The team member Steven was very nice and welcoming when he gave me my food at the window, he even told me that there was a survey on my receipt and if I take it I can get a free sandwich I will definitely be doing that,lol. 10/10 service, and this is the fastest Chick-fil-A Ive ever been to. EDIT: After submitting a review to customer service I received vouchers for a free sandwich, free fries, and free milkshake or frosted drink Have been to this Chick-fil-A several times now for curbside pickup and they have messed up my order every time. I order a sandwich with cobly jack cheese and no pickles and for some reason, there always seem to be pickles on my sandwich and no cheese. I normally really love Chick-fil-A but the service here has not been good and the wait times for curbside are ridiculously long, I waited about 15 minutes before my order finally came out so the fries were cold and ice cream melted.

I love Chick-fil-A and eat their food very often. I have even worked for Chick-fil-A so I know how you are trained to treat the customers and put them first. This location specifically ALWAYS gives me a hard time and has me leaving upset. I typically order through the mobile app which allows you to select up to 5 sauces with a 12 count nugget and fries meal, but they ALWAYS give me less than I ordered or mess something else up. I never have never had these issues with any other Chick-fil-A that I have gone to. It is not a one time thing, it is EVERY SINGLE TIME. There was one time where I ordered my food for dine in and they gave me only two sauces instead of the 5 I ordered. Whenever I went to ask for more, I was met by the manager who proceeded to ARGUE WITH ME about the number of sauces I can have even though I paid for and ordered more. Chick-fil-A is the last place I would think that I would have to argue with a manager over something so basic as a sauce that costs them barely anything and that I paid for. I seriously don t understand what their issue is at this location. The manager at this location needs to go and is a laughable excuse for one. I really hate to review something bad, but their errors and rudeness have occurred far too much for me not to.

The food was great! Today I tried out the unsweetened mango tea. I will definitely have it again. One thing that sets them above others on service, in addition to the kind and courtesy service, is that they replaced my food. See I had picked the wrong store for pickup. By the time I realized my error and moved to this location, my food was cold. They replaced it at not cost to me. Thank you!

I m sorry but I can t anymore. I used to love this place but it has changed. The food quality has gone down while the prices have skyrocketed. The employees used to be the nicest people and now it feels like they don t want to be there. And worst of all it used to be fast and reliable. Now there s the fast line for app orders and the slow line for everyone else. I never had to wait long for my order before. Now I always have to wait. I feel like a second class customer since I didn t use the app. This has become just another fast food place with overpriced food. Goodbye.

Worst experience. Just sat in my car at curbside for an hour waiting for breakfast. Called after 20 minutes and they said they ere remaking food and would have it out shortly, well that never happened. Rude manager at this store, unlike any other franchise location I ve been to. Wes, the leader decided to pick a fight with my in the drive through when I asked for an extra sauce. I ordered through the app and only selected the number it gave me in there, and when I got the window, he argued with me when I asked for what I ordered and paid for. When I asked what the app says, he said he makes his own rules for his store. Learn to keep the drive through moving rather than fight over something as simple as condiments.

It started off great, [what I think was the manager] came out and asked if strips in our breakfast muffin were ok instead of a patty and was very friendly. This is our favorite Chik-fil-a in the area. Its clean and always serving up fresh food! But there is one MAJOR annoyance with this location, and that is that 21 of the 53 TOTAL parking spots are for their curbside orders. The 53 spots counts handicap, employee, restaurant vehicles, etc. So, the number of spots available to the public is far fewer. Weve had to wait on multiple occasions to park in order to go in when there were plenty of mobile order spots open. 5 out of 5 if it wasnt for the parking situation, it just seems excessive.

This Chick-fil-a has a bad habit of allowing their vendors to block the accessible spaces, access ways, and ramp. I mentioned this to the manager today, and on one other occasion, when it was a linens vendor. On the first occasion, the manager was responsive and apologetic, and said he would discuss with the vendor. Today, however, the manager on duty was inconsiderate and flippant. She said it was out of her control. The vendor had a dolly and was moving along effortlessly and had no need to block valuable spaces. It was lunch time, not midnight. Should a disabled or elderly customer want to eat today in the dining room, or want to order inside, they were SOL..... and the manager didnt care. Her advice to me was for me to contact Chick-fil-a corporate. If this is a corporate ran store, I will. If it is a owner operated store, I sure hope I can find that persons contact information. What a shame. I really like Chick-fil-a, but Im not impressed lately with what Im hearing and seeing. They even make their employees come in on Sundays now for meetings (not this location). I guess things are changing all over.

Chick-fil-a does everything right but this location gets extra points! I have 3 little boys. While I had my back turned for 2 seconds to put the baby in his car carrier, my 5 and 2 yr old decided to run out of the store without me to our car (in the front row). The manager was on it. He ran out there and stayed right by there side while I quickly scurried my way out of there. I m so thankful for him and how their team always goes and beyond. Love Chick-fil-A Vegetarian options: There are not any vegetarian entrees listed on the menu; however, there are a few vegetarian sides and you can order any of the entrees without the meat. Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free buns and if you say ita for a gluten allergy, theyll change gloves and such as a precaution. They do also have grilled options. Fries are fried with peanut oil. Kid-friendliness: Every Chick-fil-A Ive been to has seemed to be a great environment for kids. Most have a play-place for the kids while the parents eat and hospitality workers sometimea go out of their way to talk to the kids or give them stuffed cows.

this place sucks. i came to college station to visit my friends at a&m and we came to chick-fil-a for dinner and the customer service was easily the worst customer service i have ever experienced. the employees were not nice at all and were ignoring us as paying customers. the manager didn t even say a word to us and i felt unwanted.
