The poke bowls here are fantastic! Sushi and ramen are pretty good too, but the poke is on another level. Service is exceptionally friendly and fast. The restaurant itself is unremarkable, but clean and odor-free. Will definitely be coming here regularly. :)

This place is a 10/10. Fast service & they treat you so kindly here. I ordered the shrimp fried rice, gyoza & the beef lo mien. Beef Lo Mien 8.2 Shrimp fried rice 10 Gyoza 10 I will definitely be back again to try more. The customer service is impeccable! Be sure to try the chili sauce. It s homemade and so yummy (This is for my heat freaks!)

I just finished my first meal from Bamboo House and could not be happier! Online order process was smooth with great dish descriptions. The meal was completed and ready for pickup exactly on time per the estimated preparation timeline. The staff immediately greeted me when I entered the restaurant and was extremely friendly. The food was AMAZING and very reasonably priced. 10 out of 10 ratings across the board! Highly recommend Bamboo House Restaurant!

Our waiter was very welcoming, it was like I was over a friends house ,not a restaurant. Not only was the atmosphere great but its was also kid friendly. The food exceeded my expectations and was very good. I like spice and ordered the spicy miso Ramen. It was not too spicy and was filling. I really enjoyed my experience and would love to come again.

The owner, Andre, was very sweet and personable. He was kickin butt during lunch rush and you can tell he cares a lot about the restaurant. Great service! Wish I took pictures of the food! I was too hungry. It was all so delicious! We got gyoza, and I got a cup of miso soup for apps. For a meal, I got two sushi rolls (Slammin Salmon Roll & Crunch Roll), and my husband got a build your own poke bowl. For all our food, I thought it was very reasonably priced!! They made it easy to order, and the menu is posted all over. Paper menu, outside, online, QR code. Definitely recommend!

Very amazing service and food! We had the Shoyu Ramen and the Tempura Udon, which were both amazing! 10/10 broth on the Udon especially! We also got the Nigiri Sampler which was a fantastic choice. The tuna was superb and the salmon was delicious and buttery. Everything was amazing and the owner was very kind and helpful. Will be coming back again!

Me and my fiance love this place! The food is not only great but so is the service! The owner is so sweet and Andre who is the manager is the best. He is the only food service manager that I know that actually remembers his customers and is always happy to see you. He is a big jokester so he is always saying funny things and loves to make you laugh. We order from here every Friday and we are always welcomed like family when we walk in there. Had a salmon poke bowl and it wasnt great. A few pieces of salmon were almost frozen and the cucumber had soapy flavor so I had to pick them out, sad because I like cucumber. I also ordered two sauces on it but it was very light and tasted like maybe only one sauce. I will go elsewhere for poke next time.

I am stumped by the other reviews. It absolutely could be that I was there on a bad day, but the service was incredibly slow, which happens from time to time because staffing can be an issue. My biggest disappointment was the food. We ordered three different dishes which varied between being bland and so overcooked that it was difficult to chew. Again, I m just one guy who went here with his family then left to go get ice cream afterwards cause we were still hungry. I can t say I would even try it again because the combination of sub-par service and inedible food just gives me no compelling reason to visit a second time. Good Luck! I am hoping it was just me having a bad experience.

We were in the shopping center and found this place we thought wed check out. At first it was dead inside but I could not believe how crowded it got. And this place had so many to go orders I was really hoping this place was good, which it was! We had sushi, sashimi (thick and good!!), poke bowl, and fried rice. All of it was great. Upon entering I was greeted by Andre, the owner. His warmth and friendliness made me feel like I was reconnecting with a friend I had not seen in years. He truly cares about the customer experience at this restaurant and it shows with how attentive he and his staff are. The Tonkatsu Ramen was exceptional. The pork was tender, the broth had a deep and savory flavor, and the egg was perfectly boiled. Andre offered me chili oil they made in-house. The flavor was unique in that it had a much smoother and more buttery flavor than traditional asian restaurant chili oils. This was an exceptional experience. Great restaurant and GREAT people!

This was my first time trying Bamboo House and the food was wonderful! I got the Tonkatsu Ramen and takoyaki. The broth for the ramen was really flavorful! I know next time to get extra eggs because they were perfectly cooked. I also loved that everything was packaged separately so I could add as much broth as I wanted. Came in on a Saturday evening around 5pm we were able to sit down right away. For a started we got the karaagee chicken with spicy mayo as the dipping sauce. It was a pretty big portion and very tasty. Not oily at all how most fried chicken is, yet still juicy. I ordered shrimp tempura roll which were huge came with a total of 10 pieces. My boyfriend got the yakisoba noddles. Both of our meals were very tasty. I also got the passion fruit tea which was great. Our total was $36 which i think is very reasonable. The rolls in general are a good price. The owner is very kind and very welcoming. He was on the floor checking in with us. I first had the pleasure of trying this lovely restaurant via a pick up order, while it didn t disappoint after the long ride home I knew I had to try this place again but as a sit it. The Sukiyaki Ramen was delicious. Andre was an excellent server very charismatic. The Gyoza was good as well, and all the food was freshly made steaming off the stove. It was a lovely experience. The only thing missing was some alcohol but it is BYOB. I dont have a family, but it is definitely a child friendly atmosphere. Thank you for a good first experience!

A bit of an underrated gem. The service was absolutely stellar. Friendly folks, and quick to get our meals out. It was also incredibly delicious. We will be going back. Vegetarian options: Several Veggie and Tofu dishes. Staff were willing to accommodate protein swaps. Dietary restrictions: Notified staff of allergies in our group, and received specific recommendations on safe dishes. They also modified a dish so that we could eat it. I just want to say today was the dirst time i have ever noticed this restaurant and ive lived in the area for quite some time and when i saw the place i immediately wanted to try it out! My first experience with this restaurant was how awesome the customer service is! I am an absolute sucker for some good customer service! They have a variety of options on food and I honestly didnt know where to start! Just know i spent close to 60 dollars because everything sounded and looked so good! Got home and i was way to excited to try my food and the restaurant did not fail to amaze me with how good it was! Definitely will be back without a doubt. 10/10 will definitely recommend coming here. I ll probably eat inside of the restaurant next time to! So if the owner ever reads this, hell know who we are... First, everything we ate was delicious! Second, my husband decided he wanted the fried rice combo, but he wanted it extra spicy. Were from Alabama and we thought we could handle spicy. We cant handle Texas spicy! I think the owner got a kick out of us lol. This is officially my go~to poke stop. I had the Japanese garden poke. It was prepared extraordinarily well, with delicious and fresh ingredients. The kimchi, ponzu sauce, hints of spice from the micro slices of pepper, and creamy avocados were in harmony. The bowl was presented beautifully. The price was so reasonable at $12. There are several fully plant-based entres here: the Japanese garden poke, veggie ramen, veg- -stirfry, -lo-mein -udon -pad Thai, veggie roll(mango, , ), cucumber roll, avocado roll. Veg Apps: seaweed salad, green salad, veg tempura & age tofu. The restaurant is small, with about 13 tables, beautifully decorated. The ambiance is just right. Andre was warm and welcoming. We chose this place for its exceptionally high reviews and almost immediately upon stepping inside, began to understand how they had been earned. The owner takes customer service seriously and thanks his patrons for coming and does a wonderful job making you feel welcome and seen. We appreciated how varied the menu was - my husband adores poke, while Im more of a sushi gal and here, we didnt have to compromise! They also have ramen, so lots of options. I kept telling my husband how fresh the fish on my sushi seemed - it was tops! He was coming off of a year of Hawaiian poke, so his standards were quite high, but mostly met. If you re looking for super fresh sushi this is THE SPOT!! We were welcomed by Andre, he was incredibly sweet and funny and gave us good recommendations. My boyfriend has the crunchy roll and the cowboy roll and enjoyed both. I had the build-your-own poke bowl with tuna and it was so good. Great portions! I m gluten-free and he came out with gluten-free soy sauce for me and then came out again to give me extra to take home because of how it s hard to find places that have it.
