I recently visited this store and was completely shocked at the complete change! I was greeted at the door, I was asked if I needed help right away, I felt welcomed! I had been here before in the past but this time the customer service was so much better! The store was so much cleaner, organized, employees are friendly and knowledgeable. This has definitely become my to go to store for all my needs.

I recently visited this Office Depot and despite arriving close to closing time by accident, had an outstanding experience thanks to Angelica. While two other employees made me feel rushed and uncomfortable, Angelica was the absolute best. She remained patient, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout my visit, ensuring I got everything I needed without feeling pressured. She even had the time to check for a price match online and saved me money! Her exceptional customer service truly stood out and made my day. She is an absolute asset to your company. I really like coming back to this location. Their employees especially the guys that work at copy/ printing - are very helpful and patient. This place is very unorganized. Went to check out instead of paying 30 ish dollars I end up paying 80 because the item wasnt in the right area. the lady was very dismisvie when I wanted to cancel that purchase but I needed anyways. If you go to the Arlington store off Collins, make sure you have a Smart Phone and sufficient time to wait until served. The Euless store was much less busy and more responsive to customers. Highly recommend Euless, but do not recommend Arlington.

Review is about the instore FedEx drop off, but I spoke with the Office Depot Manager about my problem and they were of no help. DO NOT drop your FedEx packages off here. One of the workers stole the watch out of the package that I was sending back to Samsung. When I called Office Depot and talked to the manager about it, their reply was I dont even know why they took your return in the first place! We are not allowed to accept electronics for return at this location. Told me to file a claim with FedEx and that there was nothing they could do. When I told them that the weight of the package indicated that the package was empty when they scanned it in at pick-up (meaning that my watch was taken out of the box), the manager told me that they dont weigh packages with preprinted labels before sending them out and that the weight is already predetermined on the shipping label. This is in fact VERY incorrect. So to the Office Depot/FedEx person who stole my watch and to the Manager who brushed me off? Thanks.

Do not go to this store to print anything whatsoever if you remotely have a choice!!! The lady at the print station- Sabrina is one of the worst you ll ever meet. Extremely rude, absolutely zero customer service. I have worked in the customer service industry. When you help a customer and can t complete the task they want, you can be polite and kind. She was ready to chew me up. When I spoke to the manager, he said customer service is their top priority. Definitely she missed the memo there! He took my complaint. ( she was rude to me more than once). Hope something is done about it. This is not the way to deal with people.

Never ever will I ever Come back to this place! Nikolai was slow as a turtle. If I had to work I would of never gotten there. Then turn around and charged me $13 to FAX!! My experience at this particular Office Depot was highly disappointing. I simply came in to print out ONE page and ended up waiting in a line for 20 mins while employees watched us wait. Outside of telling us the employee was in the restroom they did nothing to appease anyone or attempt to help out in fact one was on her phone texting as if the growing line didn t matter. I m not sure who the manager is but they would benefit from having a conversation as a team about customer service and phone usage. Never going to this location again.

I wish I would have read the reviews before I wasted a ton of time here because I had the same bad experience that many other people had. I tried to buy something from the printing desk and the woman was not nice at all. She had a bad attitude, was argumentative, and clearly did not want to help even though I was being very patient and kind. I spent a little over an hour here before I realized she was always going to find some new problem as to why they couldn t complete the job. The next day I went to Staples and they got the job done right away.

I have only good things to say regarding Office Depot in Bedford at 183 and Industrial. My satisfaction is mostly because of the IT Anthony. He has kindly helped me several times with the HP laptop I purchased there. He is kind, professional honest, and knowledgable. I will only buy my computers and other equipment needs at this particular Office Depot. If you re headed there, be sure to ask for Anthony! P.S. I went to office Depot in Euless it was Available(3) ladies one of them talk to me with very bad attitude she was not helpful I told her I sent (2) documents she printed one only and she said 2nd document is not available I asked her to help me to figure out whats wrong she didnt give me any attention so I spent longer time to get my print out of my document because am not experiencing with this technology I went to another department of the store. I offered him to get my phone he refused to get my phone? but he helped me as much as he can, with out to hold my phone so I didnt find any problem to get my phone if any persons worries about himself of any tipe of any disease should he or she get the gloves or give them the best way to protect themselves but we need really helps we need very positive employees at the locations you have to be very flexible and support and succeed by any means giving your employees to be nice with the customers

Very disappointed in their print-copy center. The only reason I do business with them is because my workplace has a corporate account and I need to print work-related documents with them. They once lost my USB for a print job that had extended several months. I visited multiple times for the job to be done correctly. The last time I went the representative got angry and raised her voice at me because I was frustrated THEY LOST MY USB. Only to find out it was sitting there the entire time; one of her coworkers came to find it, and found it instantly. She proceeded to say to her coworker Where did you find it I looked everywhere. No apology, nothing. The next time I went was for tickets to a special event. The document I gave was a PDF so there was no problem with the document. Their printer slightly moves the paper when they print in bulk. So when they cut the document to bleed, all the papers that slightly moved were all cut wrong, to the point that entire letters or words were cut off. I asked to get the incorrect tickets reprinted. They did, only to find out that another 50+ were still cut incorrectly. When I asked them to reprint, the representative blamed the PDF document. That it was the document that was shifting. A PDF? I got the tickets so as not deal with her anymore, because she wasnt going to be of ANY HELP. I came back to work only to realize my initial order of 900 tickets had missing items. I backtracked every single ticket I gave out as I keep a log of them all, I found out I had 855 items printed only, not 900. So not only did they mess up the cutting, but I also have missing items. I tried to file a complaint with BBB, but they are not listed there unfortunately, so all I can do is write a review. I pray that someone reads my concern and reaches out with a solution because the unprofessionalism at this specific location is beyond understanding. Thank you.

Make sure you check your pages that it is the paper quality you paid for and that the sharpie didnt bleed through onto your documents when they scribbled on the paper thin bag that they put your documents in... Order was ready yesterday had to wait 5 to 8 minutes for them to reprint the whole order so that wasnt too bad but the wrong paper and they got sharpie on the documents..

Unfortunately, i have to use this location due to where i live, but every single employee I ve encountered at this printing desk for the last 4 years is absolutely miserable, and just downright rude. It doesn t matter the employee, although there is one lady that is the worst, but it s like they are all infected with horrible customer service and negativity. I placed an order online to print out 6 canvas prints, which was supposed to be ready to be picked up in 5 days. On the 5th day, I received an email that my order was ready to be picked up. I went into the store at about 7 that evening to pick up my already-paid-for order, only to find out that it hadnt even been started. I dont understand why it took 5 days for them to do NOTHING with my order, and then send me an email that it was ready. When I expressed my frustration to the employee behind the counter, his explanation was that this is something that happens frequently. How is this okay? How do you expect to keep customers with this attitude? One other employee named Andrew came over to help, and he was nice and empathetic. He said he would start my order the next morning and call me when it was ready. He did call me the next morning, but it was only to tell me he couldnt print out my order because he didnt have the supplies to do so. This was a complete waste of time, and I will never use office depot online or shop in their stores ever again.

Ill echo the sentiments of lots of people here. Went in to the print service to be attended to by grouchy people. Sent an email with my dropbox link because the doc was too large for email. The lady said I dont click on links. (which they did do the last time I went in). You should bring a pin drive. I havent used a pin drive in 15 years. She could have said, would you like to log in to your drop box, or could have tried to help me some other way. Last time Ill ever go into this Office Depot thats for sure.

Used their online printing service to print school notes from my professor. They canceled my order without calling to speak with me and sent an email informing me they cannot print it because of copyright issues. Last week, I went there in person to have my school notes printed. The lady asked someone to verify if she could it print the documents, the man confirmed the documents could be printed. I wish they would have reach out to me first before the cancellation. I had one too many bad experiences with this location and the Irving location. I often get overcharge because they print double the documents when I clearly tell them one of each. I paid and didn t complain, but this is the last straw for me. Definitely, not returning back.

Bought a printer from here. Got home and opened the box to find a used printer, after market charger (that wasnt the correct one), with missing parts on the printer itself. Called the store to say I thought I had gotten a used printer and it didnt seem to have the correct parts. They just said to bring it back. Didnt offer to correct the issue. Called the next closest store with this printer, and the manager there was amazing. Went through the first box and was shocked at what he found. Opened the new one to make sure it had all original pieces. This stores customer service was awful

Needed two spiral books printed here. Out of print, public domain books. When I arrived for my pickup, they had printed one of the books twice instead of two separate books once. When I brought it to the attention of one woman, she argued with me and said that I had sent the same book twice. I showed her on the invoices with the books that she had the same order number twice, but she insisted that I had sent in the same file twice. Eventually realized that I was correct. She asked for the correct order number. It is the same type of book as the other. Public domain out of print book that I had a PDF file of and wanted a physical copy to work from. She refused to print it for me, stating that it was a book. I explained that it was public domain and free for anyone to make copies of. But she refused. I expect it is because she is embarrassed that she printed the same book twice and tried to argue with me. There is no reason to be punitive in your refusal to print something just because you got embarrassed. Last time Im bothering with this place.

Sorry but the lady at the counter was so rude and unfair it s important everyone know. She left me standing there and helped one customer after another. She told me it was going to cost me $25 dollars to change a simple form. I agreed without hesitation. She made me fetch for answers to questions that were irrelevant to what I needed. After I stood in line, she helped customer after customer and left me standing there. She does not belong in customer service and has the worst attitude ver. I didn t feel like putting up with her mood today but I did. I will never step foot back in Office Depot again. I Loved going to shop here til a little-short-red headed disrespectful Millennial wouldn t fax my court ordered court documents to the Court Ordered Driving log. I have been facing here for almost a year. This Kid has the nerve to say he couldn t fax my document. I wasn t happy and told him the company policy on this because I read it before I started the state punishment. I was a Office Depot customer and now you couldn t get me inside that store under almost any circumstances. My children are not allowed in this store either. These Millennials think they know everything imagine talking to 100K people over the next 60 years and going out of my way to convince anyone to shop anywhere but Office Depot. Game on Little man!

STAY AWAY... No one in the whole store, went there to print something out and their word version splitted in two pages instead of one but refused to adjust the margins (Takes 3 seconds!!!) And SABRINA who was rude and lazy wanted to charge 25 Dls for that. The Manager JASON (who was sitting on the table when we got there) refused to help and insisted on charging. Got out of Staples in less than 2 minutes with friendly staff.

Horrible costumer service , this Carebare of a guy working at the print shop had such a horrible attitude , and refused to print an invitation of mine because it was copyright issues, ok i get it but then he was rude enough to announce it to the hole entire store ,honestly if it wasnt for the other guy anthony and the guy at the cashier, this place would be a dump just with that guys attitude, replace this little kid and give the other two guys a raise!!!!!!!!!

Went on Saturday afternoon and waited over 30 minutes before finally getting fed up and leaving. Young man behind the counter kept getting distracted by other customers questions and could never refocus and get to me. Finally, he pulled up my email and started to print my order but he couldnt get his printer to work. He went to one of the self service printer where he again got distracted in a long conversation with howto use the machines. I finally left. The bigger problem is this man reeked so bad i gagged and almost threw up. I cant believe management allowed him to work without showering or follow general hygene practices. To top it off, he was walking around barefoot on their nasty carpet and floors. It was disgusting. AT MINIMUM, EMPLOYEES SHOULD BE REQUIRED TO WEAR SHOES. Will never step foot in this location again.

I walk in to copy place the lady worker that was there really on bad attitude thats the poor location to do business whit ... manager come and talk to me she is nice she explain all I need to know about my printing... but the lady that was in charge on printing she not even want to give her name because she knows that iam making a complaint on her she is the worst costumer ever dont go there bad customer service my first time stopping there will be the last one I learn we not welcome on that department I submit a complaint over the phone to ... hope they addressed ... is a good company all they need good people ... good luck .. this happen on 05-25-2019 about 10:am ..

It depends on who is working. Some people are awesome... I like a shift manager didnt see him today but in general the employees were nice. Not too IN YOUR FACE, but yes pricey except when you get a deal you get a deal. S To cut down on space spend, $30 on this rolling cart w wheels (and brakes) and office organizing stuff works excellent as makeup stuff!! Well you can see its a great sized item. The organization items ranged from $5 to $10.

To whom it may concern , I just walked into this place looking for an item and I walked around for the most 6 minutes . From the time I walked in and there was only 1 customer in the store NO ONE asked if I needed assistance ! WoW ! Given that you had 3 employees on staff ! I ll admit that one was assisting a customer with sales . Another was just on his phone behind the counter in the corner and the other I don t know exactly what he was doing but upon waking out he was chatting with the one that was on the phone ...... Great customer service ! I guess this what you all train your employees to do ! Now I can see why the parking lot is empty and why there are NO customers busting this location . I suggest you train your employees to watch the door so when customers walk in they are quick to assist them versus being on the phone ! Unless being on the phone is what they are paid to do ....... EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE as well as CUSTOMER SERVICE ! If this website had an option for a NEGATIVE STAR you best believe I would ve given it with no hesitation ! I ll be looking forward to hearing from someone about this situation ....... Thats if the customers are your # 1 PRIORITY !

Me and my husband just left there . We had to send off a fax the lady there was not professional she seems like she was on something some kind of drugs we watched her as she was taking care of another person who she was being very rude to then she went to help us and it was like she didnt even want to be there on her job very bad customer service very bad customer service some guy was helping us and then I guess she took over and I dont know where he went but overall she should not be working there she is terrible office Depot I will never go back to that office Depot for paperwork that I need to do ever.

This store location is completely incompetent specifically referring to the copy center. On three separate occasions I have ordered something on line to be printed only to show up to pick it up and it s unavailable, didn t go through, or can t be found. To make matters worse today I went in to pick up something that I paid for on line to have the same problem only this time I m in a rush and the lady behind the counter has absolutely no idea how to operate the system. As a result I had to storm out of the office because I simply did not have time to play games. I am currently on my way to an important business meeting with no portfolio to show because your store and your store system can t get it together. Unacceptable

I dont recommend this location & I believe at least one member of management the MOD on 11/23 by the name of Brandon Johnson needs retraining with emphasis on Office Depots policy on racial profiling, assuming one exists. I walked in on Black Friday thinking of picking up a Samsung notebook Id had my eye on, also considering a replacement laptop; on entering the store an associate offered to assist me, I informed him I was just browsing as I really didnt want a random hovering over my shoulders as I shopped. Apparently, something about my appearance triggered the MOD Brandon Johnson who then proceeded to follow me all around the empty store without the least attempt at discretion; I can only assume it was my skin color since I had no bag, backpacks, baggy clothing or any other means of concealing merchandise. His behavior made me thoroughly uncomfortable -which may have been his intent to start with; but I left the store without making a purchase doing my best not to lose my temper. After calming down, I returned to the store to get his name so I could file a complaint, later, I didnt see him so I ask an associate to call him, this genius gets on the radio and says something basically to the effect of ...that guy you wanted us to keep an eye on is back & hes asking for you. Got his name from the associate after waiting a while as he was obviously not in any hurry to come over. Went home & bought my items from Best Buy online which I probably shouldve done from the start. TL;DR Office Depot the future Circuit city employs low intelligence members of management who stereotype racially.
