Mr. Riley was very professional and was able to get our sons charges reduced. Now there is a possibility of getting it all expunged so it wont follow him around the rest of his life. Ms. Hoxsey is Mr. Rileys paralegal and did an excellent job of keeping us informed and explained all of the paperwork. They are a great team!

I highly recommend this law office for divorces/family law. Kacie Biebas was my attorney and she (and everyone in the office) was wonderful. Even though my case was a rough one, she stuck with me the entire time and didnt charge me an arm and a leg like my last lawyer did. She was very nice, helpful, she got things done in a timely manner, you could understand her explanations to you as to what is going on and the process it is going to take to get to the next step. I hope I wont need to use them again in the future, but if I did, then I will be going back to them. I appreciate everything that this law office has done for me. It means the world to me and I wouldnt be where I am today without their help.

Really Great Law firm! They are wonderful at listening to what you want and getting things done to make it happen! They are great at answering questions you have and if they don t have an answer they will find out for you. I would recommend this law firm to anyone that asked me! Kacie is a pleasure to work with. She is focused and caring, just the kind of lawyer you want in your corner. When its family then it will be a mess and she has the patience to navigate through all of it. And Michelle will keep it all straight and on everyones calendar. Highly recommend them. Both Mr. Riley and Ms. Kelsey were helpful in explaining everything and had my case resolved quickly, taking care of things I had no idea how to do on my own. They got my court time pushed forward and over with quicker when we decided what we wanted to do. They told me to contact them in the future if I had any questions when the case was finished and reached out to me when anything came up. My experience was an absolute breeze. I would recommend this law office for any criminal offenses. If you re like me and have never had a legal troubles, choosing Biebas and Riley is without a doubt the best choice I could make (aside from the one that required needing this service). I am a worrier and I need to know that things are being handled with updates frequently. Kelsey, was in contact with me throughout the entire process she was always sweet, kind, patient and professional. Moreover she was diligent in keeping me in the loop the entire process. The most I had to do was make sure I did my part with submitting my payments. From start to finish my expectations were exceeded and my charges for a class b misdemeanor were dismissed meaning that they were able to resolve the matter in less than a year. I cannot thank them enough for all of their efforts and most importantly I can t express enough how choosing them as your attorney is one of the best decisions you ll make.

I honestly do not know where to start when it comes to Biebas and her amazing team. I was going through what was the most difficult time of my life and I was blessed enough to have a friend refer me to Biebas. From the beginning till the end Kacie Biebas was amazing! She is extremely professional, knowledgeable, honest and comforting. She was a dream come true! I have nothing but good things to say about Mr.Riley and his assistant Victoria. They would ALWAYS answer my calls and keep me updated with my case. Mr.Riley was able to get my case dropped really quickly before it went to court. I called Mr.Riley in need of help while he was home with his family and he spent almost an hour talking to me giving me the run down of what could happen and agreed to meet me the next morning to start helping me. That meant a lot to me. He was gracious enough to help me with a payment plan as i wasn t expecting to deal with what i was dealing with. Mr.Riley was so professional and was focused on helping me. Mr Riley is a man with great integrity and kindness!! I contacted him regarding a case and he spent at least 45 minutes on the phone doing research and discussing options and explaining everything. I haven t had that with any lawyer I ve ever contacted. In the end, he said he was glad to help but that he didn t want to take my money when he felt the case was a losing battle. I called Shannon Riley after getting in some trouble. When I called I was very scared but Shannon spent an entire hour and a half with me on the phone explaining the processes and possible outcomes which gave me tremendous reassurance. I called a few other lawyers but they came off as cold and uncaring. Shannon s fees were very reasonable so I hired him. He took care of everything for me and eventually, 2 of the 3 charges were dropped! All I was left with was a small fine. I am very grateful for him and I d recommend him to anyone who finds themselves in a bad situation.
