I just had a birthday shot and had a great evening with the people I love. I am happy to say that the customer service is attentive and very friendly. Trying to have a family lunch and unfortunately couldn t talk as the music was too loud. Even the waitress needed us to repeat ourselves the whole time since she couldn t hear. We assumed it d be a song or two but it lasted the hour and a half we were there. The food was ok, my plate was cold when it came out and service seemed bothered. Pretty disappointed and do not recommend.

All I wanted all day was some good queso. The server told me they have it she brought a plate of cheese and a pan and warmed it up to the side of us and customers was walking by looking at the cheese breathing on it. THIS WAS NOT WHAT I WANTED. To top it off It was 12 dollars. Ridiculous. Server was rude. Atmosphere was loud. I will never be back. This was pathetic.

AMAZING! We went Friday night at 6 pm not knowing they were having a one man Mariachi - Eduardo Cordova. It was fabulous!!! He actually sounds like mexican singer and mariachi Vicente Fernandez. He was so good I asked my husband if it was his voice or Vicentes. And it was him. With that type of entertainment, I will definitely come back again. Thereafter, Mariachi Real Azteca, a group of 7, played amazingly well. Very professional. The harp is a rare instrument in mariachi bands. It was a wonderful experience. The food was good as well. Except on the Chicken Salad, l would add more lettuce and cut the croutons in half or better yet 2/3. Too many and better to cut them for healthier eating. Service was good.

The food is usually good. The drinks are better. The service has always been good, and Ive been there several times and at different times of the day. The atmosphere (this is just a personal opinion), I really dislike. There is usually live Spanish music, i.e., mariachis, corridas, or whatever is playing is never the problem ... but the thing is that the music is WAY TOO LOUD. Obnoxiously loud. You can not hold a conversation or enjoy the ambiance. You eat and drink, but socializing is the chore - due to elevated voices, you hear everyones conversations around you, and youre forced to stop after every deafening song and praise the high decibels giving you tinnitus and making your food cold. So I sit in the bar area or outside usually. Its much better for socializing.

The server was not on time and ignoring my table since the beginning all the ways to the end. Her face was very unfriendly and derogative seemed the opposite of a well service. She never offered refills or any type of upsale that we would had requested. The food was cold and they forgot a plate which they brought 15 after no apologies no discounts or even a free drink. This place is OVERRATED in a so many ways DO NOT COMO HERE TAKE YOUR BUSSINESS ELSEWHERE. Food ended up tasting nasty and cold. I wish I had another server because there was another who seemed more approachable. The music was fantastic. But the service was so bad that I had to give a one star.

Its typically okay but there are times, usually on the weekends, when they get way too busy and then the service goes straight down and its not a good place to be at then. Im not big on extremely noisy restaurants (especially if they have a singer there) and this ones easily the loudest place I have ever dined at, so be aware of that. Its not all negative because, I love their food. I have said to everyone whos ever asked me, that this restaurant is one of my favorites in El Paso but, thats when Ive been during the week or for lunch on the weekend, times when theyre not that busy and dont have a singer there.

I went with my family this weekend for a celebration and this place was horrible. The only decent thing was the music being played. The place was beyond packed and the customer as well as the employees could not pass in between the tables to serve due to the excessive chairs and tables they have. Instead of focusing on getting as much people in, they should focus on bettering their food. I asked for a ribeye that was $30 and the meat tasted like nothing and the plates presentation was a 0 out of 10. I was supposed to get frijoles charros and they tasted like chili beans. If you go to this restaurant, I would recommend for you to go only for the drinks and music, nothing else. I will definitely not be returning there.

Delicious food and excellent service. The energy in the restaurant was 10/10 and definitely will be coming back. It was a mixture of great food and a good time. Serve Arturo was also a wonderful person who knew how to take care of our party.

We were there for 30 minutes without anyone noticing us. I saw the lady, she was friendly, who took us to our table and told her we had not been attended. The lady went and talked to a waiter. He just went into the kitchen and walked out, only to serve another table that had just gotten there. We waited for 15 minutes and decided to leave. That is when we were noticed. Breakfast ordered andale breakfast asked for meat well done came back raw with a bad meat flavor waited saw and immediately took it back I didnt ask for that my husband had the western which he liked. Great waiter though, like always thing is we are here for food not only great service second time meat also tastes like bad meat

We found this place looking for somewhere to eat within our driving route and we just keep coming. We loved it the first time and still love it. Food goes from ok to awesome depending on how busy the place may be, but the great service is a constant that never changes. Parking is a hit and miss, again, depending on how full the place may be, but the live music once you get to they waiting area makes up for the hassle.
