Took 8 shirts in and dropped them off on the 3rd of July. Just went to pick them up last week and I m missing a short sleeve shirt. The girl that was there never gave me a receipt cuz she was busy that night. Now I m still waiting for them to find my other shirt

most of us for the big machine we did all our bed essentials. As soon as lady opened we all rushed to the big washers xl almost ten dollars each then the large close to eight. But Washington super good. I used over 100 dollars use big dryers. All came out great. Very satisfied thank you. Lady was pleasant

Came in today and I am surprised. The carts were all not in it is proper place. They were out in the middle , I had to move them out of the way and put them where they belong. The tenant didnt get up to move them. She was on her cell phone. Not even a good morning or sorry for the mess. The previous lady was very cheerful and greeted everyone as they walked in and kept the location clean . This new lady doesnt seem to be a people person and was on her phone the entire time. I am very disappointed. I always come to this location. Maybe my last time.

Amazing staff. I have been using this location for years. The place is very clean. Unfortunately there are always those customer that leave the washers dirty and the staff takes the extra steps to wipe and sanitize the washers. Update: This place is really amazing. They dont stop amazing me their customer service is outstanding. They recently set a waher and dryer aside just for customer that are washing their pets bed and stuff. They really show to care for their customers.

It is a wonderful place where you can wash your clothes and the vending machines usually have good snacks but it is also in a good location if you ever want to get anything at Circle K or even McDonalds.

This laundromat is an overall great place to do laundry. I used to frequent this establishment weekly years ago before my complex got debit/credit card reading laundry machines of their own to use, but I remembered that the machines here (Dexter, if youre curious and if that matters to you) left my clothes smelling and looking cleaner than the ones in my complex. Granted, Im paying double the price, but to know that my clothes are getting cleaned is of more importance to me. Only a few drawbacks that I see now that Ive decided to return here to get my laundry done. First of all, the pricing is very strange using odd amounts for washing and drying. It would be nice to pay a flat and even amount and I cannot figure out why there are random amounts for washing and drying. Its always been this way and its always made no sense to me. Its expensive as well. The smallest machine is just north of $4 for a wash cycle, and the smallest dryer is $2.11 for a 38 minute session. Again, random odd pricing. Secondly, you have to use one of their laundry cards which means theres extra steps involved in getting your laundry done. It can be annoying at times to continually reload the laundry card, but on the positive side, their card loading machines now also accept card payments. Personally, I think eliminating this step all together would benefit everybody, but what do I know, right? In addition to this, since Ive returned, I have noticed that the cleaning upkeep by the attendant on duty is lacking now. On my last visit, I saw the attendant actually sweep up the floors (this wasnt done on the previous weeks visit), but not wipe down the folding cubicles (neither time was done). Out of my own peace of mind, I have taken my cleaning wipes from home with me and found the cubicles to be dirty each time I wiped them down myself. If cleanliness is your thing, Id recommend doing the same yourself because Ive seen kids with their dirty shoes climb all over and around the actual folding surfaces, so God only knows what else has been lying around them too. Its not a deal breaker by any means, and again, taking my own Lysol/Clorox wipes takes that concern away, but if you dont want to take those steps yourself, just know that you may encounter a less than clean folding surface. Overall, those things aside, its a nice and quiet place to get laundry cleaned that I know is actually getting cleaned and will continue to make this the place that I get my laundry done.

Hello, it was my first visit, to Supreme; and my return visit to a laundromat-after many years. I walked in, and went directly to the counter. I greeted the female standing there(in English). Let her know, that I needed to know, how things work(not coin operated, who knew!). She had a puzzled look on here face, so I asked her if she was an employee. This time I asked her in Spanish. She said yes, so I asked her for instructions. Basically, gave me a tour and got me started on my wash. After that, it was easy enough. Laundromat was very clean, including the bathroom. There is a vending machine with snacks. I did notice, customers were allowed to bring outside food in. In addition, they have several TVs throughout the Laundromat. I will return, but this time will bring a book with me. Overall, a good experience. Thank You Hello Again... Went back two weeks in a row, today is 7/27/27. It was approximately 6:30 a.m.. pretty mellow, plenty of washers and dryers available. Same attendant as prior week. She always greets with a smile.

I like this location, but I prefer the Tierra Este location. Its newer, nicer, but the owner takes good care of all locations. There is always an attendant present. It is not open 24/7 as some other places are and that is why its clean and well maintained. This laundromat uses a reloadable credit card instead of quarters so theres no danger of the place being robbed or broken into for cash. I like that. There are lots of large and extra large machines and dryers. I have only ever once had to leave with a dampish load. The machines work excellently.

Very clean! Prices: 8 load cost $8.56, 6 load = $6.83, 4 load= $5.36, 3 load = $4.26, 2 load = $3.67, and single load = $2.91. They also have 3 different dryer sizes that are priced in 38 minute increments. The 8 load dryer is $2.74, the 5 load is $2.43, the 3 is $1.86. They have an ATM available (unsure of fees) and drink and snack vending machines. The attendant is making rounds cleaning the machines as write this review. The facility is brightly lot and the are a few tvs present an a Large mirror graces the rear ceiling border so you can see if anyone is at the back when dark and/or deserted.

Kind if pricey6.75 & 8.76 to wash-.25 to dry but it takes about $2 & then not all my clothes were dry! machines are OK could be cleaned alittle more often & only half were working. This is my go to laundromat for work. Im a provider for an agency and post of my job is laundry for patients. This place is always clean, especially the restrooms. There are various sizes of both washers and driers to fit your needs. Before co-vid they offered popcorn and coffee for paying customers and children.

I came here to wash my oversized comforter. The facility was clean and prices were reasonable. The instructions were clear and easy to understand. Theres peace of mind knowing theres an attendant onsite if I have questions. The machines use cards instead of money....its a lot easier to carry around a card than a pocket full of change. Theres TVs, vending machine, plenty of carts (different sizes), great lighting and free WIFI. I highly recommend.

I always go there but today the girl that was working there was telling everyone that she closes the doors at 10pm. When I know what time they close.. she said I can only wash but not dry. She also told others the same. Even a man told her u stop washes at 10pm and u close at 11pm. She was very rude to him. Its not my fault u have ur boyfriend there not wanting to wait till u actually close. I had to come to another location just to dry my clothes and drive out of my distance from where I live..

Employee did not speak to me at all or help me when I was clearly very confused. Very expensive machines, but a lot of them - I had no problem doing my laundry quickly. Downside / you have to to prepay on cards and I ended up having $2 extra on my card that I couldn t get back. All the prices are odd prices that don t round to full dollars (i.e., $2.43 or $1.80). I gave my card to a kind local.
