I booked this venue back in Sept. of 2021 for an after wedding gathering & it was a very nice venue! Loved the simplicity of booking and that I could use either their recommended vendors or my own. Management was great with answering my questions and responding back promptly. I definitely could see myself utilizing them again.

Had a party there this past weekend and between the owner of the Hendrix Fairus, Pablo, and the event coordinator all of them is about how they can get money out of you even when the party is over. Nice venue but horrible people to deal with. Charging my card for the event coordinator picking up her supplies late is not my responsibility but since mines was the only one on file I have to pay it. I did my part and I had nothing to do with her. Since I have to pay for everything hopefully this review cost you!

I threw my son s birthday party at the Hendrix and it was such a great experience. Pablo was so easy to coordinate with and stayed on top of everything throughout the event. The venue is a beautiful space and a blank canvas to do all kinds of decor. I was lucky to find this venue and secure a booking with them. Even had guests tell me they d love to host events here in the future. Would highly recommend!!

I recently hosted my company s holiday party there and I l love this place. This is an amazing venue, such a hidden gem!! I love the white canvas that really allows you to just create your own space. The staff there are very flexible and I loved having the decor rental and floral right there on site. I ll definitely host another event there. Shoutout to Farrius, she s so sweet and accommodating!!!

Dont give your deposit unless you are sure you want to move on with them. Managers will not work with you. They take your money and cancel your reservation without your consent. Customer Service is not in their vocabulary. The manager Cyra or Sarah LIES through her teeth and put words in your mouth. I can go on, but be wise when trying to deal with them. Had my little sister baby shower there. Event coordinator available. We ended up with extra guest and they were able to accommodate us quickly. Owned by the owner of the decor company, not much face time with her but her assistants are super helpful, if you use their decor you get a discounted rate! Would highly recommend as there are not much restrictions like other venues

Such of beautiful venue, I fall in love with how I was able to choose every detail of my intimate wedding. However the owner gives you such of great costumer service compared to the ladies who helped on the day of. Owner stated that her assistants would call me a few days before to go over the last details, I never received a call from her assistants . On the day off there s alot of small details not being done that the owner promise would be done. Her explanation was Farrah being on vacation. I decided not to stress about it and just enjoy the night. Wasn t completely happy but all it was miscommunication from the assistants to us. At the end of night no one remember my missing flower wall or candles LOL

The Hendrix on 5th was absolutely amazing from the moment I contacted them for a visit of the venue. The fact that everything was handled so quickly and efficiently allowed this OCD customer to relax and just enjoy the night. Being able to walk into the venue and everything was already set up beautifully was such a great relief. Everyone kept commenting on how wonderful everything was and I have the staff to thank for that. They were so communicative and listened carefully to every request I had. The detail in making my husbands 40th a night to remember was greatly appreciated. Well be returning clients for sure!!

Highly Recommended! We contacted the Hendrix on 5th during our venue search for our Anniversary/Birthday Party. As fellow event industry professionals we know the work that s involved and didn t want that stress for ourselves! The Hendrix on 5th is such a nice & beautiful venue. Fairrus, the owner, was very accommodating & fun throughout the whole process of planning. She also owns a linen company which made it so easy & saved a lot of time during the planning process. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a venue.
