Best: Season Pass is one of the best for frequent movie goers! Around $20 a month and about $2 per movie! You can use it once a day! Mid: Food and Service. Hit or Miss! When its great, Its Great!! Some days the food is cold and popcorn is stale. Portions are small for the price.

This is a good cinema chain. I really enjoy having reclining lounge seating and at seat service. I love that they have a policy to kick people out that disturb the show. Ive been to so many shows where people just sit and talk through the entire movie. The food is good. The drinks are good. The prices are average. Plenty of parking. They do themed events from time to time.

Cant say enough nice things about this place. Went to go watch Twisters and the girl at counter was really welcoming and asked if I was military or student which was great because I am a student and appreciated the chance to get a student discount ordering the food was super ez and everything came out so perfect and delicious the theatre was clean comfortable and quiet. Our favorite place to go see a movie. Easy to seat yourself and cant beat the comfy, roomy chairs and service. Love the vegetarian options including the Buffalo Cauliflower and Fried Pickle Spears. Kids love the pizza and the loaded fries. Good choice of adult drinks too.

This was our first time going to this cinema. It was nice, seats were comfortable, we got to order from our seats and severs brought our food. The only problem was that servers are walking in front of you the entire time you re watching the movie. They do duck down but it s a little distracting. Also prices for food is pricey. ***Servers will scam you and will commit Fraud*** Decided to take wife and kids to watch Despicable Me 4 first thing I noticed the staff was late to cleaning the theater, second when we got to our seats the area was not even clean. The cup holders were full of some liquid and gunk or food residue from previous people. To top it off I noticed my receipt I signed and filled in $0.00 on tip because I left cash tip said Reprint on bottom. Turns out it s a scam these servers do as there is a policy where they can add 20% to any unsigned receipt. I am 100% sure I signed and even filled out tip portion and then they keep the original receipt that was never given to you and add the additional tip. I reached out to management instantly when I saw what they did and I got a generic answer with no refund or resolution. Would expect this from other places but when you pay higher prices and get scammed leaves a bad impression, would not recommend and would highly recommend others to check receipt as they will do this to you as well.

Watched a movie with a buddy and his wife. One of the speakers must have been blown because the sound was horrible when bass hits. Did not bother me as much as paying 7 dollars for a soda and not getting it refilled when I had the assistance light on! Drank my buddies water. He did wait a good while for the bottomless popcorn refill. Ordered some tenders, super over priced! For 16 bucks youd expect a good taste. What a let down! Very disappointed. Just came from seeing the new Mad Max: Furiousa movie at Alamo Drafthouse and it was an interesting experience. This was my husband and I s first time at Alamo so we didn t know what to expect. Back home in SoCal I had been to a few in-service movie theaters and in all honesty those ones were much better. To start off with the good, the theater is very big and looks to be brand new. It is the only establishment in the lot except for a McDonald s and a gas station so I m assuming it was recently opened. The theater was nice and open, they also kept the temperature at a good spot unlike other theaters who will literally freeze you while you watch a movie. Our server was good, at least the first one that came to introduce himself and ask if it was our first time. I think they have a crew that just delivers food or comes around to check on you cause I kept seeing different people every time something was dropped off. Now for the food honestly it was disappointing. The only positive I can say is that the loaded fries were good. Both my husband and I enjoyed those. But that s where the good ended. I ordered the watermelon margarita for myself and unfortunately had to send it back due to it being extremely salty! I asked for water instead, which I stuck with for the duration of the movie. My husband ordered the bbq chicken pizza, which he says wasn t too bad. I did have a few bites and really don t think it was worth the hefty $16 price. It didn t really taste like bbq chicken to me, I can t put my finger on it but something tasted off. I got the ribeye tacos and they were very salty. Not only that but the meat was really dry as well with almost no other toppings. The chips and salsa that came with my meal didn t really help either. The chips were super salty and the salsa just didn t taste good at all. I see a running theme at this theater for having salty food. So take that with a grain of salt (pun intended). One thing I do have to say is that despite only taking a sip or two of my watermelon margarita and sending it back for a glass of water, it appears we were still charged for the drink. Unfortunately my husband didn t check the bill and also didn t mention anything until we got home but I think we were overcharged on our bill. I totaled everything and it should have been around $51 but my husband said he paid over $80 including tip. I don t think he would have tipped $30 so I believe we were charged incorrectly. Another reason why their rating is so low. Overall I don t know if I would ever come back here. The theater is nice, big and new - but the lack of flavor in their food and drinks as well as overcharging by what I consider a big amount on our bill. I just can t recommend Alamo Drafthouse. I think going to Cinemark and just getting a popcorn and candy would have been a better bet.

We arrived a few minutes earlier than Theater No. 4 was ready to admit us, but no complaints here, for it allowed us to observe two wonderful characteristics of this Alamo Drafthouse: 1. The commitment and enthusiasm of your staff to the theaters cleanliness and presentation, and 2. The extraordinary details providing the overall ambience of the establishment, particularly the eye-catching historical movie posters and marquees of old Westerns and peliculas con luchadores. We also observed the attentive and thorough behavior of the serving staff, preparing concession orders and cautiously, courteously, and rapidly delivering them from the kitchen to their respective theaters. As we took our seats in our theater, our usher Alina greeted us kindly and took our order. Though we didnt avail ourselves of the delicious and multitudinous menu items, opting simply for a couple of beers and perfectly buttered popcorn, Alina was no less attentive and gracious to the end of the showing, really to all of the few in attendance that evening - an example of the excellent customer service that we would love to experience in any restaurant or business, and a credit to this Alamo Drafthouse. Well certainly become regular attendees of this Alamo Drafthouse, especially with the exciting lineup of movies ahead, and will report back as we enjoy the lounge area and menu. Great atmosphere and fantastic service! The margaritas were plenty strong. My only complaint was the price of the food. Other than that I really enjoyed my first experience here and will be returning in the future.

Kids friendly? And they dont let you bring children in to watch Konfu Panda 4 with my two children, 2 years and 4 months old, who had to be 7 years old or older and its a childrens movie. That it is only allowed on Tuesdays, which is a weekday that my wife and I are working, it is not fair that if it is a movie for children and family, they should put in place those rules that do not make sense for that type of movies.

0 stars! I was excited to take the kids. It s my son s birthday. They said we can t sell you tickets because we can t sell if you have kids under 6. They don t let any kids into any movie if they are under 6? Even at 3 in the afternoon. Insane! Extremely disappointing and I ll never go back.

Great cinema where you can order from your seat and the food is taken to you. The food Ive had is pretty good and they have bottomless popcorn and bottomless soft drinks.
