Having the water slides is a cool feature that I wish more of the splash pads had, but when I went there were dirty pads and bandaids on a bench and the public bathrooms were filthy and hadn t been emptied in a long time.

My kids loved this place. The week prior, i paid about $90 to take my kids to a water park, but they had just as much fun, if not more, at this place for free.

Plenty of shady areas. Bring chairs and a folding table just in case the park tables are being used. Clean and kids had a blast.

Brought my dog here for the first time today! He loved it! It is a gated enclosure, with water spouts that shoot upward. Not too many other dogs there, however. It was mostly clean, and appeared safe. One recommendation I suggest for the establishment owner, is to work on reinforcing a better gate lock system. Its a bit hard to properly open/close the two gates. But other than that, a great dog water park!

Really cute spray park with two water slides and also has an enclosed spray park for doggos. They were all well behaved and owners cleaned up and watched over their pets responsibly ...Really clean area. Has a few trees..but pop up tents were up around the area. Would like to go back on an off day to take my pups along for the water fun.

Cute. All the splash parks should have slides. So since this is the only free splash park with slides, it makes it the best splash park in ELP. Theres even a cute little doggie splash park right next to it.

Great place to take your kids and furry pets. My only reason for not giving the five stars is that some dog owners are too lazy to clean up after their dogs. You also have to beware of unruly dogs. Some dogs can be overly aggressive, and thats really based on the owners laziness for corrective behavior.

Less than impressed. We re traveling cross country with our dog, and we re including dog parks along the way. We traveled about 20 miles out of our way to let her play at the water park, but the damn thing didn t even work! It was literally just a concrete pad surrounded by dog poos. I can see how it could be fun I guess, but it was a giant waste of time for us.

I can only really do 3 stars. I want to do more but it s not accurate or fair. There is NO ONE there to stop the bigger kids from pushing and showing and harming the little ones. Adults bring 47 family members and take up space while being rude and disrespectful. The splash part itself is a kids dream. It is everything else around it that is unacceptable. There isn t enough tables or chairs for people, the parking is bad. Perhaps the fact that it is adjacent to a public pool is part of the issue. There is just a lot to be said for lack of planning and supervision.

Its great! But it would be better if they had some sort of lifeguard to make sure all kids are playing safely! Of course not all parents watch their own kids but I mean some kid slipped and fell, hitting the back of his head on the pavement. It couldve been prevented if either their parents or other would tell kids not to run, or even not to throw rocks at others!

This spalsh park is probably the best in El Paso! It is big enough to facilitate a large number of children, it is free to access, the parking lot is big, and it has a lot of different things for a child 2-12 to do! This is the only splash park I have been to that has water slides and they are pretty awesome. I would recommend going in the morning, because it does fill up fast.
