Good party hall aesthetics but zero profesional staff and owners whatsoever. Had a chance to work along with them for a couple months as their Facepainter. And if there s anything left to say is, don t take it if you have the opportunity. They want to treat everyone that contributes as their employees without a contract. Only have two staff members to do all the work and they are the ones being up your way to criticize everything anyone does, and sometimes get the wrong idea. People out there are rude. Wouldn t recommend working with them.

I m big on reviews and I just had to come in here and give this hall 5 stars!!!!!! The best party host & hall!!!! The details on decorations plus the customer service from the host Thelma.. WOW! Amazing!!! I have never thrown a party where I have no worries.. truly amazing how helpful with serving drinks, cutting the cake, everything!! She was amazing and I will definitely be booking with them again!!!

I had the worst experience in this hall the new owners don t even know how to do business they don t respect the contract or rules here in USA they do not even earn a star I won t do another party in this place be aware of this new owner if you decide to rent this hall is really a nightmare doing parties in here.

I m only giving a star bc there is no other godamn option. I booked the beginning of the pandemic, and the hall ended up being shut down. I paid full price for the hall too! I asked for money back, they told me no. They weren t giving those who paid anything their money back and a promise of the contract was going to be delivered. I waited and had to be calling to see if they were open because they never called as they said they would when they open. 1 yr passes, they still don t reimburse me. 2 years pass, I see they re finally open and I never got a call. I called and asked to finally book my party and want to charge me $400 more!!!!!! Not $50, not $100, but $400!! AND DIDNT WANT TO REIMBURSE ME BECAUSE ITS NOT THEIR FAULT. Oh! And I was only going to get 2 cheapy balloons instead of promising me my 4-5 jumping balloons. So yup! I got $400 just stolen right out of my pocket. This would ve kept my Buisness every year for my twins birthday if they obeyed the contract. But nope!:) am going to tell everyone not ever to even consider this place. They don t obey the contracts, and they will just take your money. So I will also leave reviews on social medias, and also xfox news. Don t do Buisness with these grimey owners! You ll save yourself the rip off .Book another party hall!

Circus theme! Spacious venue, glam setup, children will enjoy themselves. Party hall can be rented for not only a kids party but other gatherings as well! Awesome!

I have had two parties for my children at the new Zaragosa location, and they have absolutely loved it. Our guests love Circus theme layout, games,, and decor. The staff is super helpful in making your occasion memorable and enjoyable. I recommend this hall to anyone looking for an original and fun hall.

I got this hall for my baby 1st. Birthday. January 9 to be exact. The hall was freezing I asked to turn on the heater but the employee said that the owner said it s not needed so they don t have a heater. Every single one of my guest complaint how cold it was and they all got sick. The owner should let customers know their is no heater

Wow just wow they had 4 jumping ballons(all inside) all different styles,booths to play games.Lemonade stand. Different types of stuffed animals (pretty big sizes). The only thing it was Hot in there. They did have a Huge fan. BUT..it was still Hot. Other than that i would recommend this place.Its very pretty Circus theme in there.

Party hall was nice but very disorganized! Still have not heard anything about my photo book for my sons 1st birthday that I paid $180 and I ve been calling non stop but no answer or they ll tell me they ll reach out when they find out and never do so! Never was at the hall so I can make the payments I was always waiting 30 mins to an hour even after calling them telling them I was gonna be heading to the hall to make payments and they still were late! I either want my money back or the photo book pls! It s been since August !!!

Its an average place for kids party definitely not worth the price. It has 3 jumping balloons and 1hr of some lousy ring toss. I expected much more entertainment. But if looking for circus theme place this is it.

We have my granddaughters first birthday party there. It went awesome its a circus style theme. Equipment balloon Jumps. And they even had games like at carnivals and prizes for winners. I would recommend this place for any childs birthday party. The children loved it

Place is terribly loud from the air pumps, you barely hear your thoughts, arranged in a warehouse which is all dark and gloomy, very industrial looking to the point where you wonder if its really for the kids or its some kind of modern art project. Not my kind of fun.
