*** Read before booking **** where do i start? Booked with Doris for a graduation party held in May 2024. Prior, Doris told me to send/email her 3 song choices for the 360 camera that she said our guests would be able to chose to use out of all 3 options. Doris made a decision ON MY BEHALF without my consent to use only one song - she said all the 3 songs sounded the same so she made the executive decision to choose only one song. I am paying for her service, this should of being communicated to me. And mind you 2 songs are traditional Fijian songs and 1 was from Beyonce (*all 3 have unique different sounds especially to Beyonces - Texas song). Either way she should have communicated this change to me and not made the decision. I paid for this service. For the static pictures, Doris without communicating to me also chose the picture that worked best for her color scheme. As a paying customer this would be something i should of made the choice on - even if the picture did not go with her color scheme. Her 360 camera mind you does not have music playing so youre dancing to no music. The music is added when she sends out the 360 video.....also....I was there when her camera fell off the 360 stick twice while guests were using it. To add fuel to fire, i also paid for the photo booth and a backdrop and my back drop was misspelt it read Congiats Graduate instead of Congrats Graduate a shameful mistake that i had to ask to be compensated for. I could not post any of the pictures because - who would? She had the audacity to tell me to be grateful for the add ons she offered for free - i told her that was something she did on her own and i would rather she concentrated on what i paid her for! She also used my daughters last name on the photo booth instead of her first name eventhough i had in numerous communications clearly indicated what i wanted. My daughter shared her graduation party with her cousin but because i paid for Doris service, i reiterated to her i wanted my daughters name appearing first in the 360 camera caption and the photo booth - you can guess what happened? my nieces name was printed first followed by my daughters name For someone that claims to be in business for 3 years, these are amateur mistakes. She compensated $220 and deducted the cost of one of her assistant that helped with her free add-ons that essentially was not free because i had to pay for it! Was the $220 refund enough? Thats a resounding, No! You cannot take back those lost moments - who would want to post pictures with a misspelt backdrop - the irony is that Doris is a teacher by profession. The refund was not worth the amount of lack of professionalism she demonstrated. Would never recommend or use her services. i have more email and text correspondence as proof of it. Beware! ======================================= Since i can only edit my review - see below screenshots of Doris text after her reply to my review. You know i paid for the photobooth! See below invoice. And why than did i have to pay for your associate/daughter when requesting a refund! See also in the invoice requesting 3 music tracks and 3 photos which i emailed you and you on your own accord chose for me! This is illegal and bad business practice. I pay for what i want not what you want! Again you added those as a goodwill/gift, yet expect me to take that to compensate for your lack fulfilling what i paid for. We all know you faulted with my event!

Ms. Doris has become apart of our family. We have been using her services for the past 3 years and we look forward to it every year for our Christmas party. This time, we hired her for our vow renewal. Her new photobooth is amazing! The pictures are crystal clear and the quality is great. People could not get enough of the photobooth. That was the go to for the night. We loved it! Doris always goes above and beyond and makes sure that everyone has a good time. She is very professional and as well as her staffs. Her staff Alima was wonderful and so kind. Ms. Doris never fails to amaze us with the props either. Our guests were able to go home with a memory that will last a life time. They receive their pictures and they could also text the pictures directly to their phones. We cannot talk enough about how great Ms. Doris is. We will definitely be booking with her again and again. I highly recommend her. She will make sure you and your guest have the best time and create the best memories with her 360 and photobooth. I dont do reviews, but I always make sure to do one for Ms. Doris because she is truly wonderful and very professional.

We booked for my college graduation and had the time of our lives. The owner and her assistant was so nice and helpful. They had props and other things to use to take the videos and pictures with. I couldn t have asked for a better company to come take my videos and pictures. This is an experience I will never forget, thank you so much for making this a wonderful night !!!!!

We hired Doris and her company for our Pastors Appreciation and when the date fell through she was very flexible and accommodating to allow us to move our appointment to our Christmas banquet. We initially thought it going to be the 360 video, but she surprised us and brought her regular Photo Booth with her as well.
