Hanss down the best place to be invited to and also host a party at. We recently celebrated my sons 5th birthday, we had also already celebrated his 2nd year in this same place, and it just got better ! The owner is super nice and friendly. Booking with him was very fast and smooth. Prices are fair for the great service they give. I love that they help you serve food. You as a host really just make sure your guess are feeling welcomed and enjoying the time there. They helped us unload and upload everything for our party. They help you with the process and timing of your even so nothing gets forgotten. It is a very clean room they have big play areas for kids and 3 jumping ballons. I recommend this place 100x, it does book fast so make sure you call in with time.

I had my party this weekend there. Yes they help you serve, with the piñata, with the cake, I asked for extra chairs because he said they would put them if we needed them ect..however, they pressure you for everything I dont think they expected that many people at a party or something but the pressure to do things fast was there the owner even said it out loud ya ys se acabo estamos atrasados while the kids were breaking the pinata. I was sold better than we were treated, my guest felt it and saw it which is not nice. In addition, when I went to get my plate a young man that was not initially there just put in his hand and grab food and said y estas que estan buenas o que thats just not professional, we purchase snow cones and they offered cotton candy because we were recommended and the owner stated they would be there and serve if the guest wanted some, when they went to ask the owner said they did not have anymore they only served when they called them out. If you have many years of experience like they say when they are selling the contract then you know that 2 host for 100 plus people wont work, and thats when the frustration and pressure starts because it is not enough people to be serving food, drinks, cotton candy , snow cones and everything else that needs to be done. I was dessapointed because we were sold by everything they told us and explained to us and it did not happen. Unfortunately, I wouldnt recommend.

We just had my nephews birthday party and everything was wonderful. The staff was very nice and took care of everything they helped to take everything down from their cars, served, and helped us pick up. Will highly recommend.

Sí le marcas, te contesta con gusto y es alegre en platicar contigo los detalles de tu fiesta y asistir en todo para que te salga mejor de lo que te imaginas! From the moment we arrived, the owner, Jose Pacheco and his son greeted us at the door to help us unload and completely took over operations. They set up all of our decorations and his daughter Alexa made the most beautiful balloon arches for each! Super creative and professional! Frozen for my daughter and Spidey for my son. The kitchen was completely setup by the owners so that guests could simply walk up to the counter and have their food served to order or grab cold drinks as they pleased. The owner made delicious margaritas and piña coladas that got so many compliments! I had several guests tell me they will be looking to book this for their children s party based on the professionalism of the service offered by the owners and the beautiful, fun venue! Cannot stress how much of a blast the kids had!! Everyone loved it and parents were relaxed being in a controlled environment (as opposed to a venue where there are several parties happening at the same time). There is a TV for having any games on too! My brother made discada and the owner was very happy to help us setup the disco in the back. Not to mention, the owner handles operations for the piñata which was a huge relief! Our kids, their friends and parents left visibly happy! We had an amazing time and was definitely a birthday party to be remembered!!

I experienced it as a guest so I wont be able to give much details and the price. Its a good size hall, looked clean, and it has good amenities. I liked that the employees were serving the food, and thats a great help for the hostess, (not sure if that requires an extra fee). But, the employees do need to work on their people skills. The bathrooms had ran out of paper towels.

Ive had 2 parties here and I could say they are amazing ! Thy help with everything and are super polite as soon as you walk through the door they help you set everything up even serve the food and drinks so you dont have to worry and enjoy the party! Recommend it for sure great prices as well .. definitely gonna keep hosting parties for my kids here.

I went to this party hall for my granddaughters birthday party and wow! This place is the best Ive ever been to a party at. The owner and his wife were FANTASTIC! So hard working, attentive and service oriented! I was amazed at all that they did for my daughter and for the entire family! They are right there, serving, helping and attending to absolutely every need. Im very very impressed with their amazing service. Plus, the hall is very very nice, and very clean. Plenty of parking. Very very nice place. Very highly recommended.

Owner Gives a If or But about every suggestion/ item you need for your party. They expect a huge tip after the event is over . They Advertise there ballroom way completely different as to what it is actually provided to you . i dont recommend to none of my family or friends .

This is the first time me and my wife didnt feel the STRESS of hosting our kids birthday party! The staff was a tremendous help as soon as we arrived! They helped unload our vehicles, set up food and drinks, served the food, took care of the pinata, cut the cake and made sure everything ran smoothly! Customer service was top notch! We already booked the next birthday party! Highly recommend!

We where there as guests. A lot of people came to the party and they had to move the foosball (futbolito) table to the playground area (to accommodate more guests) and I politely told the man in charge that they should move the foosball table to another side because it was dangerous for the kids where they had it (it is missing some of the handles) and he started telling me how they ended up having to accommodate more tables for this party and this and that, like they could have easily moved it to another place (noone was even playing with it) and instead he decided to complain about the quantity of people...

If you are looking for a hall that caters to all your needs, this is the place to have your next celebration! Jumping balloons and jungle gym for kids, cutting and passing out cake, facilitate piñata, clean up after, balloon arches, assistance with unloading/ loading gifts and decorations, just to name a few things the owner and co. took care of for us. My sisters and I had my niece baby shower and it turn out great! We took out menu there and they catered all of the food. The cutting of the cake as well. The music was great. They served us throughout the venue and kept our guest happy. The decor was great too. The best part of it, we didnt have to clean afterwards. Everything turned out great. They provided everything we requested and needed.

Uncomfortably HOT, kitchen=unbearably hot, the hall was 82 degrees the entire 4 hours (6-10pm). According to the owner, the AC was serviced. Tablecloths were not the right color when I arrived to set up. The owner offered to purchase the cloths however it would ve been too late to set up so they were left alone. My husband had to purchase ice since the hall ran out ( ice is only for the beverage drink machine). Having looked at the previous reviews, the temperature has been an issue for the past two years and will more than likely continue to be. I highly recommend renting a cooling fan... or two ( if the owner allows it). Aside subpar service from the owner(s) of the hall, the layout is great, very spacious including the kitchen, three different jumping balloons for different ages, a playground , clean restrooms. Side note: the hosts were a great help.

My cousin booked this place over a month in advance for a party in September and the owner has been uncooperative and unresponsive to many attempted calls and messages. Looks like theyre trying to steal her deposit. I suggest renting another place because it seems like the owners are crooks!

I really loved the layout of this hall and the owner was really nice.I really wanted to love this hall; but it was just too hot idk if it was due the a/c is on only 30 min proir to party,it did not work,the windows have no blinds or party was on a hot day. Im not sure what the problem was all i know is that it was uncomfortably hot my guests and i were sweating. Then it did not help that 30 mintues before party was gonna end the workers turned off the a/c which what little air circulation it provided was gone so made it worse by this time i was just trying to hurry to get my guest out. Like i said i really loved this halls layout and wanted to continue to use this hall for future parties but endless something is done to address the heat i will be looking elsewhere.

This place has multiple jumping balloons and a large play area. They have tables and chairs for parties and they are responsible for the cleanup afterward. There is a rope for piñatas and they have a food prep/serving area for keeping food items at the appropriate temperature.
