It took the lady there yesterday 13 minutes to do 6 salami and peperoni with some veggies. I was late for my daughter game because of her decide to take the lady order the one behind me and she didnt combine my order with the one of the front of me. So made and disappointed with that kind of service.

Was told three times that they wouldnt take my coupon which was two times too many. It wasn t even like I was demanding it be taken. I said I understand and the worker still tried to continue telling me. Wouldnt even been there if my normal Subway spot was open. Just why

Signs say they open at 7am and online says 7am. Went at 7:20am they said come back in 10 minutes. I went back and they now say dont open until 8am. The employees here make it seem like its an inconvenience to them when you want to place an order.

We turned up an hour before closing but they had already sectioned off the lower tables. My girlfriend has a progressive neurological disease and uses a wheelchair and we were not allowed to use one of the lower tables and were treated with an attitude by the woman server who said that section was closed. She told us to use the high tables or the bar while clearly seeing my girlfriend in a wheelchair. She was very rude and I dont understand why we were not allowed to use the table allocated for those in wheelchairs. We ended up not buying a sandwich as there was nowhere to eat it and will not be buying from this location again. My girlfriend felt very upset.

I just had back surgery two weeks ago. My daughter takes uber to Subway to get us some food. Arrives at 7pm the woman said they are closed. Hours are 8am-8pm and should be Honored. My Daughter had to go elsewhere to get us food. Very poor service.

Worst subway in town! Not friendly and wouldn t speak anything but Spanish, maybe she thought since I m Italian I understood her?? Very unprofessional... The woman at the front is very rude kept screaming at me in front of customers about how the ice isn t free!! charging for water?? Charging for ice?? please hire better people that don t scream! I will NEVER BE BACK! Her name was Mana? Wish I would have got a better look at it. Good luck if you go.

I entered at this site this morning and the girl that was serving was acting bothered and disturbed. I ordered a sandwich only meat and cheese for my daughter and I wasnt finishes but she started serving the gentleman without asking if we needed something else. When I pointed out that I wasnt finishes and needed a pretzel too she rolled her eyes ,said something to the customer and get back to me really bothered. Worse experience ever ....

Walked into the Subway inside Walmart on W Exchange and went in to pick up a free snack and drink as a UBER driver partner. The girl at the register was very rude saying that we don t do that repeatedly. I continued to show her the app that shows the free snack and confirm the address multiple times. She just continued to repeat we don t do that we don t do UBER She made no attempt of consulting with other team members to try to resolve or check validity. I spoke with Uber and they confirmed that this location is on the list for Uber Driver partners. This review is less about the free snack and more about the level of service and lack of professionalism. Please properly train your staff.

This is the best subway in and around allen. I have been to subway in stacy and greenville, shiloh and 14th but this place inside walmart is by far the best. Employees here are very nice, gives a smile and provides good food. Last time when I was here, there was this gentleman and was very good at his job and today Annie helped us and she was very nice and took care of us. I think the manager should be very proud of his/her team members here and may be give tips to the surrounding subways in the area :)

The kids have major attitude having to work tonight and saying they are out of lettuce an hour and a half before they close to turn around and put a new lettuce contaimer out after making that sandwich horrible service. Quick bite and it s inside the Walmart I normally go to a part from the Custer & 121 location. It s convenient for the whole family when just the parents go shop groceries and the older kids and younger kids just go have their dinner or lunch. Easy and just helpful.

I am totally Gluten Free so when I heard Subway offered a GF bun I was delighted. However, once I left the store and unwrapped the sandwich the bun was all broken. I could only manage to eat the meat and condiments with my fingers. I returned a few days later when I was in the area and brought my receipt to ask for a refund. The arrogant guy behind the counter said it was my fault the sandwich ended up that way because I failed to have the bread toasted! I said I wanted a cold sandwich not a hot one. I wish I could post the pics of this mess. What a disaster!

Before choosing this subway I made sure it was still open. The day I visited, the store listing stated it closesd at 10pm. I was in Wal-Mart and checked out at 9:50pm. I have a receipt for proof. The subway is located steps away from the checkout counters at Wal-Mart. As I walked up they told me they were closed. I was turned away and not served and it was 9:53pm. My sandwich isnt even a cooked item. Should have only taken 5 minutes.. I asked the employee what time they close and one walked away from me to the back and another employee came out and said they close at 9:55pm. Sounds like they were more interested in going home early rather than serving a paying customer.
