Service was wonderful. Server would check on us quite often. Good pricing on lunch specials starting at $10.99 incl drink. Included also are the tostadas and salsa. Would highly recommend these specials. Salsa is delish however, tostadas are very greasy.

Always been a Chilis fan, but you know service/food varies by restaurant. Without a doubt, today was the best experience I ve had in years. Food was timely, hot and delicious. The staff here are getting it done! The hustle of the servers, helping each other, checking in with guests multiple times and smiling the entire time. Not sure who was running today s lunch shift but kudos to you and you team!

Party of 6 took a while to get seated. Ordered 3 for me only to find out this loccation on lee trevino was out of chips and salsa??? Chicken quesadillas were warm at most and dry. Ordered molten lava cake only to find out they did not have. If youre going to advertise 3 for me make sure you have what is being offered. This was our first time to this location and will be the last. Never had this problem at a chilis before.

Service here is horrible. We walked in (my wife and I) and were told there is a 30 minute wait. But seating at the bar was first come first serve. Sure enough, a table was open at the bar, so we sat. I walked to the restroom and counted 8 open dining tables. Seems odd for a 30 minute wait. We were very close to walking out, after watching the bar server help every table in the area but us. We waited almost 15 minutes just to get our drink order. After 10 minutes, I walked to the bar asking if I needed to order directly from the bar, because we werent getting service. We even had to ask for simple items that I would expect a restaurant to offer once seated, like utensils and napkins. We enjoy their food, and it was as good as always. If you plan on hitting a chilis, stop at a different location. This place wasnt it for us. Also, if you walk to the restroom before your meal, do not look into the kitchen. Granted it was around 7:30p when we were there, but the kitchen was in worse shape than a frat attack at waffle house at 1:00am.

Its been a while since Ive been there. Last time I think I wasnt too happy with the wine the whole experience. Today I went and got the fajitas trio plate and it was delicious. My wife got the Sante Fe chicken salad. That was a bit disappointing. She said it had more chips than chicken but she liked it.

We havent been to Chilis in years, today was our first experience in a long time. We saw a triple dipper plate on Tiktok and decided to try it out. They unfortunately had ran out of mozzarella sticks for the plate. Food was still amazing. the service from our server was amazing, and the manager at the location was just as amazing. They made our night. The servers name was Amber and manager Quinn. Definitely will be back.

The restaurant is pretty clean but loud. I like the bbq ribs they were seasoned perfectly the sauce is on the sweeter side. Chips and quest was over salted. It is always a good place to visit. Friendly staff and good food. Prices are reasonable. I like the happy hour margaritas.... Parking: Plenty of parking in the strip mall area and in front of the building. Kid-friendliness: I see many kids and I think they even have kids menus . The food is always exceptional and I know most restaurants are still short staffed; however, today both my husband and I ordered the 3-1 that includes an appetizer, main course and drink. He got a smash burger and chose their enchilada soup for his side. I asked for an old fashioned burger with cheese, no bread. I chose the chips/salsa as my appetizer but upgraded to the triple, : white cheese, guacamole and the salsa.Also asked for a root beer. It took a while before someone brought my husband his come zero. I was informed they were out of root beer so I asked for a Dr Pepper. Our food came out before we got our appetizers.wr waited, they didnt come so we started eating half way through our meal the witness was tending to the table across from us and I informed her I should have gotten everything it the bread. No to.steos nor pickles. No ketchup for the fries. At the end of it all I checked the tap and saw we were charged separately for y husbands soup and I was charged for the root beer I never got. I asked that my appetizer be wrapped to take home as we were lost done eating when we got it. I asked to speak to the manager and that never happened.

Went to go try the famous triple dipper and ended up disappointed cause I didnt know chillis. If I could give a Negative Feedback it ll be -10 Just make sure don t to get the server from the left/back side of the building close to the register and bathroom.(I ll get the name later) Worst service EVER We got there at the same time as another family and they sat us with a difference of a minute and they got their food and 4 families that arrived later got their food first and the family that got with us got served twice and by the time they were paying we didn t still got our food. This review is long overdue but very much deserved for this specific Chili s location. My husband and I were looking for a place that served green beer for St. Patrick s Day and Chili s happened to be celebrating the holiday. This location is the closest to where we live so we decided to make the drive. For it being a holiday and a Sunday, we were surprised they weren t too busy when we arrived. We opted for sitting at the bar since the main reason we came was for the green beer for my husband. The bartender was great with service, she checked in on us often and got us our drinks quickly. I ordered the triple dipper for my main course and my husband got the brisket quesadilla. Of course we also got their chips and salsa, as always! It did take quite a while for both our appetizer and main course to come out. At least we had our drinks to sip on but it took much longer for our food to be served, compared to other locations. The bartender was great though and assured us she spoke with the manager about comping our meal due to the extra long wait. Honestly I was surprised that she did it without us asking. Very good customer service! The food was delicious and fresh. My husband was happy with his meal as well. The biggest thing with this location was how good the customer service was, I thought it was really nice that our bartender went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with our visit. We will definitely be back in the future!

I loved the food, the only thing that bothered me was the time it took for the waiter to ask us for our order, he only saw us but didnt come closer, then he and other waiters started putting tables together for a large family, and because they were accommodating three tables with Their chairs did not serve us, I think if there is a family that occupies two or three tables, it is not necessary for them to stop serving other tables to serve those who have not yet arrived, I did not like that.

Tonight, I had a much needed dinner after a long day of work. My waiter, Ivan, was one of the best waiters I ve came across in a very long time. Not only was Ivan consistent with ensuring I had everything I needed, he created a very welcoming atmosphere through conversation about my day. Ivan also utilized his time by asking his coworkers if he could assist them with anything they needed and ensured our dining area was clean. Ivan has displayed efforts that were above and beyond his title as a waiter; he displayed leadership. Ivan definitely deserves consideration and an opportunity for a management position for this establishment. I truly believe he would be a huge asset for this establishment. Way to go Ivan!

I went to lunch with my mom this afternoon. And we walked in and we were greeted which was weird because everytime we go to Chili s. We are never greeted and they just show us to our table. My mom ordered the lunch combo. Which came with a soup or salad and an entree. She ordered the double cheeseburger with fries. She said it was really good. She also ordered a house salad which was a perfect size especially for lunch. For dessert we ordered the chocolate molten cake. It was really good. I will definitely be back

Our server was extremely attentive even though he was incredibly busy. As always, the food was fantastic, and the kitchen even accommodated a slightly customized nacho order. Perfectly clean table and very prompt service even during a busy lunch hour.

I returned my food and asked for a refund and chili s doesn t offer refunds right then and there. Manager has to submit refund to customer service, why?! My meal looked like leftovers. The flavor was incorrect and didn t get the dipping sauce I asked for. I am now waiting on a 5-10 day refund.

When we sat down we got our drink promptly but then we waited and waited for server to come back. We flagged down other servers to see who was serving us I thought maybe the server changed. They told us that they will tell our server to come to our table . So about 30 minutes later no server came till we asked one of the server to call the manager. So instead of manager the server came and says sorry for the delay she was our original server . I watched this servers the whole entire time while we where their because she was the one serving us first. She was standing chatting with coworkers, talking to a guy that showed her pictures, did some circles around the restaurant, sitting on the back table on her phone drinking her monster etc. We did not order all we did then is ask for the manager which she came . We told her what happened and then she said let me get your order in real quick we declined asked to pay for our drinks. She said don t worry about paying for our two teas . Manager did not seem to be concern about the server I will never return to this place again . My husband and I used to go their 4-5 times a year worst experience we ever had when it comes to any restaurant service.
