The worst service in the world. I hired them and a year has passed with no response. They have not been attentive at all. They are rude and I called to ask for a refund and they said they couldnt. But they said it would take 2 to 4 months and a year has passed and nothing. Not them Hire. It is very bad experience.

I would give 10 stars but it only has 5 stars Anyways, I just wanted to say thank you to the people in this office. Almost 6 years ago they helped my dad with my green card (now Im a US citizen ). Now they helped me with my husbands adjustment of status they told us it was going to take probably 8 months but guess what it only took 2 months and 9 days and he got his green card. The only thing I can say is that I was waiting for a while when I was the only one there. When I get a role I will speak well while I do not recommend it to anyone. Ill give it until November until I get something because its enough for me to fight for those 5 thousand dollars. I have been waiting for 3 years and I am Cuban.

Very bad, these gentlemen are not lawyers, the little girl who is handling your case knows absolutely nothing about immigration, she got up several times to ask another person who didnt know either and in the end she told me that I had to bring them my priority date to start my process, a lawyer who does not know priority dates? Dont go, they just want your money...

My father has been a resident for years after his divorce he was left with nothing including money to renew his greencard. When I finally saved enough to pay half and my aunts and uncles the other half these people ripped us off. They did the whole process and I used my address since my dad didnt have one, they told us it would take 6 months to a year. Every time we would call for an update or my dad would stop by they just said give it more time. I updated my address with them and the post office but after finally hounding them 2 years later turns out the passport was sent to the wrong address and we found out a whole year after. They said they were supposed to get a tracking number once it was sent out but they never kept us updated or checked on it they would only tell us longer wait periods. Now they wont do anything we have to pay for the whole process again. Its terrible because they never communicated with us even though we would call to check and ask. Now my father just lost his sister and wasnt able to be there to mourn her or say good bye since these thieves just took our money and didnt help us in return. Go anywhere else except here they will not help you they will not keep you updated and you will waste your money on false promises.

The worst of the worst, I wish they would close and they would stop deceiving people, they have terrible customer service, they poorly inform and change staff without informing clients, they do not notify if there is progress or if a document is missing, if you do not go to the office to wait an hour for them to tell you that the people who were handling your case are no longer there and that they would not respect the costs, raising them double as if the money came from heaven, and stop TWO WEEKS FROM MY COURT AND THEY LEFT MY CASE DISMISSED ARE INHUMAN AND DISQUALIFIED PEOPLE!!!!! I have had nothing but bad experiences with this law firm. They have been handling my husbands case for almost 2 years and in those two years they have changed his lawyer 4 times! And none of the 4 times have they had the courtesy to inform us beforehand to let us know. They will not answer our calls, messages, much less questions. Talking to a supervisor is impossible because no one can ever assist us. Likewise, talking to someone who speaks English is just as impossible. They put you on hold and never attend to us. In short, there are many more complaints that we have. It is obvious that they care about complaints since I have left numerous messages asking for help or attention from headquarters and they never contact me. Not even because I told them that I needed attention or would have to contact the Bar to file a complaint could they assist me. A lawyer must have the good Ethics to even return a message. Its a shame that there are law firms that play with peoples futures.
