Horrible service. Dont go there, they dont do anything, in fact, not even the lawyer pays attention to these reviews, he hasnt responded to any of them. We have had a case for two years and they are not even enough to keep us informed. They have not been able to upload a form that has been sent since March, the level of incompetence of this office is deplorable

The lady who handled all the procedures in El Paso Tx died a few years ago... we did not realize that she had died, we called and the girl secretary always delayed the procedure... we spent years and years waiting for the appointment and it never came. We paid about $6,000 dollars... until we realized that the lady had died, we went directly to the consulate, they asked us for some papers and told us that our case has been ready for a long time... they asked me for a number and the girl in the office He told me that he couldnt give it to me until the lawyer came to El Paso... months later they called me to have an appointment with the lawyer but I had to pay elsewhere to give me that number that the consulate was asking for... they They did nothing .. .. the only thing I can say is that the lady who died was very good at Immigration pardons... but she is no longer here

It is the second time that they leave us without a previously made appointment, they do not take their work seriously or respect peoples time, and on top of that they dared to call me a liar.

The lawyer does never have personal contact with the clients since his main business is in Las Vegas, Emma the paralegal is the one who handles everything in that office. So unprofessional

If I could give them 0 stars I would, I held back from giving a bad review thinking they might help after all the money requested was given to them. That was never the case!! False hope was given, money was taken over $5,000 spend and nothing was ever done. We never even met the lawyer, Emma the so called paralegal was who would see us. Very unprofessional establishment. Do not waste your money with them!
