We had our daughters Quinceñera this past Friday, September 20th at Turquesa Events. And I really dont even know how to start shouting to the world about the EXCELLENT service they offered us. Starting with Mrs. Quiros who is a loving person from the 1st day we went to ask for information until the last day. Followed by his nephew and event coordinator Ken, an excellent human being and very attentive to ensuring that nothing was missing in my event, which helped us parents not worry about anything and be able to enjoy. The service of the waiters, my respects, was very attentive to my guests, all my guests were well cared for and happy. Followed by Bartender Darlene preparing the delicious and very attentive drinks. EVERYONE always with a smile from the beginning to the end. Not to mention the responsibility of the alcohol and things we carry. EVERYTHING AND EVERYONE was phenomenal, great. They are a great work team and all very professional. Of course Im already thinking about returning because they make you feel like the place is yours and they even help you organize. I would return to them a thousand times. Nothing better in El Paso than Turquesa Events. From the bottom of my heart Thank you for making our event unique and making it feel like a fairy tale for my daughter.

On 07/09/24 we celebrated our daughters 15th birthday and it was a wonderful experience. The living room is beautifully decorated with a modern but elegant design, providing a warm and cozy atmosphere. The lighting and sound system was top notch, ensuring every moment was special. All the guests loved the room!! The entire team is very friendly, always very attentive in everything. I highly recommend it!!! Thank you very much for everything

Yesterday, September 15, we had my daughters quinceañera, all the people who arrived commented on how beautiful the room was. The DJ provided a very good atmosphere, I didnt try the food because I was nervous but they said it was good, the event coordinator was very professional and punctual as agreed. Go and see the salon in person and fall in love with it, beautiful, beautiful and reasonably priced. Sorry for the dark photo.

The space is beautiful, unfortunately, the level of service provided was not even close to the aesthetics of the place. Im not one to give negative ratings, but if I could give less than one star, I would. First of all, the rules were ridiculous and constantly changing. Many of the staff were rude to several of our guests and even one of the people having their birthday celebration . A Horizon City police officer was rude, aggressive and antagonizing to everyone for no reason. Additionally, we were escorted out well before the time that we paid for. The staff was especially rude when we asked why the beverages we brought werent served. They explained that the keg was empty about 1.5 hours into the service. At the conclusion of the festivities, we had a completely full and fully functional keg that we brought to the after-party menudo and it worked perfectly fine. I would not recommend this place for any activity because even pretty things can be terrible. Anywhere will be better than the experience that we had. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else! Take a look at the petty reply from the owner of this business. If my very honest and specific review wasnt enough to keep you away from this place, just read below. If you decide not to heed my advice make sure everything you discuss is written down because many of our expectations were verbal agreements that the staff consistently failed to deliver. Perhaps some waiter/waitress training and basic customer service classes could be helpful, but the leader always sets the tone for expectations of their team. Unsurprisingly, the unwillingness to be accountable for a terrible experience delivered by a team that has this kind of leadership ensures that different outcomes are unlikely. Best of luck to you and your business with this type of care and concern taken youll definitely need it.

We just had our wedding here on 11.11 & let me just say this ballroom was the best one I could ever have chose! The detail & decoration is beautiful and our loved ones fell in love with everything! This past weekend we had my daughters xv party at Turquesa event and it was amazingly organized,Keneth was there and was not only in charge of the amazing staff but of the party itself. Everything was great from the food the venue decor the DJ the cake everything that is part of the package was great.I will come back for future events. Mr. Kenneth needs to learn good manners!! I dont recommend this place. Dont waste your time. Is not worth it!!!! When I asked him to treat me with respect and to make it easy I mentioned that I would give him a good review for their business. He misunderstood good customer service with free stuff. I held my wedding event here this past weekend, Kenneth doesnt have a way with words they talk to you like theyre doing you a favor when I paid for their services and did not receive anything for free. In their contract they mention that if you talk back to them they have the right to end your event at any given time and I believe they take advantage of that. Customer service itself isnt the best. This can make or break any event youve been planning for years. Besides that the DJ is outgoing and the hall is beautifully lit up. Just to reaffirm I never ask for anything for FREE!!! I just wanted Good customer service!! Please take a class of manners!!! Next time dont get confused. I highly dont recommend them. !!!!

Highly recommend this place!! Had my wedding here back in May and everything was amazing. Staff was great throughout the entire event and owner is very sweet and was very helpful and accommodating. As a mariachi I see a lot of venues around town and in my opinion this is the most beautifully decorated venue in El Paso, loved the greenery around the entire place and went perfectly with our color scheme. Just about every guest came up to us to tell us how much they loved the place and had never seen anything like it. Music selection by their DJ was great. Good variety of food options through their caterer. Overall couldn t have been happier with the way my wedding turned out!

We had my daughters spooky baby shower done here. This hall is a hidden gem, absolutely gorgeous, it is beautifully decorated from the ceiling to the floor. There is not one spot in this hall that isn t gorgeous. All my guests were very impressed too. The room is beautiful, we looked everywhere for a room for our event and this is the most beautiful place in El Paso. We chose the Brisket and the food was really tasty. The service is very good and the waiters are uniformed. The owner was very friendly, accessible and clear with the rules of the salon. Kenneth was in charge the day of the event and was always on top of everything we needed. Amazing service and staff! This was the most beautiful hall I ve been to. The hall itself is beautifully decorated already which is a plus for me, don t have to worry about bringing your own decorations. There are many spots throughout the hall to take beautiful pictures at The hall is so spacious, clean and elegant. I m so happy my baby shower was held there. I just had my wedding at this venue and I have to stay I was very pleased with the service! The entire night Kenneth was very attentive to our needs and ensured that he would check in with us throughout the night! Before our event we set up times for the entrance, brindis etc and they took care of that for us just basically helping us stay on track the venue was very pretty and had a lot of compliments on it from my guests! I truly appreciate the attention I received and how easy our wedding night went! The owner of the hall also is very honest and doesn t offer all kinds of services just to make extra money that s what I really appreciated from the beginning she made sure to offer different options so that we wouldn t over spend! When we took our bottles in Kenneth took inventory of it and basically kept us on track of what he was giving and how we were doing on alcohol drinks! Just can t express how easy this venue made my night! Thank you guys so much!

Food is good, staff are friendly, space is pretty, but no AC. If there is AC in the building it is severely undersized or broken. Evident because of all the fans that are trying to move air around in the venue. We were assured the AC was on but didnt really cool down until 8pm. It was a high of 95 that day.

Was an overall horrible experience. Sold us on numerous things that they promised us. Turn away our guest from bringing alcohol before the time we had to stop. They kept changing rules. They promised ac when we first started the process but later said they didnt get it the month we were getting married. Asked for the fans to be turnt on for our ceremony and only one was on but on the low level. Tried to leave a review on their Facebook page but they block me and my husband from doing that. Seen past reviews of nearly the same experience I had so it seems that they are doing this to most of their clients. Really upsetting. Oh they also had the camera running in their office while I was changing into my dress. In the contract stated we couldnt bring in anymore alcohol which we agreed to but at 7 oclock personnel was turning drinks away. Multiple guest went and talked to my husband regarding the issue and he went to talk to the employees and some were being rude stating that the drinks stop at 6 which doesnt make sense since the venue started at 6:30. My husband told the owner that he sweats alot and if you had ac which stated they will before our wedding. Again he told you after learning from the owner that she couldnt get the ac due to it being expensive that he sweats alot and will the fans be on and was told yes. My husband got completely overwhelmed with all that transpired on the day which he shouldnt have been. He got frustrated with the rudeness and being told to look at our contract when guest were being they couldnt bring in drinks or glass bottles. I have my contract and no where did it said no glass bottles. It said no bottles on table. Also I had told the owner ND explained the situation as to why he was frustrated. No one apologized just stated that he needed to calm down or you will call the police. My husband was also upset because the camera was running while I was in the office changing into my dress. Was told that it would be off. Not sure if I was recorded or not but that put me Im a very uncomfortable situation. We both have reached out to the owner because we thought qe lost our contract on their premises. My husband still upset mainly about the camera situation did let them know about the camera. Owner husband was on the phone also being rude. Would not recommend this place at all. Very pretty place which is why I picked it but if I have I could do my wedding all over again it would he at a different location.

After passing by Turquesa Events almost every day, I finally stopped by today. As soon as I stepped in I was welcomed and invited in. It totally got me off guard because I ve been to other places where they refuse to see you or show you around unless you have an appointment. Once I looked inside it was absolutely gorgeous!! The owner is so sweet and listens to your needs and makes recommendations. If you re looking for an elegant and classy venue for your event you should definitely check it out.

I went with my friend Edwin Cordero for his ex student bday party , and I was honestly blown away ,,, I ve been to few party halls around El Paso ,,, by far this party hall is THE BEST party hall I ve seen here in this city the decorations, the table arrangements , the chairs , every detail was thought of very well ,,,, it also had a bar ,, that served good enjoyable drinks , beer , the waitresses where at every table asking people for their drink order ,,, very professional place ,,, I didn t get up even once for a drink , the waitresses took care of me and my friend. Bad custumer service my event was canceled with no notice its not about looseing my money but about the curtesy of not reaching out and when i called she said your even was canceled and she said she tryed calling but yeah never left a message or send a message nothing and she sold my event when i had message her she never mention to me that she was going to cancel it she just said so you dont loose your money sell your even guess what she offered herself and all she said was your contract says so that you will loose everything and canceled with no notice ok i get it, but things happen in life and i told her, by like the 3rd day she canceled and sold it wow

We just had our wedding in this venue. This place is really nice and the owner seems to put top effort in making the place look great. We did not have a single issue. The service was great as Kenneth and the ladies serving us did not stop going around to make sure we were all taken care of. We probably had about 100 guests and everyone had food. I do recommend a fall wedding since this is a warehouse, the hall temperature was perfect. Another recommendation and I think owner said she might make this change to be the norm is to get their bartender. It will make things easier. No complaints on our end.

PLEASE READ!!!!!!!!!!!I was very disappointed in the service I received after full payment was made! When we booked everything seemed great until the day of the event. To start the hall is extremely HOT there is not any AC or ventilation system which we were told would be in place by our event. Second I paid for 4 waiters and only got 2,my guest started arriving and were not given any drinks for an hour although the hall was super hot and dry. I tried to volunteer in my own event to pass drinks to my guest because it was so hot and they denied me. I was not allowed to pass drinks out in my own event. We were told we had to wait until they served the drinks. My guests had to wait from one hour to an hour and a half to get a cup of soda. I bought the catering package also and although there was food left over and the catering was for 2 hours they served for an hour and a half and refused to serve anyone after. Still I left them each a great tip. I was very excited at the beginning and disappointed in the end. We did hire a bartender who did an awesome job!! Yet were denied any bottles at the tables by the owner for the padrinos, she said it was not allowed. It was not in our contract that we were not allowed to bring bottles for the tables. Also hired her dj for the music and he could not provide any of the requested music because he was not familiar with any newer music. The most disappointing factor was the day after. There was items left behind after and although I understand it was our responsibility to take our items I have never had such an experience. My niece left her shoes and when I asked for them the owner herself told me they were discarded. when I asked why her words to me where, Did you see the shoes they were cheap thats why they threw them away. What type of person says something like that. Still then, After going back and forth with her over items left behind, she tried to keep some of my center pieces. The centerpieces were 2 tall martini glasses. When I finally got tired of it all and asked for them she had a child call me back and leave a vm and tell me to pick them up. When I showed up she had placed them outside of the hall and was inside with the door closed and refused to come outside and talk to me. Beforehand I was recommending this hall to everyone. Now I say please be careful!!!!!

Had my sister s baby shower here, everything was great. The owner was accommodating when I kept asking to go see the hall. The hall itself is very beautiful, no issues on the temperature inside the hall. We did bring alcohol and had no issues as long as it s not in glass containers. I m assuming it s a safety issue. During the entire process of planning our event , the owner never contacted us about anything, we were the ones who had to reach out to her first several times. We tried multiple times to contact her about the decorations, food, cake, etc. and set up a time to meet with her. Once we did setup a time, she was not there and and did not notify us. One week prior to the wedding we were still worrying about the food, cake, decorations, etc. She finally contacted us and blamed us for not contacting her. Once the day came she was extremely rude during the entire night and so were the servers. We didn t let those small details ruin our night. I didn t stress out for one thing, food was tasteful, decorations were amazing and people had a great time. My husband and I had a great time despite the negative attitudes. But, I do want to give suggestion to any bride out there . After your event, you will end up hearing what little things went wrong here is some advise please make sure that you know what is going on with your servers and your guest!!! I had wedding for 200 people, 183 people was the total end count for my event. I bought enough food in my package, 210 plates to be exact. The reason for that was because, its better to have extra food left, than to have people without a plate. I did let the owner know that at my event, once everyone was served, if there was extra food, people could get an extra plate well that wasn t the case and i took SOOOO MUCH FOOD home! I come to find out that at a certain time, people who arrived late, did not get served any food. Servers kept saying they were no longer serving food, and didn t serve at all. Some people didn t get to eat. Once my dad said something, the servers said that they no longer had plates.. therefore my guest got served in cake plate. This was something extremely disappointing to hear from my guest afterwards .. If those little things wouldn t have happened, our wedding would have been perfect ! Besides all this, i do recommend this place, its is a beautiful venue. And hopefully you can have a better and more attentive service to your event.

!!!UPDATE!!!: After leaving honest reviews the owner has tried to counter our reviews by having her staff and family leave 5 stars without any written reviews. Also I looked at the profile pictures of those reviewers and recognized them as her staff. This business is not an honest business. Instead of trying to apologize they are trying to keep their reputation . I like supporting small businesses but this family is in the wrong business. It is very disappointing to see these fake reviews. My friends and I went to this venue for our friends wedding. The entire venue felt like a Sauna! It s as if the owners did not turn on the AC the entire day until the second guests started appearing. We had to ask the owner MULTIPLE times for her to turn on the ceiling fans and she would turn them on for 2 minutes and keep them off for 20 minutes. The groom and bride had informed us that this venue has a BYOB policy. However, we were given a hard time with the owners because we followed their policy and brought our own alcohol. 10 minutes after that discussion with the owner she then decides to make up new policies during the night. The policy changed from BYOB to only a few bottle per table to our liquor being rationed by the owner herself. We saw the owner bugging the bride and groom the entire night. The owner even made the bride cry. It was almost like if the owners sole purpose was to ruin the wedding for not only guests but for the bride and groom as well. Unless you like feeling all sweaty while eating your food or policies being made that were not previously agreed on from both parties then I would not recommend this venue for a wedding or any event for that matter.

Be careful with businesses like this, they don t seek to improve their standards or customer service. They simply want your money.* First of all very rude. This location made it extremely difficult to plan anything as they made ridiculous rules for everyone and made them up as the night went on which we had to work around last minute. They didn t want to provide alcohol and said it had to be BYOB and then told us we couldn t have so much alcohol at our tables (everyone bought their own). And forced us to put it away.
