Dont waste your time here!! Norma Islas is not proffesional at all says she is going to call back and doesnt she is rude and if you dont answer her questions quick she hangs up. Please go back to school and treat your clients with respect because of them you make money and you just lost a customer which equals money. Super bad experience, sorry for having hired this lawyer there is no communication 0000 nothing at all. In September of last year I went to the office to talk to the lawyer. Its been 8 months now and they havent even spoken to me, and how are the services paid for!! I dont recommend it at all. If I can help in any way, its not to recommend it.

Called to ask about making a payment with an attorney that works there and the owner Norma Islas was extremely rude. Almost bitter. In an demeaning attitude she says that she is the only lawyer who shows up and to stop calling her because she is not dealing with it. Extremely rude. He doesnt deserve any stars, hes unprofessional, he took part of the money for my stepsons case, when he went to court he wasnt prepared...he doesnt answer the calls, he puts in his assistant and they never give you details of the case or call you back... In the end she wanted to increase the cost of the case arguing that what she was charging was rubbish so she abandoned the case... she is no good as a lawyer.

Horrible experience, she could not communicate with me. She was supposed to go with me to my citizenship appointment and she never showed up, she had some of the documents I needed to take. I was very disappointed with Norma Islas. I called her office staff and gave them detailed information about my case. They promised Ms. Islas would call me back. She did not, and I called back every day for a week. Every day, they promised she would call me back, but she still hasnt. My case was urgent and we lost precious time because of her failure to either follow up or communicate her unavailability. I will note that throughout this time, her office staff were courteous and attentive. Nonetheless, Norma Islass office failed to deliver on the most basic of services.
