Amazing playground. My son and his friend (both six) had a blast on the large playground (so many cool areas and slides), and my friend s one year old had fun in the toddler area. The playground, seating area, and restrooms were all clean. The building wasn t very busy even for a holiday weekend. Not sure if we just lucked out as this was our first visit. But I will definitely be back.

We ve gone here since 3 years ago. We ve always had a great time- today we go at 6:55 and they close at 8pm, so we still have time to let our 4 year old play for a little. The lady at the front compliments my kids costume which is thoughtful but then the lady says we can NOT do split payment. I don t understand how everywhere else we are allowed to pay w two cards but I guess she didn t want to deal with splitting a payment just because they were closing in a whole hour .that sucks for a kid. And as an adult..why work where you can control whether a family can have fun or not depending on how soon you want to go home she needs a different job

Such a fun place to take my eleven month old granddaughter. There was a section just for little ones in diapers, and the little one was able to crawl and climb all over. The play area was big enough for her parents to climb with her, and she absolutely loved chasing the lights across the floor in the dance castle!

One of the better indoor playgrounds in the area, this place is pretty clean (we first visited when it was still very brand new in Jan 2023 and the cleanliness has been kept up well to our most recent visit in July 2024!) and there are tons of climbing structures. We bring our kids here when we need to wear them out $20 lets them play all day, with in/out privileges! I like that the large play area is completely separate from the baby area, so if you ve got small toddlers or infants you can let them play safely. My kids have graduated to the big kid side now and another perk is adults can easily fit in all the spaces on that side, too. I like being able to go in to help them out or play and it s easy to do here. The big area also has great visibility for parents who opt not to get in and climb around. You can still see your kids very well and there aren t many spots that are hidden from view. My kids love the roller slide/sleds (I do wish they had more of the sleds for busy days so kids can take turns a little more efficiently) and the ride-on motorcycles under the main play area. There s plenty of seating for parents or kids who need a quick break, and they offer small snack/drink items for purchase. We typically spend a couple hours or more here and it is worth the money every time. Make sure all people in your party have socks (even adults not planning to play) as no shoes are allowed inside. They do have socks for purchase if you forget.

They don t clean or sanitize the items that kids touch or play with. I took my 20-month-old there on a Sunday evening, hoping it would be less busy. The place is filthy. The balls in the ball pit, playpen is covered in grime, dirt and all kinds of filth. My baby, who has never been sick like this before, caught pink eye and a virus from here. If you want your child to get sick, catch pink eye, a runny nose, and a fever, take them here. I don t recommend this place.

They need to do something about the massive birthdays and a weekend crowd. It s too much at once, they need to either close on Saturday afternoons or limit the number of parties, It was hot and crowded, so gross. And if you say you re not happy with the environment they won t even give you a refund or a pass to come back next time. We will be going back to Cheeky monkey next time. Also, employees are just rude. Sorry you have to work on a holiday, but other people will gladly take your job.

The young lady assured me there was always someone at the front desk, they remember everyone and the gates were always locked. When we left our 4 yr old grandson ran ahead and walked out the entrance gate. The exit gate was locked but the entrance gate was unlocked with not one soul at the front.

Wear socks! You ll have to pay an extra $3 for a pair. They require it even for adult spectators. Admission is $20 + tax to play as long as you d like. My 5 & 7 year old were worn out after 2 hours. They have ride on toys that are extra $, but my kids were too busy playing to care about riding them. They have a large climbing structure, ball pit, a few claw machines, a cool disco dance room, and a separate toddler area the bigger kids aren t allowed in super awesome if you ve got a wee one! Tons of tables and seating everywhere so you re not on top of each other and it s easy to keep an eye on kids even when they re adventuring up high. They offer reasonably priced snacks like water & goldfish, but no hot foods like pizza, tenders, etc. It s worth the money for a few hours of play, but not our favorite place to go for price and amenities. 4/5 stars for that reason.

This place is a giant jungle gym foe children of all ages. Plus if your child gets stuck and you are limber you can climb up to rescue them. The cars are a fee to drive but the children love to ride around the simple course. All in all a great place to go. Oh. And the children are usually very well behaved and help each other alot. We had my sons 6th birthday here. Maybe I had higher expectations of the party host, but we pretty much had to do everything. When anything was brought out (pizza, cupcakes, goodie bags) everything was just handed to me to figure out what to do with it. At times other moms helped get these items to the 20 kids we had attending. The kids had fun, but there is also no one that works there attending the motorized carts or making sure kids didnt get stuck anywhere. We will return for day play, but well never have a party again. One kid not at our party got stuck in the playground and no one working there ever came to help him. The parents helped him

Wow! I remember Discovery Zone as a kid and this is a thousand times bigger and better. We went on a cloudy Spring Break Friday and there were some people but not as full as Id been afraid of. Its like a giant multi-story maze with big slides, an elevated soccer field with turf, an area to build with gigantic Legos, and lots of different things to climb on/in/over/under. It was a workout getting around as an adult but its sized for younger kids. My 5YOs went nuts and were sooo tired out after the 3 hours we spent there. They had a blast and I would recommend it to anyone! We did bring water bottles in with us because they were going all-out.

I like this place in general, but when it came to hosting my daughters birthday party, it wasnt the best. I may just have had incorrect expectations, but I assumed Id have help at least serving the guests their food. But while I was trying to wrangle and serve kids, parents were waiting, getting through everyone and also drinks made parents wait longer until other moms stepped in to help out. Not something I would want a party guest to do normally. Cake was still half frozen and we could barely cut. Just a little hectic.

$20 gets your kid all day play!! There was so many cool things to do and areas for the kids to explore. Went during the week and the crowd was minimal and tolerable. It was like Discovery Zone from days of old. Yes, arcade games (the few they have) are extra as well as the motorcycle track but it s water under the bridge as far as we were concerned with how much there was to do. They make you take your shoes off even the adults before you can enter the play area. For the most part it seemed cleaned. Some things you note. The music was a little loud and odd to play the kind of music they were playing at a kids place. Also some of the play areas looked really padded up until you climbed up there with your kids and quickly discover looks are deceiving. I do hope to be back because the size and value you got was worth the extra expense in my eyes.

My son, who s almost 3, loves this place. It s clean, lots of space, tons of climbing, slides, and just an all around great time. We love that you only have to pay for your kid, grownups free, and you can leave and come back same day. So like if my son needs a nap we could go home, nap, then come back to burn a little more energy. We had a blast here. Also, we have a 10 month old and they have a little baby area, which is great. So one parent can run around with one kid while the other plays with the baby in a safe and still fun area. I would say the price is reasonable given that this is in a big building, so I m sure it s not cheap to keep open. On a cold or rainy day this is a great option to have. We ve had days where my husband will take our son to play for a couple hours, they ll come home to eat and then later go back. It really makes our son so happy, and really burns so much energy. It s also a great workout for us too.

Fun place! But overpriced for what you get to do. The ride on motorcycles and arcade games all cost extra (with a reloadable card) so it adds up. The climbing space is huge and has a lot of features I d say most 3-10 year olds would love to climb on, through, and slide down. There s also a smaller child climbing area so that s great for people with younger toys too. The admission fee is good all day but there s really no reason to stay here for more than a couple of hours.

Bought a punchcard with 10 visits for my grandkids back in January of 2023. We utilized 2 punches, one for each kid. Fast forward to today (9 months later) and we come back for the grandkids to play. We were unable to find the punchcard but they found our name in the system. The front desk girl assisting us was very helpful after locating our info in the system and let us in. The manager, on the other hand, was as rude as they come. She states they don t know if it was us or if we were lying to get in , even after showing our driver s license. She said we could be scamming her. I proceeded to have a pointed discussion with her where at one point she told me to get out of her face or she was calling the cops. I tried explaining to her that we have been verified by our licenses and she refused to listen to reason. Do not come here unless you want to have your day ruined.

Went here yday for a birthday party and from the time I got there until the time I left the staff was very patient, friendly and willing to help. Our party host Jiselle was amazing, very helpful and full of energy. The location was very clean and well kept. From the oldest person in our group down to the youngest person in our group we had so much fun and some even made new friends. I will definitely be returning!!

We took the kids in there yesterday and how to say it, it was AWESOME!!! we all had fun including us parents. You could see in their eye how happy they were. We will surely be going there often for the kids. Plus, as I said we went there yesterday Thursday around 3pm, it was almost empty so we had the whole Empire for ourselves which was so cool !!! Surely recommend if you want to have fun with the kids

If you DO NOT want to follow the rules/policies of taking off your shoes and wearing socks, this is not the place for you. Very friendly staff. Make sure to sign the waiver online to speed up the check in. They also sell socks if you forget yours. The price is fair given its an all day pass and you only pay for the children. You can sit back and watch your kiddos play or join them. No outside food or drinks but they sell some snacks. Card only! We went for a birthday party and had a blast. Will come back again.

I had my daughters 2nd birthday party here. The place itself was nice. However the staff at the front desk was not. When we arrived, the lady at the front desk (a heavier Caucasian woman blonde hair) greeted me and asked what I was needing help with. I told here I was here for a party and she asked who s party? I proceed to tell her it s my party since it s under my name and her response was YOUR party? And my reply was .my 2 year old daughters party then she tries to laugh it off and asks whats the name the party was under, I give her the name, and she s looking through about 6 or more clipboards. At this point me and guests are piling at the door, because the lady refused to let any of us past the gate without signing a waiver. We re holding food, decor, etc. then another worker comes over and asks what the name was again, I give her my last name, thinking it would help them find it quicker and she asks the first name is Washington? And at this point I m getting annoyed. I give her my daughters first name and by now, the First Lady comes back with the clipboard and have me write everyone s name down. I get it s policy, but the sarcasm was aggravating. We finally get to our tables to set up. My guests come, the kids play, we eat, etc and even clean up after ourselves even tho we were told our party host will clean after us. We still cleaned our tables and threw out all the trash. We didn t bother anyone. As we re leaving, I hear the lady (that checked us in) talking about our party and guests and how we re finally leaving . What really upset me is that, she told one of our guests oh you re here for that party? I don t even think they re having a party they re just here to celebrate - overall I wasn t pleased with the employees. And to pay over $400 for a party package, I expected more. We won t be going back. Lastly on the birthday certificate, they had the wrong name (my name and not my daughters name) and they had the wrong age as well. Lack of paying attention to detail.

Fun kids activities! Very clean environment. Friendly staff. Large play area. Reasonable $ for snacks. It IS on the pricier side. After taxes it was $50 for 2 kids to play, however there is no time limit. So you could potentially stay all day if you wanted to. Also, you must have socks ($3 each available to buy). No wi-fi for guests at this time. It shows up on my wi-fi list but when I asked about connecting, he said their bosses haven t fixed it so apparently it is there - just doesn t work. Very limited power outlets for charging devices. No cash. Credit cards only. You can come and go though, so if needed you could leave to eat and return later.

Terrible place to work. The tips are awful, they are not consistent, lack of communication, and they barely even train you. Youll have to figure it out by yourself, and then get on you if you dont do a good job. Overall, they are very inconsiderate of their employees. Corporate even had a party here and didnt even bother to tip their party host. Just to go and show you how little they think or even care about their employees. If you want to book a party here youre better off going to Chucky E Cheese, Main Event, or Alley Cats ANYWHERE BUT HERE. They overcharge you for the most basic stuff. The motorcycle ride token that is included for each child at the party is literally just ONE card with credit for ALL of the kids. Do they really expect all kids of any party size to stay together??? The pizza they provide for parties is terrible and if you bring your own youre not getting a refund for the pizza price. Save your money and go somewhere else or stay here and get robbed.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE from beginning to end I Will NEVER bring my kids or recommend to family to this place Starting with I paid over 500 dollars to have my child s birthday party I didn t receive the proper hosting with (Neveah) I was REMOVED from party sitting areas threw different times 3 times! Having to move my whole group of 20plus was DIFFICULT!!! Second I didn t get the full PARTY EXPERIENCE I paid for Party bags Drinks Cups Table setup And birthday cake As the party continued I had no choice but to keep my daughter birthday celebration moving forward. My sister noticed they were cleaning a section with a birthday cake box marked with my name. I ask the lady cleaning the area was that area for my party gave her the name she said yes. I told her no one told us that was our section they moved us from that section. The host never came to check on us or told us that s our area. I said this has to be reported to the manager ASAP I then spoke with (Alex G) the manager and got nothing but IM SORRY that she s been having issues with this host over and over again. Knowing this employee has not done her job when it comes to hosting they need to be behind her and check her work but no one did anything to make sure she was on point knowing she s messed up on party s before. I was told to report to corporate about the INCIDENT for any discounts or reimbursement. The photo showing the manger giving us the party bags, drinks and cups after the party was over. This place is has not been properly TRAINED OR HAVE THE CARE IT SHOULD HAVE TO HOST ANY PARTY. THEY NEED TO FIX THEIR TRAINING ASAP!

Probably good for just taking your kids to play, but if you re the adult dealing with and paying for a party, take your business elsewhere. We had minimal communication prior to the party (booked a month in advance). I had to call the place multiple times to ask questions and get clarification on things. Not a big deal personally, I am a proactive person. But regardless of how many times I called and confirmed information with them, they still messed up some things. In the end we were charged for an extra kid, an extra pizza, and never credited for the cake they do not make in store. Website (at the time of my booking) said they do provide a cake, but this location does not have a kitchen - so they say they will refund you the cake price Weirdly enough, manager said they are not allowed to give in store refunds , so I would have to contact the corporate email to receive a refund. It took 3 weeks for them to answer, and as of today they still have not resolved my issues or refunded anything. In fact, they have dismissed my complaint entirely. More on the party itself: The pizza they provide for the meal parties is terrible. And if you bring your own, you do not get a refund for the pizza price. The motorcycle ride token that is included for each child for the party is actually just ONE card with credit for ALL of the kids. We had a party with 20 kids do they really expect all kids of any party size to stay together and take turns using the motorcycle in a huge place like this? Literally makes no sense. And Yes I did ask for a card for each child and they said they are not allowed to give out more than one. You are supposed to have an exclusive party host, which we barely saw, and many times I had to go find her to ask for things. One of the party managers I talked to on the phone prior to party said they provided balloons. They didn t. For the price parents are paying per guest in a party, I would expect much better customer service, food and logistics than what we received. Very disappointed in this business.

Great concept. Its decorated to make you think its geared more for 5 & under but unless you are a parent wanting to crawl around the jungle gym with your kiddo Id say this place is best suited for kids 6-11. Their snack box is a good deal but your ticket allows you to come and go as you want for the whole day. Lots of seating for parents who dont want to play. Smaller play area for those with diapered kids. Id say it would be a nice upgrade if they had more arcade games especially for the adults but overall my kids enjoyed it.

He told me no problem and rang me up and came out to be $6.49..I found that weird so I asked him why is it that much if I JUST wanted $5..the staff member lied to my face told me it was for taxes..so I asked for the receipt and it turns out they CHARGED me for a card that I already had in hand..be aware on what you spend in this place. Other than that issue the place is great ,my kids love it.( the music is nice as well)

Great fun for the kids. We went to a joint bday party for two 4 year olds. $30/kid; $10/adult. Just a few of the adults climbed the ropes. The rest were watching their kids since no attendant was. The kids were given v small snack packs-it was $10 more per person for pizza-of 3 high sugar candy the size like you give out for Halloween and a small bottle of glitter hand sanitizer made in China. The kicker was when we asked when they were going to bring out the birthday cakes and we re told they ran out of cake! Seriously! We had to run to the supermarket to buy two cakes. Our host said I m not paying a birthday rate when you don t even have cake! Their response was fine we ll take the balloons away! Hahah. They got us! Lol! Would not recommend this place. Definitely kid friendly but not so much adult friendly.

We love indoor playgrounds for our three year old. However this indoor playground is probably suited more for elementary age kids. The gaps between levels are just a bigger than he can reach, and my husband had to stay with him most of the time to help him. There are also way too many tables and chairs, it s difficult to navigate around the main area because of how many chairs there are. I think if they have half the chairs and oversized games like connect four or corn hole in the main area Lastly, as a mom of a child with a peanut allergy, it makes me anxious that they sell peanut butter and jelly s in their little café. If someone was to eat a peanut butter and jelly and go on the climbing structure without washing their hands, my son could easily go in into anaphylaxis. My other concern is security. Other indoor play places have a bracelet checking system With names that have to be checked before leaving. There are a couple entrances and exits at this location, and it would be easy to slip out the back door. We genuinely tried to keep eyes on our child the whole time due to this. Just hard to trust people in the world these days. Overall, I really believe the ideal age for kids empire is probably 5 to 10. I will say that the facility is very clean and extremely well-maintained at this point. I also appreciate that you buy a ticket that you can come in and out all day, and you re not limited to times of the day. Certainly a lot of pros, but we probably will not be back until my son is quite a bit older.
