I am not that happy. It s been over 2 years and my case has not been settled yet. I don t understand why it s taking so long. A semi has caused me not to be able to work. The man admitted it was his fault. Which is proof of what happened I was happy with my X attorney Rey Gutierrez. Now I have new attorney

I broke my ankle in 2019 outside the Mesilla Valley Mall in Las Cruces, NM. I contacted the Cesar Ornelas law office. We did win and I was awarded $22,000. I was very pleased! BUT and I repeat BUT I have not received one penny and it has been well over a year. Come to find out, this Law Office does not collect. I am not sure how others get their settlements but I was told we do not collect. What is the purpose of a law firm if they dont complete the job?! Who is supposed to do the collecting?! Am I supposed to collect? This makes NO sense to me! I certainly could use my settlement BUT have zero idea how to COLLECT!! **** 6/10/24 I still have not received my settlement . They do not answer emails / texts/ or phone calls!! I could really use the money and or at least an explanation!!

At first my experience wasn t so well, even tho I had given every form of communication I was left in the dark for a month because I change my cell phone number. However, when someone reached out to me about this issue, my case was quickly handed over to Anjelica Lujan and she handled my case effectively and to my wishes. She was great and kept in contact with me and let me know what was happening. I couldn t thank her enough! I would ask for her specifically if I ever find myself in this type of situation again.

My daughter got rear ended back in Sept. 14, 2023 and havent got a response from the Ornelas team. My daughter and I contacted them multiple times without any response. They wont call back or assist in any way. Her car has gotten worse while driving it to work and we just cant afford to fix the damages. At least have the decensy to say No we wont help you!

I just love that this office has all these positive reviews and the photo below of them out in the community at a fair of some kind, great. I guess thats why cant return my call or work on my car accident case from January, 9, 2023. I love that we signed a contract that they they are not upholding. I dont recommend anyone pick a law office from Google, while still crying and injured from the car accident they need help with. In my experience, help isnt coming.
