We usually order the wings and calamari. The food is great and comes out quickly. The service to get a drink is horrible. Once they give you the food, the bartender never comes back to ask if you need a drink. It has happened on more than one occasion.

I don t even know where to start. This place is going down fast. The last few times we were there, the manager Lisa appeared to be heavily intoxicated. (This wasn t the first time) to the point where my wife had to tell her to stick a gum in her mouth and to drink a glass of water. My coworkers recently invited us this last weekend, (Which we luckily declined) only to be told that the drinks were horrible and the service sucked. Guess we re all gonna have to find a new bar to unwind at.

The service took forever. The bartender deliberately chose to wash the glasses instead of take our order cause she felt rushed. And then told us to come up to the bar if we wanted to order. I ve seen bars with one bartender and flow more efficiently than this bar. They work in a service industry, SERVICE Industry. .

We use to come in for a beer and much on the food but here lately the food quality and service is sub par. Orders wer wrong but still tried making the best of it and tried to have a good time. We realized they have no Spanish music on touch tunes. Also we are bikers with no club affiliation and on a separate occasion wer kicked out cuz we cant wear a leather vest. Only thing on the vest was a harley davidson patch but yet we have been at the bar a few times and bikers have come in (no club) and they wer not kicked out. U see where Im going with this? Ive had enough and had to post a review. Its too bad cuz this was once a cool place to hang out and enjoy a few beers and eat.

Not sure why the bartender, Ashley M., had an attitude and terrible service from the start. She was slamming the shots on the table. She then lost my card at the end of the night and gave my card and tab to a different table. Then was upset and had an even worse attitude at the situation like it was my fault. Also tried to tell her she gave us the wrong tab and she still charged us that tab. It was only $2 over and she refunded me the overcharge with cash. Could have totally been avoided from the start tho.

Went for lunch. Had Olive and garlic oysters, which were delish, crab tater kegs & fish tacos. Consistent every-time, no matter the time, no matter what we chose just delicious. The bartenders are great, food was served very quickly & hot. Nice atmosphere great music.

I feel as if the only time I post is when I want to share a pleseant experience and to express the content I feel with said establishment. Yet again, here, in El Chuco, we have a small treasure trove of good eats and local hospitality. Both staff and food were great(recommend the REAL crawfish tails). Half 12zn Rockafella oysters were the BOMB and truly, the staff and food nuked my wife and I, out-a-orbit. Thanks B-52
