Paula made me cry. Yes, Im a grown man and she broke me down to tears. I realized she was the woman I needed by my side to help me in my case. She didnt promise the world. Her staff was great. During the court trial she was nothing less than brilliant. In the end Paula was able to deliver on EVERYTHING I had asked for and Paula was able to deliver on other things I had no idea I could consider. Needless to say I recommend her.

During one of the most difficult chapters of my life, words will never describe the gratitude I will forever have to Ms. Thomas, Veronica, Leticia, and the warm welcome each time I walked into her office from Athens. Paula Thomas and her staff were incredibly helpful and patient with me throughout my very painful divorce. They are very honest and upfront with what to expect. During times of uncertainty, they were able to put my mind at ease and followed through with everything we spoke of during the consultation. I was very pleased with the outcome of my divorce and would highly recommend her.

As some have said, Ms. Thomas is quite busy, but if you keep asking, her team will communicate where you are. They are also mindful of your individual situation and Ms. Thomas will tell you the reality of your situation even when it is not what you want to hear. I appreciate how Ms. Thomas is grounded by her experience and able to provide solid advice because of that. You will need to be proactive and communicate with her team (they do seem to struggle with technology so old-school phone calls are best) to get the service you desire. They are working for you, but it will not be apparent unless you ask.

Paula Thomas is a little disorganized. but she more than makes up for it with her commitment to her clients. She does seem to believe everything her clients tell her even when the facts dont support it. Im not sure if that is a good thing but I guess people want their attorneys to believe them. She represented my Ex who is an emotionally abusive con artist and I have little doubt that she received hours of free legal services from Paula Thomas to the detriment of my children. Eventually she stopped working with my Ex and I have gained more custody time since. Unfortunately sometimes a great attorney is bad for kids. I think she has a good heart, and if she was more discerning she wouldnt screw over kids like she did in my case. If an attorney has to block UBH records to win they probably shouldnt be representing their client.

Paula Thomas was highly recommend by a friend. I unfortunately did not receive the same great service. My spouse and I hired Paula to modify a document for us. After waiting over two months, her office finally sent the document. Imagine our surprise, to see that none of the discussed changes had been made. We tried to contact her and her staff several times and we were always told that someone would call me back. Her staff never returned any of our calls. After I had became rather frustrated at the lack of response, I received a call from Paula Thomas. She told my husband to stop calling her and her staff, that she had already submitted the unchanged document to the court and that there is nothing That we can do about it. She then told him that, she was billing me for every phone call. The contract that we signed was for a flat fee of $900. This was to alter the document. Which she never completed. I don t know if they are just overwhelmed by having too many clients or if this is usual business practices for her. I do no recommend her as an attorney.

Ms. Thomas is very professional and efficient. She drafted my divorce decree along with two other asset/college education contracts based on agreements that me and my former husband had agreed to, and represented our case in front of the judge (hearing was over in 5 minutes!). The divorce went smoothly with no hiccups, and she supported our wishes to keep things as amicable as possible.

Ms. Paula is highly experience in family law, custody, divorce, and trial cases. My case was very complex but thanks to Ms. Paulas expertise we won the case. This lady is absolutely magnificent, she knows what she is doing, and she is excellent in trial cases. I highly recommend her. She is also very patient and compassionate and takes the time to listen. Her staff is super friendly, and professional. Best lawyer in town!

I recently went through a very contentious divorce. I was frustrated, and at times depressed due to the process. Ms. Paula Thomas and staff were always calm, supportive, and patient. Most of the delays were not their fault. They constantly and calmly explained details to me. One of the most important attributes to me, in any business or establishment, is the knowledge of the firm. Ms. Thomas and staff are very knowledgeable. It was very noticeable in court and in talking to some of her colleagues. Despite the fact that divorce is not a pleasant experience, Ms. Thomas is worth having on your side.

It was my experience that we found Mrs. thomas unprofessional and bias. It is my opinion that she sides with the mother over the facts. It is my experience, that her unwillingness to help and hear out both side makes her a horrible mediator. It is my opinion that Mrs. Thomas is only there to take your money and leave you stranded when the other party does not hold up to their part of the agreement. It is my opinion that she does not represent the best interest of the child. Dads please beware...
