Our first and only interaction left us with an impression that I can describe as: Pushy and Arrogant. I do not question the experience and knowledge that this firm has, and I clarify that there was never any lack of respect, but little patience, arrogance and arrogance were shown. I do not know what the procedure or work process is for this profession, but the documents that we gave them weeks in advance were not reviewed until the moment of the appointment, which inspired a sense of little interest and lack of preparation. We contacted Mr. Millan to start an immigration process. He was very straightforward and explained in detail the requirements to start my case, and gave us a very complete checklist of documentation required.
