Everyone is very helpful and attentive. I tested positive for Covid-19 and was not doing well. Right away the receptionist scheduled a phone visit, spoke to Dora Carcoba APN. Id seen her before for a different medical issue. She quickly reviewed my medical history and began treatment. They didnt waste anytime. All involved knew I was in great need and helped me. I highly recommend. Thank you.

Dr Michael Velasquez is a wonderful Dr.If you have the chance to have him as your doctor, I highly recommend him. His staff is like him; they truly care about us as people. They are smart, compassionate and invested in our wellbeing. Which, sadly is very rare. If you have health issues I hope you can see Dr V or someone equally as dedicated to healing people. I have had many health issues and many Doctors over the years. They do not make you wait. It took under 3 minutes see Dr V, including check in time, since I did all the paper work online. He and the nurses take the time to listens, ask questions and discuss to find the best solutions.

Had a virtual follow up at Village Medical yesterday...David called said it could not be virtual cuz Dora Carcoba will not see patients on virtual one after another. I got a text saying I had a face to face the next day, n I dont have a car n my plan does not provide transportation. Had to change plans for next day and my appointment turned out to be a nightmare from the virtual to the ftf, time spent there 4xs longer than expected, new Dr forgot to give me my copies n I walked outta the exam room and left but David was supposed to give me copies of my lab results n gave copy of my follow up appointment ONLY?? HUMM

I would give zero stars if I could. Firstly Id like to say that the attitude of those working at this location only care about the money not the well being of those who get seen here. Secondly they think they can tosse around big medical words thinking nobody will catch on. Think again. And to the nurse who took off my mothers neck brace, you didnt take it off and put it back on correctly at all that it was rubbing against the skin and stitches!! I work in the medical and the healthcare field and thats the basics. If you dont know how to put on and take off something simple as a neck brace what are you doing working in the field line of work. It seems to me like every person there needs a refresher course on their medical knowledge. And to the two at the front desk,you are supposed to help those who need help if they dont or cant speak English well. An older lady got there and they asked her to fill out the questionnaire and she didnt understand and unfortunately I dont speak Spanish but I still helped her and did my best to help her understand. I only speak English, Chinese and Japanese because Im all three. Hoping the next visit is different

Very disappointed with how they treat their patients. Let me start by saying that they treat their patients very poorly. I ve been to this place twice and every time I would go, I would walked in and the receptionist would not even say hi to me. I had a referral from my doctor and it took them 12 days just to send the referral order to my insurance to get the approval letter. I had to call them several times just for them to send it to my insurance so I can get the approval letter and when I asked why it took them 12 days to send out my referral to my insurance, I was told that the person who was supposed to send my referral to my insurance didn t do it. I definitely DON T recommend this place.
