McDonald s is somewhere where we can stop because they re supposed to be fast but every time I come here they park there s literally nobody behind me right now and they asked me to pull up and park. I ordered one drink one burger and one fry there s nobody behind me and nobody else in the drive-through but somehow they want to park. They have three other cars parked.

Drive thru gave us the wrong order, then the manager was rude and implied it was my fault. Tried again 3 days later and it was just as bad if not worse. They cant get anything right in the drive-thru, and they dont seem to care. Update: I wound up going back to this one again months later and they got my order wrong again and they still dont care.

Cleanliness just was not there! It was as if a manger wasnt on duty. Received my food cold & order still wrong, ice cream melted! Atleast if you have me waiting remake it fresh. Not have it melting. Cleanliness was my biggest issue! Ive worked at McDonalds before & I can say when we didnt have customers I made sure to clean, as much as I could. Along with other team members, I always closed as well, and everyone worked as a team. This establishment is all over the place! Esp in the afternoon and evening!

I was in the drive thru the car before us got our food when we pulled up they tried to give the food to us i told them that is nasty them people went through our bag and touch our food keep in mind that Covid and other diseases are still here and we he cashier did not care I will never go there again because if I would not have said nothing we would have received food that people touched or ever coughed on

Not that I hold McDonalds to a high standard, or any standard, really. All I expect is a cheap burger, and maybe a little shred of service. That wont get you a review, but I often will review if anything is above that. Not here. Below standards and expectations for McDonalds. My grandson began to get sick in the play area before we received our food. Well, not 1 employee seemed to care the first 2 times I asked for a bucket, then for something or someone to do something about this. The third time, I was told they were getting a manager. I called back almost 45 minutes after we left, and the manager, who answered the phone hello (and left me to verify I was calling McDonalds), was yet to be made aware of the situation. Still, half my order was inaccurate or unable to be eaten. No drinks, and we didnt have time to fix that at the store. None of the employees know how to do anything outside of their particular task it seems. Nor do they care. Management is obviously not interested in the operation of the store. And the only way to fix this would be a replacement order? Your horrible food is not worth a 3 hour drive (I live nowhere near useless). Save your time, money, and stress. Save your sanity. Until management is replaced or figures out how to run a store, you deserve better than what they offer.

Ordered thru the drive-thru at 1am and the moment they opened the drive-thru window to take my payment, the marijuana smoke & stench was literally billowing out. The food was disgusting as well & it seemed more like I interrupted their smokeout. I truly do not have an issue with weed, but this is either a business or it s not. The place is more of a clubhouse for weed hounds than a restaurant & so for that reason, I will not be back. Notice to management: check your camera footage.

I start Coming to this location because another mcdonalds That was on my way to work they Are having some c hanges in their employment and I started to feel the customer service was going down. The locationis a little out of the way but, the employees who I have encountered at the drive through in the mornings are out standing. Their customer service is GREAT! They need to be commended. Thank you for starting my day with a smile. Parking: Location 2182 Tons of parking, ample handicap parking. The parking lot to always clean.

We placed our order through the app, so it should be you know correct...the person at first tries to bring just 2 of our 4 drinks. We had to send him back multiple times to get our complete order. I know it is hard finding employees, but an employee who doesnt care is just as bad if not worse than being understaffed.

2019 First time here since the remodeling was done. I usually order from the electronic kiosks, so I dont really experience any customer service issues. Employees all seem nice when they bring out your food. Kids enjoyed the playground, but its a bit smaller than other Mc Ds in terms of seating and table space around the playground and in general.

I have eaten here several times and developed severe food poisoning TWICE that lead me to the hospital. The first time I got sick, I did not realize that it was food poisoning, which is why I ended up going back after being sick. I had the two cheese burger meal each time I got SUPER sick. My family and I will never eat at this location again. Something is really wrong with the food and cleanliness there.

Heads up to everyone! My girlfriend went here last week, and her credit card information was used. It s been used 5 times by the time we caught it. Now we have to get a replacement card, and switch the information on all our automatic payments to a new card just because she went to this McDonald s. I have a lot of things on my mind about the employee who did this but they need to lose their job so they can be societal trash elsewhere.

The 3 things im rating this a 3 star is that they gave me the wrong amount of creamers they were close its that they gave me 16 inatead of 18 im only giving it a 4 star in service is that they got the rest of my order right 3rd thing is that they made me wait for 500+ seconds for 1 order til i just had an adhd meltdown. By: that harmony kid at 4:20 pm cst 2/26/2024 Vegetarian options: There are fruits and few vegatables, possibly on the menu. Dietary restrictions: They always tell you the stuff they have in mcflurries one last year had nuts, onto dietary you can also take a cheat meal. Parking: Ngl they added 2 lanes to reduce parking lot build up so yeah bussin. Kid-friendliness: The workers are nice to kids and they work very hard it takes less than 5 minutes to get the job done.

Service completely sucks here, I get 30 mins for lunch and I ordered on the app. Went through drive through got 1 of 2 drinks and told to go park in a spot, after 10 minutes my food came out and then after another 10 minutes I called the manager over the phone and their excuse was they were cleaning the machine and takes some time. This was at 12pm, lunchtime for many folks yet they have to clean a machine? Needless to say service is absolutely terrible and recommend going someplace else where fast food is actually fast food for short lunches. Zero stars all around.

Place was completely trashed especially the play area. I had to clean our table area and the touch tablet myself. Trash was overflowing and saw employees hanging out, or on their phone several times. This past Sunday went through the drive thru. Ordered a 10 piece fries and a frozen Coke happy meal and double cheeseburger with a small fry. Tell me why they made me pull over to a number and wait to come and say the frozen Coke machine isn t working so I tell them a regular Fanta orange is fine. Person walking up to my car took them 15 minutes, forgets the damn drink and double cheeseburger and I tell her I m missing things she said okay I ll be back. Yo, gave her 5 min I had to drive away. This service is terrible. I don t understand why this location is up and running still, SMMFH.
