I went through 5 estimates from different window companies and I chose Borderland Windows. They had a better offer and when all of my 5 windows were complete in a timely manner I was very Satisfied!! :) The windows Look Great !!!! I definitely recommend ! they carry themselves very professional and caring as well!

Amazing customer service. Estimate was exceptional with window options clearly laid out. Pricing was great especially if youve got a Renewal by Andersen quote. Installation team worked efficiently even returned promptly for a repair when we made a mistake in handling a window. The difference in quality from our old windows is amazing, we no longer hear our neighbor sneeze. You want windows, this is the company to use.

Just had our windows in our whole house replaced by Borderland Windows, we are extremely pleased with the work they did! We had 5 or 6 quotes, we decided to go with Borderland Windows they were very helpful in our decisions on what windows would fit and look best for our house and were very affordable. We could not be happier with our decision to go with Borderland Windows Grace was amazingly helpful was always keeping us updated on progress. Their professionalism is second to none their workers did a fantastic job, we are getting many compliments from our neighbors and friends. We have already recommended them to many people. Hired these great folks to do my mothers house windows a few years back (approx. 5+ yrs or so). Windows have withstood the test of time. And the owners were a pleasure to work with. Punctual and quick once windows were manufactured to size. Very happy with them and their product. I intend on using them again within the next year for my own house.

I recently had windows and sliding doors put in my house. Grace is wonderful, she was helpful and answered all my questions. She also called me daily as they were installing the windows to see how things were going. My windows are now air tight and they look great. I had two bay windows put in. The thing I noticed most was that I hardly hear any noise outside my house now. My windows were almost 60 years old and the noise woke me up at night but not anymore! Since I had new sliders put in, they are heavier and harder to open but they are so much better than what I had before.

What can I say about Boarderland Windows, well I will tell you. Grace and Carlos are fantastic !! They are very professional, courteous and very helpful in answering all of my questions. I have used Borderland for 2 projects now, and can recommend them highly. Professional and thorough, no sleazy sales pressure tactics or price gimmicks. I would have them back at my home anytime. Very informational, and good communications. They sell quality product at a good value and do installations the right way, without rushing to their next job. They were not my highest or lowest bid, but I made the right choice in selecting the company, and did not hesitate to have them do my next project. I wish all home service and product companies were this good.

Several weeks ago I had 22 new windows installed by Borderland. I chose them because they did a good job installing new windows for my neighbor last year and I felt I would get more individual attention than some of Borderlands competitors because Grace who is the owner is very hands-on. It took Graces crew several days to install the new windows. They did a very good job installing the windows, caulking and securing them to ensure the windows are airtight. While the windows were not inexpensive, given their superior quality and the labor required to install them properly, I think the price was fair. I would highly recommend Borderland. My new windows and Borderlands installation exceeded my expectations.

We chose Grace, Sean and Borderland Windows for our home after looking at a couple other companys windows. They werent the cheapest, but were close. Her crew were on time, knowledgeable, and very thorough with the install. It took them a day and a half longer than planned, due to some unforeseen issues with the old windows, but they chose to do it right, instead of fast. We would recommend Borderland Windows to anyone who is looking for new windows for their home.

Our house had 21 metal frame windows from the 1940s. Grace and her team beautifully overcame this challenging project. You couldnt have a better team than Carlos, Juan, and Marc to help reduce the stress of replacing 21 windows. You can see the years of experience in Carloss hand as he meticulously sealed our windows with the silicone on the difficult brickwork. They also not only immediately resolved any of my OCD findings, they proactively found and resolved items during their careful inspection. Their work did such an amazing transformation, I hesitated to put the window treatments up.

We are very happy. Everything that we read said that the most important thing with new windows is not so much the expense of the window but the installation. So, we did not feel the need to get top of the line windows but tried to find a company that we felt focused on the installation. Borderlands price was great and they stressed how they took their time with the installation - one window at a time. The installation went smoothly. The installers showed up when they said and were very efficient. After the installation, we noticed some issues which they promptly came back and fixed - no trying to convince us that what we were noticing was the way it should be. A pleasant experience.

Grace and her team were very professional. We had 11 windows replaced. It took her crew two days to complete the job. Both days the crew showed up on time, they were polite and professional. They did a great job installing the windows and cleaning up after they were finished. The quality of the windows are excellent and the price was well within our budget. Grace was very professional. Always on time, always giving clear explanations on how the work would be done. Installation date was set at the time we signed the contract. One week before installation Grace called to confirm that everything was on time and to coordinate the final details. On the installation day the guys showed up on time, installation was fast and clean. Plus their prices are very competitive.No complaints at all!
