Avoid This Place at All Costs! I strongly advise against visiting this location or any of their other branches, for that matter. My experience with a man named Noel was beyond disappointing. Whether it was prejudice or just downright disrespect, he treated me like I was less than human. On top of that, he offered me a shockingly low price for my items. I brought in 24 grams of 14k gold, and he offered me half of what I received at another pawn shop (Irving Super Pawn). Irving Super Pawn was honest, respectful, and gave me a fair deal plus, they have a much better selection of quality items. Now, I see why. While the young lady working there was helpful, Noel s rude and disrespectful behavior will surely drive customers away. Don t let them rip you off especially in these tough economic times. You deserve to be treated with respect and get what your items are truly worth! Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere where youre treated like a human being.

I usually don t do reviews but I did receive the BEST service today! The owner Mike happened to be there and was able to take care of me right away! The team is kind, Mireya was very sweet and the other gentleman very respectful. GREAT SERVICE!

The manager Noel, is definitely an EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE,. He does his job with integrity, and professionalism. I THANK HIM FOR HIS SERVICES TO ME AND MY FAMILY. Offered me maximum 20$ for a pristine ps4 pro with 2 controllers. Then walked the floor to see all the ps4 pros they had listed for 150$^ an absolute joke of a pawn shop.

I went in here an yesterday to sell my 14k 1.5 total ct Diamond wedding set a 10 k tiny Diamond ring and a diamond pendant and the toothless guy offered me $285 I immediately said no way and I said you are joking right? I paid $1000 for wedding set 9 yrs ago Iask for my jewelry as l walked away he said if you change your mind come backI went to another first cash pawn in hurst and told her I was wanting around $400 and she paid me $510 for the same items he was wanting to pay me $285 for.That showed me that all pawn shops owners are not Bad.

Do not waste your time in this place if you are a person of color. I brought a brand new computer in the box here to sell and a guy stated he couldn t take it because it was NEW in the box. I asked, do you think I stole this ? He just stood there looking stupid meanwhile my name and address shipping label which also matches my drivers license are still on the box. I told him because I bought an IMAC and no longer need my DELL equipment. Hold time buying a Caucasian man s gun brand new out the box with no question asked!! Hmmm Funny but not funny at all. I ll be contacting the BBB also for bad business and discriminatory practices

Just want to say this First Cash is good to me everytime I come in their very friendly and have lots of choices weather its electronics jewels or tools. Not sure what all the bad reviews are coming from maybe whatever you your trying to sell is not worth much. Keep up the good work FCP Euless.

The first time we went in, the manager was very rude about the objects we were trying to sell and offered a set amount if in working order. One object he couldnt work and told us he would give said set amount if we came back with it working. So, we come back a couple days later only to be told that he wouldve never set that price. The worker we dealt with was considerate, yet the manager was inconsistent and harsh when it was over less than $20. Have fun with the $5 you saved and the fewer customers who browse your business, due to your managers unprofessional attitude towards customers.

The first time I sold something to them they was great, then the second time the assoc. was very rude. What I thought she was giving me for the merchandise I was trying to sell, was way off, the rate that it wAs selling for was way more than she gave me for my merchandise, I think I will have to find another place!!!!!

I got the best service and prices when I pawn my tv.they are the friendly&nice. people Im ever met. They gave a fair price for my tv when I pawn it.i dont know why people gave a bad review of the pawn shop. Its reasonable prices&are fair on pawning stuff.after all they got to make money in the pawn shop.

I pawned jewelry and got it back broken. They would only give me 75$ for the repair. Even though they had profited 45 on the loan. So, $30 for breaking something I have to send overseas to be repaired. DONT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR STUFF! THEY WILL BREAK IT THEN NOT BE ACCOUNTABLE!
