Whenever a situation sprang up or I had a question both were there to answer questions in a timely manner. Divorce can be very complicated and confusing but they made it simple. Mrs.Adkins not only will help you, but as well tell you how it is, and is very straightforward with you. She is very humble, and kind during a difficult and confusing time. I recently had the opportunity to work with Mrs. Rachel Adkins as my attorney and I must say that she is truly amazing. From the very first meeting, I knew that I was in good hands. Rude. Rude Rude. Her little side kick Dunkin Donuts is a big baby. I only had questions so I can set up a consultation and he felt attacked. If you can t give good customer service on the phone or answer questions for your employer, do something else. Don t need to reply to this, because I really don t care. Your office and lawyer services are obviously not needed. Byyyyeeee!

A couple years ago when I was 19 years old I was in an abusive marriage. He beat me in front of my children and that was the last straw. I called this women for help, told her I had no idea what I was doing, that I was young and was being abused. She started yelling at me going off saying I was scamming her and asking for free services. I broke down crying, I felt so alone and defeated. I in no way was looking for free services i was young, confused, distraught, and trying to find someone who could help me figure out the process of divorce. She made me feel so awful and alone, I almost stayed in an abusive marriage solely because of this woman. I doubt she remembers me but I sure remember her and now that I am almost 30 I see even more how absolutely vile what she did and said was. I was a child being beaten and when I reached out to her for help all she did was yell at me and belittle me. Ms Adkins , I whole heartedly hope you are ashamed of yourself, you definitely should be also- do not respond to my post with some ignorant excuse like you respond to everyone else with a negative review. as far as i can see, every negative review is more or less about the same thing, you being rude, insensitive, and responding to people with a unnecessary and unprofessional attitude. i don t see that all being a coincidence. on top of that every response to their reviews is you coming up with some excuse and trying to turn things around to make it seem like they just don t wanna hear the truth. here s a tip, you can tell the truth and not be an as*hole to people going through one of the hardest times of their lives. you in no way shape or form care about any of these people, all you care about is your paycheck and that is beyond shameful and honestly disgusting. you do not deserve to be in this profession

Racheal was referred to me by another satisfied client of hers, and she did a fantastic job of helping me through a difficult time. I found her to be patient and understanding. She was thorough and did her best for me and my family even when I didnt have have the time to address things needed for the case. She was easy to work with primarily through email, which is very helpful when you have a busy schedule. Racheal is extremely knowledgeable and worked very hard on my behalf. This lawyer said it would be miracle to recover a Walmart banking receipt to prove Child Support. I accomplished this task in under 20 minutes .. FYI, I don t have Law Degree. (Edits made) Updates/reply :I apologize, you re correct. I was sitting in during a consultation. I have changed my review to reflect this. I don t understand why you think this review is inappropriate. However, after reading your other comments and seeing your grossly inaccurate use of the word, I am starting to understand the confusion. See, a review can be left to express an experience someone had of a company, in your case, your firm. A review is designed to help others make an informed decision and/or help the company improve. Regardless of these misunderstandings, I found you to be very rude, unprofessional, and unwilling to perform simple tasks that would help a client. I don t feel something as easy as calling a Walmart bank to get a list of transactions should have been an issue. You made it seem like it would be inconvenient and nearly impossible to do. Again this review is based on my listening in on a free consultation, so people can read into what they want. I highly doubt your mannerisms would change much after someone became a client but that s for them to decide. I do hope for the client s sake that you present yourself in a different fashion when you are in the courtroom. I base this opinion on not only the consultation but your replies to these reviews. That said, I don t think you re mad at me. I think you re mad at your own unprofessionalism. Ms. Adkins, I really do wish you well and hope you consider what I said for your future endeavors.

I called the attorney this morning for a quick phone consultation, she was very rude saying she can t help me out and as I asked for the reasons, she just said: Sorry, I am not going to explain it any further and wish you good luck and just hung up the phone on me. It seemed like she woke up on the wrong side of the bed I just wonder, how a professional which such a level of education, can lack of manners and diplomacy. I am glad it ended like that and she won t be the one representing me in court.

Overall great experience working with Mrs. Adkins. I was dealing with a divorce case over three and half years and within months she got it closed out with me getting more then I ever expected. She possession a solid understanding of family law, very transparent about how things will proceed during the case. Highly responsive to the client needs. Will recommend her for anyone going through a contested divorce. Worth every nickel!!!!

Ms Adkins was all the way professional from our consultation through the steps to divorce all the way to our zoom meeting with the judge. She was patient with me as I am not very tech savvy but as an over the road truck driver, these transactions via email was the best route. My divorce to my ex-wife was amicable but I can see Ms Adkins being compassionate cause she was a calming voice as I have not been involved with courts in maybe 30 years and I didn t want to make a mistake. She will be in your corner all the way! Thank you, Ms Adkins.

Very professional. She is very patient and works very well with you, any questions I had she made sure I understood to the fullest. It was of course a very stressful part of my life and with work and the divorce she was very understanding of my schedule and worked her best to cater to my time. If I could, I would give a zero, but one star is sufficient for rating purposes. I just got off the phone with Racheal Adkins for a small talk consultation. She was short and prejudged what would happen before getting into intricate details. She was not interested in what I had to say nor provided me with any sound advice moving forward. She gave me two options accept what it was, or we could fight, but I would be very different. So, I said lets fight then she provided me with excuses. When I had questions, she cut me off and again stated I gave you your options. Then made the statement that its not a good thing to argue with your lawyer before we get started. I responded I am not arguing; I want a good lawyer to represent me in this challenging situation. She replied well, you have my email. If you wish to retain me, it will be $5000, and I told me a good day and hung up the phone. All I wanted fair representation, but it appears Racheal is fighting for the other team. Do not let this lawyer represent you if you are a loving and caring father who wants his children full-time. She cares nothing about fathers rights. Waste of time.

Right off the bat Ms. Adkins made me feel very comfortable. Speaking to an attorney could be very intimidating, but she talked to me in a professional manner, yet making me feel as if i was talking to a friend. She listened to my case and broke down all the pros and cons of my situation which helped me manage my emotions throughout the case. Her dedication really impressed when she continued working through my case as well as in court even after she was hospitalized. All in all I was very happy with the way she worked with me and I am very grateful for the outcome of my case. Anyone looked for a great family attorney, she d be the one for you!

Too much miscommunication. In addition to this, I had submitted multiple documents to the firm in regards to my legal matter, only to have be asked to produce them again. These documents were given before the pandemic started. I never received much in the way of direct communication except for when I needed to refill my retainer fee. I was also told via email that I am surprised you did not know this regarding an action I took. I am going to leave this hint: IF YOU ARE A MALE AND YOU ARE GOING THROUGH A SIGNIFICANT LIFE CHANGING EVENT, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LAW FIRM.

My rating is not insensitive or inappropriate! It is well deserved. I would actually advise and warn people about your insensitivity. You work to many cases at the same time and don t give them the attention they deserve. I also see that you make excuses for every bad review on here OWN YOUR mistakes and try to improve. Try being a little humble with future clients and try putting yourself In their shoes. Don t patronize!!! Try being the attorney YOU would hope to have if you found yourself in any of their situations. This is just another paycheck for you but a lot of these cases are life changing. Unfortunately we 100% agree with bad communication to you being to busy. There s also a lot of reviews on here that are positive and not once have you replied a thank you. I m glad things went well with those people. Perhaps you weren t overloaded with cases then. Hope this helps anyone else and you!
