I had the pleasure of working with attorney Michael Hirsh on a case recently. I am an attorney in San Antonio and needed help on a matter for a common client in El Paso. How does one file a complaint on these attorneys if they arent accredited with the BBB?.. My dad hired them 3 yrs ago & paid in full but they never respond to phone calls... poor quality of service, not responsive, not professional, poor value, lack of empathy, lack of customer service

I received a speeding ticket, which was actually for the car that passed me on my left side, but since the officers car was on my right, it was me who gave the ticket. When I hire the services of Attorney Mario Ortiz, they lose the case, so they make me take driving defense classes and pay $144.00 on top of that. That was in November 2020, I even emailed them the copies as proof that I had already done it! The worst thing about the case is that today I received a letter from the Attorneys office, telling me that they lost the same case and they want me to repeat the same process: pay the $144.00 dollars once again and take the defense classes once again! What a horrible experience, one trusts that at least as professionals they will do their job, but how sad that there are many people affected by situations like you are! ***Describing in more detail my bad experience with the services of this lawyer, especially with one of his workers, NADRA. Yesterday, after receiving one of their letters telling me that I had to take the driving defense classes again and pay $144.00 dollars again, I didnt understand, so I called the Court, they told me to show up with proof that I had already done those steps, I got the big and unpleasant surprise that they were charging me for a fine that I received on January 15, 2020. I had been told that this case was won by, supposedly, the lawyer Mario Ortiz, it was a lie! Since I no longer wanted to go through the same thing, my Husband ended up paying $243.00 dollars, for a fine that he had supposedly already earned!

I had set up a phone consultation with Jorge Lopez. On the day of our appointment I waited 20 minutes for his call, however, I made the mistake of calling their offices to chase down Mr Lopez. When they finally put me through he failed to recognize or even acknowledge he was late for our appointment. This is a consultation and I try to briefly explain my intent for business, I politely ask him if he has experience in this field and want to know more about his field of practice to which he retorts It doesnt work that way, Im not submitting my resume I dont answer those type of questions, you come to me with a specific problem... At this point I am frustrated and disappointed with his lack of professionalism that I inform him that I wont be proceeding with this phone consultation, hence why I am submitting this review. Clearly Jorge Lopez doesnt respect or value his clients time, I wouldnt trust him with my legal inquiries.

The lawyer is good, but the staff that he had are super rude. In addition, they have sn stable for every violation, but they charge what they want and look excuses for charge extra money and when you ask why they said they do not recognized your name.

Mom hired this guy for a divorce case. Saroldi does not respond when asked questions about the ongoing case, has failed to do his job overall. Hes screwed my mom (who is already not so well off) out of heaps of money. This law office is a scam. Do not hire them. Would give 0 stars if I could.

I walked in and the receptionist was RUDE asked me to sit down and she would be right with me . waited close to a 20 minutes and didn t see any signs of her moving towards the next person. Decided to leave, I was there for a simple traffic ticket. Never again waste of time and parking
