The food here is very nice and well prepared. Pricing is up to par to the food. The service is a four out of five stars, because Weve had a variety of issues, but nothing that will keep us from going back. ( Some of you will want to know what issues, so one time we had to wait over forty five minutes for food even though the restaurant was empty. This was because the waitress forgot to put the order in. Another time after eating and waiting and waiting We never got our drinks. We were told that it was a new person that was being trained.) Parking: There is plenty of parking here andA we always find something quickly. Wheelchair accessibility: This restaurant is wheelchair accessible.

Quick service during lunch for a party of 6. The server was friendly and prompt with her service. I ordered the California Bleu Chicken Salad and asked the server to remove the Pico de gallo because I dislike cilantro. The salad arrived with cilantro garnished on top so I had to return it. The server is not to blame because the menu said nothing of cilantro. The salad was returned fairly quickly and was delivered by the manager on duty.

Their staff goes out of their way to mistreat to-go orders and waste customers time. I ordered online (which their store allows - don t like doing it? Stop offering it!), and when I arrived, called the store and they told me I had to come inside and verify my ID. I came in the to-go door and stood there for 14 minutes. I counted. No one spoke to me. Servers came over to the area 11 times in that 14 minutes to enter orders or get a broom, and not one of them so much as looked at me. And the restaurant wasn t busy on a Saturday night, either. Perhaps we can guess why. After the 14 minutes of silence, a server rushed past me out the door with a bag of food. He came back in with it, looked around, and asked if I was me. He didn t need to see any ID. I didn t need to come inside and stand there for 14 minutes being actively ignored by these strange people. He would ve brought it right out to my car without any hassle. I grew up with 54th Street. As a kid, I ate at the original restaurant in Kansas City, ON 54TH STREET! The original owners of this fun and friendly restaurant would find this Texas operation a disgrace. Hate your job all you like, but don t make your paying customers feel like they re at the bottom of your list.

Would like a 4.5 star option here. It just depends on the night whether its a 3 star or a 5 star experience, but in my past visits, often enough a 5 star not to drop it for the couple bad times. One specific experience was really the customers being unruly, I would expect a manager to step in and address the situation then, but certainly not any of the other staff. No idea who was working that night, and its usually a great spot for a quick bite and a drink.

We were a group of 6 and the tables were set up but one table was higher than the other. When we questioned it, we were told that they had told management about it. It seems like it was a big deal about changing out the table. This one guy finally came and changed the table out. Thank you! I ordered the crab cakes they did not taste very good and the tortilla soup which was ok. The food was not as good as when we were there in June( we are a birthday club) the one thing that was just as awesome was the key lime pie!! That was the best. The service was good.

The food is always good, the beer is always cold and the staff are always attentive. You cant go wrong ordering the crab cakes, steamed veggies, hot chicken sandwich or really anything off their menu. They have a large tap beer menu and change their kegs regularly. This is the 2nd time we have gone here. The food is so bland and doesnt look appealing at all. I used to go to the one in Las Colinas, but they closed. Their cooks and food were amazing. I got the Chicken Fried Chicken, which came out looking like a chicken breast, the breading was falling off it, and it was smothered in cream gravy that salt and pepper couldnt fix. The chicken and breading was bland. Mash potatoes were bland with the bland cream gravy. Chicken was overcooked because you are supposed to beat the chicken breast to flatten it, and it will cook more evenly. Not sure how they bread stuff. Our waitress was the same on both visits. She has a walk with no sense of urgency and you cant locate her, she is always in the kitchen. My friend is hard of hearing and this place is noisy with the 2 big top tables for bdays and the music, so our waitress didnt hear him and he was trying to joke with her and she didnt hear him and he didnt want to repeat as it would of not been funny, but she walked off and turned back and cut her eyes at him and made a ugly face. I didnt tell him. We will NOT be going back to this place and I do not recommend it. At least not this one. Maybe the one in Lewisville is better. One can hope.

While the side dish wasnt as hot as I would have preferred, this was somewhat expected given that we ordered takeout. However, the fries were still quite delicious. As a delivery driver for Uber eats and DoorDash, this restaurant in particular almost never has the orders ready when you arrive or even by the suggested pickup time on DoorDash. They really need to look into adjusting the merchant settings so drivers aren t waiting additional time on orders to be prepared. It not only takes up drivers times but it affects other orders delivery times from other restaurants when they are paired together(stacked).

We have the Avocado club salad and the the chicken pasta. The highlight of the salad was definitely the house made Avocado ranch but the overall dish was very good and fresh. We brought our out of town visit here for dinner and everything went wrong. This was my attempt at giving this place a 2nd chance and it was a complete disaster. The guy in training seemed to have quit during the beginning of our service. Our waitress kept forgetting to come back, forgot our drinks, silverware, basic things and there were only about 3 other parties in the entire establishment. Ice and water and tea all tasted like dirt and the waitress later said they were having issues with their coke machine. Food was not good, there was something wrong with almost each one of our orders and wish we would have picked somewhere else but we had already waited forever and were starving at this point. Save yourself the frustration, there are plenty of other wonderful restaurants in the area.

Very disappointed today. We met with our grown children, to celebrate my husband s birthday. We waited a while for our food. It was not very busy. There was 9 adults and one child. Six of the group got their food and about 10 minutes later, two more people got their food. My daughter and I had yet to get our food. We saw the waitress dashing around and she finally came by the table, to let us know that she was trying to get a manager to come talk to us, because they had messed our order up and did not have our food. Finally, about another 15 minutes, a man came out and literally babbled out that they messed up our order and would have them make it now. When we got our food everyone else was done. My husband and son-in-law ordered the country fried sirloin steak. It was gross. They couldn t even cut it with a knife. The mashed potatoes did not taste good. A lot of the food was cold and it was literally NOT worth $250. The manager could have have at least comped my daughter and I for literally getting our food when everyone was done. We would not recommend this place and we will not be back again.

My son and I went on Christmas Eve. The appetizer and the food was cold except for the chicken strip and chicken fried chicken! After Sunday evening I do not plan on going back!!

Great food at affordable prices. It s a scratch kitchen so there s a large menu but everything is made in-house. Very family friendly. All of the staff was friendly and upbeat. Service was quick and food was fresh. They had great cocktail options, too.

No, waiting in line, friendly staff, service was a little dis organization, the Rattlesnake Cajun pasta, if you have a sensitive pallet, tell them to go easy on the seasoning.

This place is a great option for a casual date night or afternoon meal. The atmosphere is spot on with lots of different and unique items to look at around the room, and the food is fantastic. My wife and I have been coming here ever since they opened, and will continue to keep it in our date night rotation for a long time to come

Our server was absolutely lovely and hilarious, and the food was delicious! I m not sure if there was a wait since we were meeting people and they had already arrived and gotten a table by the time we got there there seemed to be a bit of a wait after we arrived but it was a short one. We got our drinks and food and anything else we asked for quite quickly. Parking wasn t the best but I imagine that is not uncommon for the area (we were just visiting). Would definitely dine here again.

My food was how I ordered. Great burger. Good onion rings. There was a mistake w my side but they corrected fast. Once food was served I waited a long time for the server to come back to ask for a refill.
