the men s bathroom has one stall that has part of it taken out so people can see in, even worse the only thing keeping that door closed is a bent up hanger. you charge $10-15 (usually $10, often ends up being more once you get there) for entry and can t keep your bathrooms peep-free? it s not that big of a venue either, entrance area is very narrow and that s 1/3 of the place. it s a historical building so it reserves the right to be not very accessible unfortunately. Edit: the owner reply that doesn t address the privacy and safety concerns at all and just tells me to go somewhere else reminds me of how unprofessional some of the staff are. a friend overheard the talent coordinator talking negatively about another local venue with one of the bands.

The Grand Stafford theatre is a quite nice (in a rough way) place with many bands playing. A very nice bar, and you could maybe ask the bartender for a Longhorn Haywire drink!

Performances are great here.... but why have a liquor license if your bartenders cannot make a mixed drink LOL Literally wait for 20 minutes watching slowest drink delivery on earth to be told cannot make something thatll take long.... I asked for a Long Island... takes any competent bartender under a minute. Would have paid premium price... instead f it... Ill go next door to Proudest monkey or anywhere else... what a waste... management?

Intimate venue in an old restored building in downtown Bryan. They often feature free shows during First Friday of each month. We were lucky enough to drop in during the March show. Awesome! What an energetic performance by the Brazos Valley All Star Band.

Perfectly fantastic venue! The smaller size of this place is excellent! It has an old school vibe mixed in with some very well crafted crumbling concrete brick walls and a rustically beautiful solid wood 2nd floor balcony. The bathrooms were clean, the line smooth, good variety in choice of drink, staff was superbly present, kind , and accommodating. Beautiful place inside and out, as well as the surrounding area beyond this Lil gem. The acoustics allowed an angels voice to fall beautifully to my ears and brought tears to my eyes as I was so completely in awe of the music I was fortunate enough to be present for.

I love the Stafford. Every time Im in Bryan, I have to check out who is playing. There are local bands frequently. The bar tenders are super awesome and will keep you company if you are waiting on friends. One girl, short with short dark hair (and some crazy coloring) and dark eyes, chatted with me for like an hour - while still doing her job!!! - because my group was late. She made my night. I have had some great times here. Great place to check out.

An old restored theater that blends broken rustic with cool. No food, but you can bring in food from next door. Reasonable service the few times I have been here.

The Stafford is a multi event venue. Mostly known for music Most recently went to see Stu Hamm a notable innovative Bass Player. Tickets to shows are fairly reasonable and every First Friday the shows are free and open to the public. Hit or miss on those shows but worth adding to a locals list of check me outs for music

This venue is awesome. My band played there and the staff made everything very painless. The stage is a little tight, but there is plenty of room for people to move around when watching a band, also there is an upstairs loft with couches if standing around isnt your thing.

Had a lot of fun watching Beautiful Eulogy here. The place is a little compact for 100+ people but it works and they have a second and kind of third level where you can still see the stage if you dont want to stand or be around a bunch of people. The sound from the concert was perfect and a great venue. They severed alcohol if you wanted it as well.

The best place in BCS for a concert. Really intimate venue with great brick walls. Head upstairs early to grab one of the few seats if you can. This place has really helped the music scene in town, bringing more big acts that wouldnt normally stop. They put on great free concerts for First Friday typically.
