate bits from our plates because the portions are so large. Our server, Goodha I believe (??) was excellent and kept our drinks filled up. The chef was funny, engaging, and patient with the kids. We definitely recommend this restaurant!
