Pay attention to the storage building area by the trash can while you ordering in line in the drive thru there are rats going in and out of where they store the bread for your burgers!!! I talked to the employee and told him about the rats going inside that building he said dont worry they only store bread there, the bread that they use for your burgers!!!

Dont bother stopping here at night well get the orders wrong The meat is unseasoned they dont bothered putting cheese on your food after you pay for it . This is not the second time. I m a DoorDasher And I had to drive half an hour to this McDonald s to pick up an order. The employees had half an hour to have the order ready and nothing. I get here they didn t even have the order ready. There s a bunch of employees that were just goofing around and being very unprofessional. Now I have an upset customer. Thanks to these employees. I do not recommend this location whatsoever.!!!

Worst McDonalds ive ever been to. Told to wait in parking spot for food to come out. Used mobile app, came through drive through and got my drink and parked. Food never came. I went inside and they had gotten rid of my order. Trash. Look at the times kn both reciepts. Same order different order numbers and time stamp. Just didnt do it.

3 star rating? Ik I go there kinda a lot. I dont blame the workers for not particularly not liking to see me. Atmosphere is kinda blank. Parking: Its such a small parking space. Sometimes you get stuck in a parking spot because their lines are very long and no one will let you out.

I was wanting a small burger, prefect place. I have had them before. But today the cashier taking the orders, still found time to walk around asking the people in the lobby if they needed anything . We went to McDonalds theres an an employee named Alexis, when I was ordering they put wrong my order and I said can you fix it please and she told me go up front and fix it and I drove to the other window and the nice guy fixed shout out to him our for him, then when she was giving my order she forgot to give me a spoon for the mc flurry and I asked her for a spoon and she just closed the window and I stayed there for a minute and she open the Window and I asked her for the spoon but she just ignored me

The food is average for McDonalds and their staff is friendly, what sucks is that they dont even let you get your own soda or ice refills! People dont forget what McDonalds use to be, affordable and SELF SERVICE DRINKS, NOT ANYMORE!!! now with their new high prices you might as well go to a sit down restaurant, youll get way better food, quicker refills and better service. I paid almost $20 for two shrunken in size McRibs combos!! You used to get a combo and pay one dollar more for an extra sandwich! How did we go from a good deal to a rotten deal in a years time??? Heres their latest trick, the Fish Sandwich by itself up until todays visit (022724) was $3.99 regular price so I looked at the menu inside and the raised price is now $4.19 and now the special price on the marquee outside says $3.99 !! So McDonalds management really thinks everyone is so stupid that theyre not going to notice the price hike once again!! Really people LETS ALL QUIT GOING TO MCDONALDS and see what happens, lets trick them now!!!

Food was fresh and hott. Young lady at register was very kind and welcoming. Only problem was that it felt like I was in Antarctica. Uncomfortably cold in there. And Im on the bigger side . Think a polar bear would agree, ridiculously cold in there. Took me a while to thaw out after I left.

Service is always pretty decent, drive thru can get a bit hectic if there are more than like 5 cars. It gets difficult to find parking as well. To be fairly honest in my personal opinion, the food is either a hit or miss. Parking: If the drive-thru line gets full, good luck finding a good place to park. Dec 15 @8:25am My husband and I were here to grab breakfast and someone in the kitchen won t stop coughing like nonstop!!! We saw 4 people in the kitchen from where we sat and there was only one person who has a mask on. I just don t understand like everyone in there just pretend to not hear her coughing and keep working, aren t they worried??? She shouldn t be there and everyone in the kitchen need to wear a mask even though if they are not sick, but for the safety and cleanness!

This is our first time eating at this location, we stopped on our way back from our girls volleyball game. It s hands down the best experience I ve had at any McDonald s in the RGV considering we re always getting fast food after games. Super friendly staff, QUICK service, they got everything on our order correct (it was a big order) and the place was clean! The staff is young yet professional!
