So far all in office employees are so friendly and helpful... My previous lawyer couldnt help me and waisted almost 2months of my case... But after hiring Mr. Sanchez he committed and made me feel like I was getting somewhere... So far he has gone above to provide what he promises... Thank you sir... And staff...

Wasnt notified about anything at all wasnt told about having to take a defensive driver course no communication at all I had no idea I even had court until I had gotten a letter from the court asking why I didnt complete the defensive driver class or pay the fine and court costs

After yrs of taking tickets to this firm I get slapped in the face for them not following up with me! I never got anything stating I had to pay a less charge. Now I have to pay more for a ticket to which they should have communicate that to me. Im being told It s my JOB to follow up. YOU ARE THE LAWYER your job to follow up with your clients. Not mine. Granted I got the ticket but I m sure nothing will get fine from here in your office s end to help

Do not bring your tickets to them, I wasn t notified on anything so I had to show up to court and not only do I have to do the defensive driving course I have to do community service . Never again I do not recommend

Where is the minus 5 start for this unprofessional attorney and the staff.?? horrible service, they dont even send you letters of whats going on, they dont care about the courts, the lady just told me ohhhh we couldnt help you Sr Im sorry you have to pay court fees and everything else.. The citation was back in 2021 and after calling them and visiting them a billion times that was her answer, when all this time their system was updating...

I hired them to take care of 2 citations for me back in June. They are now calling me back almost a month later stating that they didn t bill me the correct amount and now they need more money. They stated they fired the lady who billed me before. I will be taking my business elsewhere, and on top of it I have to now drive over to them to pick up my refund. Terrible customer service, terrible service ethic, it was a mistake on their end. Very disappointed. Will not be using their services ever again.

Mr. Sanchez was my attorney for my divorce and I am very pleased honestly. He was faired priced, was on top of every step necessary, the process was prompt, and he always kept communication within his staff incase of any updates. This is a horrible Law firm they send you a letter by mail that is not certified mail to confirm u receivied the letter stating you need to provide more paperwork. They did not even send me an email or had the courtesy to call me about my status. They didnt ask how I got the citation all they said is we will contact you. If you still decide to go here I hope you have better luck cause still a big gamble.

I will NEVER deal with this attorney again. The staff like talking over you and it took me forever to be able to get someone on the phone. They cant even set up a voicemail. I couldnt even get a ticket dismissed. Instead the attorney got me defensive driving since July and I just found out about it today. No one at his office bothered to call or send me a letter to let me know. They claim they did but I said I would go pick up a copy but oddly dont keep record of it. I will be filing a complaint with the Texas Board of Attorneys

Dont waste your money on this attorney, he will rip you off. I ask the office if I can speak to the attorney and they said no. The people in the office are rude, they dont speak English, and they hang up on you. Very rude people, bad service, and its not worth it. Youll end up paying more than what you paid for this lawyer, he is garbage.

Terrible ! Did not meet john Sanchez till the actual day of my court date and he showed up late - after numerous calls to his office were ignored so I can sit down with him and discuss my situation and my case we walked into the court hearing blind which ended up coming back to haunt me at the end - if he would of just sat down with me one time before my court date I could of gave him a background of my situation and now my ex has my son in another state and I went to his office to see what we could do about her taking my son and after numerous calls were ignored and finally he met with me and of course he wanted more money for something that he could of been avoided in the first place if he simply would have met with me before my court date and just asked me a few questions - I would not spend another dollar on this man , very unprofessional - my case was not important to him but it was extremely important to me and now I dont have my son - my advice look for another attorney

Excellent....he got the ticket taken care off like promised and even sent me letter what occurred for my records. What more can you ask for, hes the real deal!! Wished I had known sooner in the past but I do know now. I do recommend him and no I did NOT get paid to post this, I did it on my own. Im happy to not worry about it and saved me about $200 in court cost and penalty fees. Trust me it always better and cheapier to get a good lawyer then to try to fight on your own which is too hard to win. Thank you guys! :)*

DO NOT RISK IT. The staff is incredibly unprofessional and I ended up worse-off by entrusting my speeding ticket to him. My case was completely neglected and whenever Id try to make an appointment to see the actual attorney (because no one could tell me the status of my case), he was mysteriously out of town. The staff themselves have no idea what they are doing and would pass me off to one another, put me on hold and hang up on me, or say they would have to call me back and NEVER do so. After finally threatening to send a letter to the State Board they assured me my case would be settled by the end of the week. When I followed up, the staff told me that employee wasnt there anymore and he had not done anything with my case. It was just a complete mess and I ended up paying for it.
