Amanda Spencer is the worst lawyer, she dropped a case the exact same day my family had the hearing. If they assign her to your case drop her immediately! She is in the San Antonio office but if you call the number for El Paso they still give her cases from here.

I really liked how this Law Firm treated me. A special thanks to Herman Zabala for explaining me the process of workers comp and what my rights are. Since my injury was a minor injury I didnt feel I would have to get an attorney, but Herman explained to me my rights and how Workers Comp works. Thank you once again.

I was injured back in 2021 and after having so much difficulty with my insurance, employer, and ombudsman, I finally reached out to Espinoza Law Firm. Erman was my intake specialist and he was amazing! He made this process go as smoothly as possible making sure I was set with all my documents. He was very respectful and professional and willing to listen to all my concerns and questions. I ve never had a lawyer before and I m so glad Amanda was able to explain how everything was going to go and reassured me that they were going to help me every step of the way. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
