Hire a private lawyer. I sent my friend to get assistance with intervention of parent child relationship after her husband kept their daughter even after my friend had primary custody. This office served him and he lawyered up and the lawyer told him to allege child abuse. He was able to keep their daughter even after cps investigated

Somehow under statute 203.005 this office can charge you 36$ a year for nothing. Just because they were notified of the case. Even if the case was opened with the AG within 72 hours. They also lie about prorating, are misinformed as to how they are shown in your court orders. And just repeat over and over that the statute allows them to charge even if no services were rendered. They are thieves. Oh and they are happy that they re able to do this because they have the option not to charge, but instead they want half the amount of your water bill for NOTHING. They offer no help. They just say you ve been billed 36$. Oh and this google listing says FREE, how does free equate to an annual fee?
