This staff has completely taken disrespect to entire different level and im going to be filing a compliant because threatening to sue someone is very unprofessional. To call a client yelling and screaming about a case is a first for me and I refuse to allow anyone to speak to me in an unprofessional manner over a case that has nothing attachment to me and that was not anything that belong to me. But I will be filing a compliant on unprofessional lawyer Brandon Weaver.

Katherine Allen is AMAZING!! She came highly recommended by one of the local judges who had witnessed Katherine in a courtroom firsthand. She turned out to be such a blessing. She came back early from her Thanksgiving vacation the day before Thanksgiving and came into court ready to do battle like a Samurai. To put it mildly, I felt VERY confident with her on my side. Everything we needed was achieved...100% without question. I have put in the hours for you, I have interviewed the family lawyers for you...save your time...Katherine Allen is the one! She is the best Family Lawyer in the DFW metroplex, and probably in Texas. There is no one else I would rather have by my side than Katherine Allen if I had to walk into a family law courtroom again. The judges really seemed to listen to every point Katherine made and not brush her off like they do most of the attorneys in front of them. Katherine was also very concerned about what is best for the children and was highly motivated and invested in their well being. Thank you Katherine Allen for being the best family lawyer in the world when no one else would help!!!

DO NOT hire Katherine Allen, who was court appointed for my children in the 360th in Tarrant County, unfortunately at the detriment of my girls. I WISH someone had written a review like this, so I could have read it to avoid the torment my children and I went through from allowing Katherine to be an advocate for my children. There was CLEAR evidence that our custody battle was about Money, and she let it continue based upon heresy. There was NO evidence of what I was being accused-I am a medical professional who owns her own business, supports the Fort Worth community, several local charities & have ZERO history of Drug/ETOH abuse. Katherine Allen cared nothing about reuniting my children with their MOTHER for over a year and a half. In our 1st meeting, she said my children would be taken away, & they were. She repeatedly had me tested for Drugs/ETOH. After 3 hair tests, nail, and multiple random urine ETOH/Drug tests (I had to cancel clinic patients), ALL NEGATIVE; I was told that I would not have to test again. However, she requested one more test at 2pm on a Monday(why not 8 am?). I could not make it in time bc I was at a doctors appointment. Within 24 hrs I did the test and it was NEGATIVE I got the result the next day and I emailed it to her immediately. Of note, Earlier in the week I had asked her to let me take my girls to see my mother who was in the hospital, and she replied she would not have time to see the judge however as soon as she received the NEGATIVE drug and etoh test, she beelined to the judge and stated the result was positive because I did not do it the same day. My attorney was in communication with her the whole time. I received SUPERVISED visitation & had to cancel our flights to visit my sick mother. I would question how my children, not seeing their grandmother for fall break (who they have not seen in three years) is in the best interest of my children? Instead we sat in my home, being watched by a random stranger for $55/hr. Luckily my mother recovered. There are many more unethical things Ms Allen did during the case, but if I can save ONE family from having to suffer like we did..this review will be worth writing.

Great help, Kathrine is the best divorce lawyer in Texas. The most natural law giving lady around. Mid 90s was my divorce. Bravo Allendefence

Brandon was amazing every step of the way, and finding him was a miracle as a small business owner. I will absolutely be working with him again in the future when handling legal processes for my LLC. I felt supported throughout the entire process. I highly recommend him and his team!

Kayla Gertsch is an excellent attorney. Our experience with her was as an ad litem, she represented our daughters best interest in court and truly cared about the results of the trial for our daughter. I couldnt recommend her more. If your child is in need of an ad litem attorney, its a scary time and we knew immediately our child was in good hands as Kayla took time to get to know our child and her situation. We are very grateful for Kayla!

Mrs.Allen is a great lawyer she helped me get my divorce and she also helped me get my childsurport right also .One thing I will say always be honest with her. She will always be honest with you and I know some time the truth hurts. Mrs Allen, will protect her clint . Yes , she do have a job to do . But she will fight for u like Moses went into Egypt with the help of God and made Pharaoh free his people!!!!!

Allen is the worst lawyer, if you need help is better if you get someone from the state, dont waste your money on this person. She just takes your money then sells herself in court and abandon the case.

My father in law passed away back in January and had a house in a marital trust and it made for a messy situation with family. Brandon was great to deal with. He gave us a free phone consultation and gave us great legal advice. We agreed to send a letter outlining our situation to the opposing attorney and was able to get our situation resolved with out a lawsuit.
