I worked with this firm, and Leanna for a board complaint as a professional. It was very upsetting to have false allegations made about me and I was very anxious and concerned how to proceed. Leanna was easily reachable, compassionate and helpful for the duration of the case. She was very knowledgeable and thoughtful about each engagement. She was able to take what I shared, organize the information and represent me, my hard work, my practice, and my work ethic. She was with me all along the way for a year and a half. The case was dismissed as if it never existed without any action because she was able to expertly represent the evidence, materials, and my work with the client to clearly outline and highlight the false allegations and prove how I had followed best practice and had done nothing wrong. She was able to fully protect me, my license, and my reputation. I am extremely grateful and if I ever have additional legal concerns I will 100% reach out to her again

Upon reaching out, originally told me they could help and scheduled a free consultation. But, cancelled with only Unfortunately we are unable to assist you with your case 3 stars due lack of clarity. Once the consultation was on the calendar, I do expect for more of a reason as to why unable to assist after being told was able to assist.

Leanna was great! She did not charge for her time vested with us but rather she went above and beyond, very competent with contract law. As a NP, she assisted my sister and I decipher whether we should honestly pursue an employer who changed their contract on us. I truly appreciated her thoughtful ear and understanding and not charging us for the advise. It came at a time when we required the compassion, but also the understanding of the law to make an informed decision. I m so thankful for the kindness and forever grateful. In Tx, it s quite difficult to find compassionate attorneys who will even take on your case, let alone provide you with honest feedback, but that being said, I m confident that you would be in good hands with Leanna. My very best to her with her practice, which no doubt will thrive because she practices with integrity and compassion.

A family friend recommended Mrs. Marchand to me to do a will and power of attorney. From the beginning she walked me through what I was going to need. Every document that I would need was taken care of professionally and in a very time sensitive manner. I never was at a loss for what she was doing for me as she explained everything as she went through each document. Mrs. Marchand knew I was struggling with a cancer diagnosis and was very sensitive to that issue. I cant recommend her enough and Im grateful that I know I can call her if I need any legal advice.

After receiving a letter from the board for false accusations, Leanna quickly took my case and started working right away. Gosh, what an amazing job she did. I cannot thank her enough for getting me through such a scary time. I was afraid of losing my nursing license over something I was falsely accused of but she was there every step of the way fighting for me to keep it. She was honest and upfront which I really appreciated. In the end she proved I was innocent and my case was dropped. I m so glad to have found her when I did. I would, without a doubt, recommend her to anyone looking for a great lawyer.

I called in a panic after receiving paperwork from the board. From the very beginning of this nightmare Mrs. Marchand made me feel confident she could help me out after hearing my side . No new is good news but I still would check in and she eased my worries. After two years (thank you pandemic), she called when she received the news that the case was closed and grievances were unfounded thanks to her hard work and dedication for what she does. I am beyond grateful / blessed that my first call was to her. I would highly recommend Mrs. Marchand to anyone dealing with these types of situations.
