This is my third time coming to a vision of love and it s been nothing but such an awesome experience. Ricardo was great and so kind. He explained everything to me that was showing on the ultrasound and is so knowledgeable. I highly recommend coming here if you want to see your baby with more clarity. 10/10 recommend!!

The BEST experience. Very friendly and welcoming. Recommend for any military members to be seen here as it s not always a pleasant experience on base. SO WORTH paying out of pocket , and they offer military discount. It is just a on the side screening , baby keepsake place. Not for actual medical at all. Staff was the best ever. Highly recommend

I looooooooove this place. Love!! I had an ultrasound last week and couldn t get the best view of my baby since she was covering up. Rick was so great and gave me a retake. I went today and got the most amazing images. The experience was the absolute best. He is so kind and patient and really makes you feel comfortable. You can see how passionate he is about his job, and really tries to get the best images of your baby. Highly recommend to anyone who is pregnant. I live a little out of the area and made the drive twice and I was sooo worth it. Thank you Rick for all your kindness and patience and photos of baby girl!

My fiancé and I have been seeing Rick since our little baby was only about 5 weeks gestation and we could only see a sac! Fast forward to our last scan at 32 weeks and we got to see our boy for the last time before he is here with us. Rick has been attentive, caring & funny. He s made this experience very memorable. I went here back in September of 2022. Let me tell you what it is worth it. The first time my partner and I went my little one was not cooperating so we got to go back. It was amazing seeing our little one so well. The gentleman who did our ultrasound was fantastic! Highly recommend. I will be going back my next pregnancy!!

I really enjoyed my experience with Vision of love, you can tell he really loves what he does and takes his time to get the best results and will even reschedule you to come back if your baby decides not to cooperate. I got some amazing photos and videos out of my visits with him and got the cutest stuffed animal with my sons heart beat inside that ill love forever. If I ever have another child I will be back to visit. I highly recommend visiting.

I cannot recommend this business or Rick, the ultrasound tech, enough! I was on the fence early in our pregnancy about having this done until we caught a quick glimpse of our baby during a routine prenatal appointment. NOW, we have full face photos, expressions and movements of our baby before we can hold her. What an absolute blessing! Moreover, Rick was a gem - a warm, compassionate, funny and professional tech. We could not have asked for more!

My wife and I are first time parents and we could not have been happier with our experience. Rick (technician) is phenomenal. His bedside manner, his expertise, and his patience with my unborn daughters lack or cooperation and camera shyness was above and beyond what we expected going in. Rick was disappointed as he felt we did not get the best of videos/pictures because he genuinely cared about our happiness. Im on cloud 9. I got to see my baby girl yawn and her first hiccups. My husband and I went here because after moving from NJ to TX we hadnt been able to see a Dr. Going here eased our minds. It was a comfortable setting and being able to hear our babies heartbeats and get the genders was awesome! Made a next day appt and there was no wait time. It was also pretty inexpensive for what we got. Highly recommend!

My husband and I came down for the weekend to celebrate our ten year anniversary. We had an amazing spa weekend planned that they canceled on us last minute because I was pregnant. We were so bummed and didn t know what to do to cheer us up. Found this gem on an internet search and we got to watch our 3rd baby together instead! It totally turned our weekend around and was such a joy. We called and were surprised to find out they could fit us in last minute. You can really tell the tech loved his job. It s always such a better experience when you have someone who loves what they do and he was just so much fun to work with. We heard baby s heartbeat and saw him waving at us! Such a special moment. The room is intimate and nice. Takes away the cold medical feeling of what your use to at the hospital. Instead it s special and peaceful. Can t wait to come back for our gender reveal! I m really interested in the live video packaging. If we do that, I ll update my review. worth the money!

My family and I went today for a 3D ultrasound of our third daughter and it was a wonderful experience. The baby was not in a good position and was asleep but the ultrasound technician demonstrated lots of patience trying to figure out a way to get good views/pictures of her. In the end we were able to get a lot of great images captured. It has been so disappointing navigating pregnancy during the pandemic and my husband has not been allowed to attend any ultrasounds at my physicians office, so it was so wonderful to be able to share this experience with him and my other two daughters.

We usually have a great experience when we come here. Today a different lady did the ultrasound. We paid $75 for our package that was supposed to last 10 minutes and it didn t last that long. We felt rushed and didn t feel like we were valued as customers. We understand that the baby goes in whatever position they want to, but we just were not satisfied with our time there. My daughter cried on the way home because this is the worst experience she s had at vision of love. We are really missing the previous ultrasound tech. I m not saying that this is a horrible company because it s not. It was just a bad visit

Honestly I fell like our whole trip was a waste, and we did go back for retakes but nither session gave us good immages or that happy felling at all. Its been about 3 weeks and Im honestly regrate going here... I didnt really get any good photos, we also went over time which I was not comfortable with and could tell the baby was getting annoyed .... sucks but cant get the time back. Very flexible with changing packages & allowed my spouse and other small child to join me. Loved that the tech explained everything while watching (a lot of the times the tech s at OB appt won t do that so sometimes you aren t sure what you re looking at). The only thing, which is not ultrasound related whatsoever is that our free heartbeat bear (recording) wasn t as good as quality as I hoped, but still special. Will be going again later on!

Truly the best experience we could of envisioned. I was able to schedule a next day appointment for my niece. I was going surprise her with gender reveal party, therefore needing a gender confirmation. Our sonographer Melissa was nothing but professional. She was super sweet and careful to keep it a secret from mommy to be. Baby wasn t cooperating and she was very patient trying to give us the best experience yet. And it worked! My husband reserved me a prenatal massage for today as a Valentine s gift. I showed up at 10:50, and Waited until 11:15 and was never greeted or anything. No sign of anyone in the building so I left. At 11:30 they call my husband to tell him I can come back.. we live on the other side of town and I turned down work to come to this massage just to have my time wasted. No I will not turn around and come back. Even if I did I d be crying the whole time because my time was wasted and they didn t even have the decency to tell me they would be running HALF AN HOUR behind for a 60 min massage, which would mean the rest of my plans for the day would also be pushed back over half an hour.. NO THANKS. Worst customer service!! and especially for a pregnant woman on Valentine s Day it s just another insult. Go literally anywhere else.

Dont get the time you pay for. Me and my wife paid for 30 minutes we only got 10 maybe 15. Defintely over priced and the equipment is obviously not the best if we can see a better ultrasound at the doctors office. If im gonna pay that much Id like good quality. Do not go here they will rip you off!!! I paid for 30 minutes they only did 15 minutes and they still have our CD we didnt recieve anything. We were harassed on the phone by a man because of my review !! Honestly worth the money! The experience you get is unforgettable. The staff were very kind and professional. We got to find out the gender and we were able to see him and watch him move around in 2D as well as 3D. An emotional experience I will never forget. I just went to my doctor for my 20 week check up and got horrible pictures compared to a vision of love. Also I had a relaxing massage after the ultrasound appointment, also amazing! I went in on a Tuesday to find out the gender of our baby and our sonographer was amazing I wish I knew her name. She made the experience so pleasant and worked with us since we didnt want to find out until our reveal. Our baby was also being stubborn and she patiently looked and looked for 30 Minutes until the baby finally showed gender. I highly recommend this if you are thinking about it. Theres nothing like seeing your baby on a giant screen moving around.

Was unhappy should have walked out when i got there. I was on time for my appointment and ended up waiting over an hour to be seen since they were behind shouldve rescheduled then but all family and friends were there waiting. I was asked to fill out a form with my private information name, address,phone nunmber, mailing address, due date,Dr name and number all on this form that just on the other side, the back had someone elses very exact private information when I informed the receptionist she said all the forms are that way to save paper!! I felt very uncomfortable onlybfilled out my name and number how can you be so careless with peoples private information? Once inside tired from waiting the baby was resting and hiding I kept saying that I was told I could reschedule for another day since we had no luck but she wanted to keep trying after over 1hour I was tired of trying to make baby move she finally got a few pictures but I was so unhappy and tired wish she wouldve just let me reschedule. Spending $150 only to top it all off and get 6 black and white pictures of the 3d ultrasound made me very upset she said the cd had the pictures and I could print them at Walmart or walgreens!! We just spent $150 couldnt get colored pictures really!?? Dissapointing experience overall

Wow! This place is wonderful! The prenatal massage is the best thing I have had done since I am 5 months pregnant, I definitely will be back to get another massage! I went to this place to find out gender of my baby at 15 weeks. The ladys were friendly but very unknowledgable about how a baby is supposed to look at 15 weeks. The lady insisted I was much more than 15 weeks instead of a positive experience it was a negative one as the lady started talking about how something looked strange. They also seemed unsure about the sex of my baby they went from boy to girl to boy to girl. Without my knowledge they call my doctor and told him they saw something wrong with my baby something in the shoulder and he called me in for an ultrasound obviously causing me to get very concerned. I went and thank god everthing is prefectly fine with my baby. Dont reccomend anyone to go here and if you do just know that these are NOT physicians even if they try to act like they are.
