Tyler Kubinski did a wonderful job on my case. He was defending me against a protective order; the case ended in a nonsuit but Tyler quickly got my case together with very minimal time given from my end and made sure everything was fully prepared for the trial date, I was not nervous for the case at all and felt fully informed/confident. Wonderful office/front desk staff. He was also reasonable in price which helped me a ton. I highly recommend him.

I went to Kubinski & Associates to see if they could explain if all of my paperwork concerning my home was in order and if I had actually signed off half of it to my ex-wife after over 20 years ago as per the divorce decree, they found that within all my paperwork, that I alone was the sole owner, I thank my lucky stars that I used them and I thank them for their services!

I wouldnt recommend Kubinski and Associates for anything especially as they decided not to represent me in the probate court once my brother stated misbehaving. This being even though I understand they have an experienced estate lawyer in their firm. Paul himself is personal when you first meet; tells you can call with any ask questions. However if/when he does call you back, you will get generalized answers. Unfortunately if you do have questions your calls will be refereed to his paralegal whom rarely calls back. That may actually be a blessing in disguise because when they do call you their demeanor is nothing if not rude and condescending. This is especially true if your estate case gets challenged by an uncooperative/ dysfunctional sibling. At that point theyll take your money and tell you to find another attorney.
