Ordered the ribs as my wife wanted BBQ. I know...not Hutchins, but would expect if you have it in the menu, it should be edible. Ribs were dry with a good amount of BBQ sauce spread. Please take them off the grill before they turn into jerky. Only reason I didnt bring it back because of the drive home and have to turn around and go back. You can do better.

Our waitress Elizabeth (aka Queen Elizabeth III) was an amazing server who gave us great tips for the food and really made us feel at home. I came to Chilli s to get some comfort food after my girlfriend broke up with me, but Elizabeth and Grace gave me phenomenal advice and she finally called me back. This was one of the best restaurant experiences I ve had in a long time thanks to the amazing staff and the food was great as well. I paid $25 for the meal, but the service was certainly worth much more! Chilli s knows how to do it right, and we need more waitresses like them!

I went in for lunch and had the most wonderful experience. Chili s is always my go-to lunch restaurant with friends and family. However, Steve the GM made this visit extra special. He walked around and checked on all of the customers, and he checked in on us. He saw I had my baby with us and we were struggling to calm her down. He was so kind, personable, and brought us anything and everything we needed. Always made sure our drinks were topped off, and our food came out in a timely manner. Felt like he was another friend we got to enjoy lunch with. Make sure to stop in and say hi to Steve!

We have been to this location many times and they are almost always on top of it. Even when they arent its better than other places weve been. The food is almost always 100% on point, but if its not they are quick to fix it. The servers we have had have been good too, we actually had one of the best servers weve ever had at any restaurant ever here at this Chilis. The only thing I hate is that they dont put adult drink prices on the adult drinks menu. But thats Chilis corporate not this specific location. This is a good location to come to. My girlfriends and I had an amazing time at this Chilis location last night! We had initially planned to meet at 8pm, but two of us couldnt resist starting the party early with some margaritas and appetizers. We were so grateful for our waiter, Ryan, who was incredibly understanding about us being at his table for so long, and went above and beyond to make our night a good one! Ryan consistently checked on us, refilled our drinks, and made sure we were having a great time. As busy moms, it was such a treat to have a server who didnt rush us and actually engaged in conversation with us. His friendly demeanor and attentive service made our night out so enjoyable. We will definitely be requesting Ryan next time we visit this Chilis. Thank you, Ryan, for making our experience memorable! **We did make sure to let him GM know how great he was too.

Now I remembered why I havent been to this Chilis in a few years. The atmosphere was like a corporate lunchroom. Our server did nothing but take our order. He didnt bring the drinks or the food. Not sure, who I am tipping, but Ill get to that in a minute. Some else brought out the drinks but we had to ask for straws. The fork in my silverware pack had food stuck in between the forks. I asked for new silverware and was handed back silverware that he claimed to have just come out of the washer. They were cold so that wasnt true, Im sure they were just wiped. I would have expected a visit from the MOD but we did not, either because he was not told about it or just didnt care. The food was mediocre at best. Our server did come by to check on us once and I had a half full glass but asked for another, HE SAID TAKE YOUR STRAW, GRABED MY HALF FULL PLASTIC MUG AND LEFT. Personally, I think that is unacceptable. If I had ask for more fries, would he have taken my plate? Finally, watch out when you PAY. My bill was 34.00 and when it came up suggesting a 20% tip, the amount was more than 20%. I checked it for 18% and the same. BEWARE.

I havent eaten at a Chilis for probably 20 years and I will wait at least another 20, and that would be too soon. I picked it because it was close to the stores we were about to visit and the parking lot was not packed but busy. The food is barely edible, the staff uses catch phrases when at your table that give me flashbacks to the movie Office Space. The food is obviously prepackaged garbage that gets warmed in the kitchen and brought to your table by barely trained teenagers. Its loud and obnoxious for no reason. It is the embodiment of mediocrity. The service would be rated lower except I cant blame the untrained person they sent to serve us.

I gave cash to the waiter to pay for my bill and he never came back with the receipt or the change. I don t know if it s normal for the waiters to put the money in their pockets even though their hands aren t full. They were empty. After 10 minutes of waiting for the receipt and change I went up to ask for it and when he gave it to me it and it shows it still hasn t been paid for. That was 10 minutes after I gave him the cash. It s just not professional for that to happen.

I live just down the street, it s just after 4:00 in the afternoon, there are maybe 5 people in the entire place! Yet just like every time I come to this Chili s no one waits on you! They all stand around the Togo register and look at their phones! I sat at the bar for 10 minutes, nobody on the floor, no greeting nothing! I would say that if you are going to go this Chilis only do dine-in. When sitting and eating the service at times is slow but everyone is nice and the food is on par with what you would expect from this brand. Delivery and pick-up on the other hand is an absolute no. We have ordered multiple times for both and the commonality is the food is usually only lukewarm, there is usually something wrong (items missing, prepared incorrectly, overcooked, etc.) Its a shame because often times we cant sit and eat and would love if the food we take away was at least similar to what we get when we stay there to eat.

I Sat at the bar yesterday Sat 7/1 at 6pm for food & drinks. I ordered the triple sampler. The burgers werent well done very pink inside. So no worries I asked the bartender to have them re made & she did. She s failed to tell the kitchen to cook the meat well done. She just re ordered me a kids meal no sides. So the new burgers arrived still pink. I complained again she said sorry & never returned to ask if I needed anything else to drink or even tried fixing the food problem. She strictly attended to the people at the bar of her own race & ignored me. I asked for the bill. I m a great tipper, I gave no tip. I ll never return I felt so uncomfortable.

I swear the fajitas are the BEST, DONT EVER get rid of the black beans with pico in it. They are Amazingly good. My meal was sheer perfection and the friend I took to eat said his meal was incredible. Thats all we talked about at the table. Andrew (green hair) was very prompt and extremely friendly and pleasant. Im changing my favorite restaurant back to Chilis because the menus food is HIGHER QUALITY than MOST places. Thanks Chilis in Prosper TX Im from Oklahoma moved here recently not familiar with everything yet but that yall are 4 miles from home. Convenient. Thanks, Mark

We came here after having the worst experience at the Chilis of McKinney location. In response to hearing about our abhorrent experience at the other location, our server & the team here compensated us with a free appetizer and free dessert!
