Hiring everywhere is a challenge, but please staff the busier hours better. We waited over 30 minutes for a takeout order, entirely unacceptable. The drive through was also at a standstill for the same amount of time, maybe even more! Won t be back until there s more focus on staffing levels.

Love their food but 30 min I. Drive through is ridiculous. Get it together guys, put someone outside taking orders like Chikfila if your line is going to be that long at lunch time. It s not even as if you are frying anything up. Some people are on limited time for a lunch break. Also it s a bit pricey. Avoid during lunch time like the plague.

We enjoyed our dining today as we always do! The manager, Grace was unbelievably kind and efficient. The food was spot on, and even when a soup was forgotten, she rushed to the kitchen and ensured it was fixed with double the size! Thank you for being an excellent choice for dining in Burleson. Today me and my family went and got lunch and we usually have an amazing time there but today there was an employee and I assume manger that seemed like they were having issues interrupting me and my family from eating I don t know what was going on but the older lady seemed to be getting way to close to the employee and that s honestly just not a good look for the store or appropriate

The meal and service were fantastic. Grace and Jodie are wonderful, welcoming, and incredibly polite. They mentioned they were understaffed but the service and meal were fantastic and nothing seemed as if they were understaffed! This is a great stop to enjoy a meal in Burleson. Please open one in Cleburne! My favorite thing was their macaroni and cheese

Rewriting this review after a call from the restaurant manager. I have to admit, it was a very productive call. I expressed my concern about the pre-tipping before you even have your food and she understood my position. I also mentioned the dryness of the chicken salad and she explained that the salads with nuts do tend to be more dry and that we have an opportunity to sample the salads before ordering and the option to get additional mayo on the side. Neither of these options were offered, but we also did not think to ask. Knowing the manager took the time to read our comments, call and have a polite conversation tells me this is a place the cares about customer satisfaction. Well be back for another try.

The food here is great, however, the service at the Burleson store is terrible. My husband and I just walked out after standing in an empty restaurant there for five minutes with four people in the back just looking at us not even acknowledging that were there. This is not the first time we have had terrible service at this store either. Unfortunately, this is why I just started buying stuff to make it at home myself.

I tried chicken salad chick for the 1st time. Sadly it will also be my last time to order food from here. Customer service was friendly. Food was mediocre at best. I ordered takeout. Ate it within a few minutes in parking lot under a tree. So food should have still been fresh and soup hot. Ordered the cranberry Kelli chicken salad blt and a tomato bisque soup. Soup had very little taste, not creamy like a bisque and barely lukewarm. Croissant bread was not very soft or fresh, chicken salad not tasty at all and not very much on the sandwich. Please go to Our Place for a good chicken salad sandwich or if in Mansfield, the Java Lounge has a great chicken salad croissant.

I returned today, Wow can I say from the service to the quantity and quality of the food did a 180 from the last time I was here. I give y all 5 stars today. The young lady who took my order thru the drive thru was very helpful and knowledgeable. She gave me the bread options when ordering. I didn t even know I had options. The meal with sandwich and scoop was proportionate to the cost I paid. Thank you so much!!! I d give 10 stars if I could. Today I ordered The Chick with the Carol sandwich on white not toasted with lettuce and tomato and a scoop of fruity Fran it is so good!!! Prior review - I went thru the drive thru received terrible service and missing food from my order. $15 for this . I won t order the chick again with the egg salad, look how much egg salad I was given or not!?!? Egg sandwich?? Where is the egg salad? Then maverick charged me $4.99 instead of the $2.49 for the chicken salad scoop. He needs more training and the kitchen too! They were closed when I tried to return to get it corrected.

They Refused to take my order because they were closing in 5 minutes, I had to pull up to the window and wait an additional 3 mins, where a guy kept looking at me, making ridiculous faces, when i went to take a picture he turned around . Finally a girl named Erin comes to the window and says they are closed, it s still not 8 at this point, but had they just taken my very small order, I would of been in and out before 8pm! My family and I ate here for the first time today and if I could give this location 1000 stars I certainly would! The staff and service were amazing! The young man at the cash register whos name tag said in training was so nice, helpful and knowledgeable about the menu Id have never known he was still in training. The food was absolutely delicious!!! We ordered the Fancy Nancy on Croissant, and the Jalapeño Holly also on a croissant. The Fancy Nancy was so darn good I could Not get enough and the Jalapeño Holly was so good, mild with just a hint of kick. For our sides we all got the grape salad and let me tell you it is almost sinful it is so good!!!! Oh, and you Must try the refreshing Watermelon tea while they have it!! We will absolutely be back again and again as I think I may be addicted!!! Pricing is very reasonable and the decor is calming and very tea time garden like ... very quaint!! This location has really gone downhill since first opening. Half of the employees do not look clean or presentable, my order was wrong today, the service is slow, and the chicken salad scoops are very small. I used to love CSC, but I don t know if I will continue to eat here. The owners really need to do something about this location if they want it to stay open.

I ve been coming to chick salad chick for maybe a year and recently you can tell they are struggling with staff. I recieved my food and it was wrong and the bread was dry. I suggest chick salad chick that you pay your employees better or train them better, because at the window, your employee at the window was telling the 2 managers that if they leave him alone to run the store by himself he would walk; because both managers wanted to both go to the grocery store, while there is a line wrapped around the store. Not very good or fair management. Chick salad chick you have customers that are loyal so maybe if your paid your employees more then they would care and your store wouldn t be struggling so much.

The egg salad is good. I don t like chicken so I asked for an egg salad sandwich. Apparently putting a scoop of egg salad between two pieces of bread is more difficult than a scoop of chicken salad between bread, because they don t sell it that way . It s hard to drive while eating with a fork. I wish I could share my opinion on the food here because I had wanted to try it for a really long time. Unfortunately , we didnt get that far. We pulled into the drive thru and were immediately greeted and asked to give them a few minutes. That was fine of course and we used that time to figure out what we wanted. Several minutes passed and no one ever came back so my husband asked if they were ready to take our order. Apparently that irritated the employee and she rudely asked my husband to wait. She then came back on the speaker and in a very annoyed voiced asked to take our order. Update 3/26/21: Ive been back a few times since original review, and again, while the food I receive is always decent. Every time I order a special extra treat for my daughter and I, it is always left out. Every single time I have ordered a dessert, I dont receive it and when I am the one picking it up and notice before I leave I have been met with annoyance. I like chicken salad chick, but if I return it will probably be to another location. I love the food at chicken salad chick. We ordered the other day for a picnic and all of the food I received was good. However I had a couple items missing, some incorrect, and while ordering she seemed irritated with me for having a hard time hearing her quickly tell me what they did have (she explained they were out of quite a bit). Which is understandable at a time like this. But it made me feel like a nuisances when asking if they had certain items before ordering or asking her to repeat herself when she spoke extremely quickly to get through the list. Then to receive an incomplete order, which I should have checked before leaving, I will admit.

This was my first time here. My coworker invited us here, so the company was excellent. Im sorry I cant say the same for my first impression. First time trying Chicken Salad Chick and even though they were out of a lot of things I was impressed. Classic Carol sandwich on a croissant and loaded potato soup, both were very good. Service was great. I will definitely be back to try more things.

Its ok. We go here on occasion but Im not in love with it. The macaroni is usually old and squishy. The last time we went, we ordered two different flavors, and they gave us the same thing on each. As I said, its ok. But I dont go out of my way to come here. On the plus side, the staff is really friendly.

I am always completely satisfied every time I eat this place however I prefer to order my chicken salad sandwiches without lettuce and tomato because they tend to put more chicken salad on the sandwiches when you do that. They are also a bit slow but the food makes it worth it. They come with a side and a little cookie

So good-- literally had to have it again the next day! The food is delicious. Fresh, flavorful, perfect portions. The staff was super helpful and friendly. Place was perfectly clean. All staff were tidying up and staying busy (nobody on their phones!!). Recommend!!!

My gammie who lives in another state makes her own chicken salad, one of my favorite things she makes. I rarely get to see her. CSC damn near replicated her chicken salad with their Cranberry Kelly. Made me think of my gammie, way to go yall :) you made my day

Was a big fan until today. Placed an order online to pick up and when I arrived I was told they have no order. I showed them the confirmation online and the charge at my bank. She said sorry. I cant help you. I asked for the manager and she went in back to ask for help. She came back twice with no manager. They finally found the order and I waited for it to be made. Still never saw the manger. Wife called after and talked to the manger and was told sorry they are short handed and didnt have time to help me. Foods good, service not.

Its hard to miss me with chicken salad and this place hits a homerun! A little pricey for chicken salad but a good value and you wont find many like it! One cool thing about this place... if youre unsure based on the menu board description... they let you sample. The Fancy Nancy on a croissant is my favorite! The Holy Jalapeno is another good choice! Last, I would also recommend the Buffalo Barclay chicken salad.... oh my!
